I never write review because it not that serious unless it affect safety. I visited this Wendy's around 12:30 a.m., and despite it being late, I expected it to be up to par with other locations like Franklin, Murfreesboro, or Antioch. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. When I pulled up to the window, I saw a worker handling fries without gloves, and it looked like they were snacking on them. The sandwich maker only wore one glove and even touched a mop bucket before handling food. The poor cashier seemed like she was doing her best under tough circumstances, but the customer service was lacking. The food was awful - the chicken and fries were clearly old. The worst part? We found a piece of paper, like a cheese wrapper, in our food! It was disgusting. I'm calling the health department to check this place out because hygiene is clearly not a priority here. Just because I was in casual clothes doesn't mean I don't care about the service I receive. You never know who you are serving or who's watching, Wendy's, fix your issues, Health department will hopefully be reaching out. read more

Went to this location on 5.4.25, service was apparently non-existent. Approximately 10 cars in drive thru, doors to enter building were locked. There were no signs indicating why this happened. It's sad this is my first yelp review and truly, I wish I could've left -10 stars. The woman over the drive-thru mic was soft spoken and huffed at us multiple times when we couldn't understand her. Once we pulled up to get our food I was missing my fries, sauce, AND receipt. When we asked, the guy at the window gave us attitude and even tried to gaslight me by saying he put sauce in there. I've never experienced such hateful people. Either find a new job or they need to be fired because I don't like feeling like an inconvenience when all I wanted was some chicken nuggets and fries. Last night, February 14th, 2022, my mother and I visited this Wendy's drive thru and were completely disgusted and disappointed with the service we received. Not only is this restaurant understaffed, but the staff that they do have are TRIFLING. We ordered three meals last night, only one of those meals were correct. My mother ordered a Spicy Chicken combo with no tomato add cheese: there was no cheese. She also ordered a Hot Honey Chicken sandwich with no bacon: there was bacon. When my mother saw this, she handed the sandwiches back to the young lady at the window, (who threw the sandwiches in the trash like anyone with common sense would), and she told her manager, (who was cooking), that she needed fresh sandwiches. He refused, tried to give us cheese and onions (no one asked for) in a damn tray and, not realizing that the window was still open, said, "Why would you throw them away? I'm not making that sh*t again." Not only did my mother and I look at him like he had ten heads on his shoulders, but so did his employee. After a minute or two, we were told to pull up so that they could remake the sandwiches. This grown ass man decided to take the sandwiches out of the trash, HALFWAY pull the bacon off of the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich, and STILL did not put cheese on the Spicy Chicken sandwich! Who in their right mind would ever pull some foul mess like that?? I understand being upset while working fast food, but BRANDON (if that's your name) that works nights at this Wendy's might need to find another job. You are foul and disgusting. Quick and inexpensive are two words I like a lot when I'm spending my own money on dinner. Wendy's does both of these and they do it well. I'm a huge fan of Dave Thomas's chain of fast food burgers. Baked potato, chili and frosty are items that they have and no one else does. Burgers are high quality and with the Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe, you get the full set of toppings. Placed our order: #1 w/a coke, and a parmesan salad. Simple. Pull up to the window and there are three people at the window trying to obviously fix some sort of issue. There are cars in front of us so we try to scoot up as the kid at the window shouts an incorrect order to us. These guys care, bottom line. I visit this location in the drive-thru regularly, 4 times a week, tops, and I've never had my order messed up, and I've always had prompt service. Being a cook, I'm all too aware of the carelessness that permeates my coworkers psyche at the hour before close. It gets easier and easier to write the orders incorrectly as the night goes on, but you always have an opportunity to make the experience worthwhile for the customer, and their outstanding service tonight led me to write this review. The lady in the drive-thru in front of me had a huge, insanely complicated order by any sane person's standards, to the point that I was supremely annoyed at waiting behind her. I ordered a spicy asaigo chicken combo, but was told I'd have to wait another 5 minutes if I wanted it spicy. I opted out, told them I'd just have it fried without spice. The lady in front of me had such a complicated order though, that they had the time to make the chicken spicy. I was surprised when the drive-thru attendant left two other spicy chicken sandwiches in my bag after double-checking my receipt, and I'm never opposed to free spicy chicken sandwiches. This is a brand new store with nice employees, occasionally the drive-thru line is long but it does move. By 8:30 p.m. last night I had already gone through two other drive-throughs and was refused service, Wendy's is like the only place around there to get decent food at that hour. I love Wendy's, and this location is awesome! I go through the drive through each time, so I can't comment on the interior of the restaurant. The drive through is quick and efficient while the employees are friendly. There is one guy who works there who is usually at the drive through and is always SO nice. He knows my order and always takes care of me. The one time he was not there, my order was wrong. I am certain I will keep coming back to this Wendy's as long as I live in the area. read more
