For an airport Chick-Fil-A - it was 5 stars. Service was fast and efficient and ACCURATE Food was fresh and delicious per usual for the chain. The counter was so busy, it looked messy, but it really wan't just food and stuff constantly being moved around and pushed to customers. The line can get a little long, however if you have more than 30 minutes for a layover, that's usually plenty of time. I love the breakfast in the morning. Seating isn't great- but that's to be expected with a shared seating space. When I was there last - it was misearably hot! I will definitely stop here again if the opportunity presents itself. read more

I like the idea of grabbing some food to go after a long flight and hitting the road for my two hour drive home. With that said, I will never hit this airport location again after getting hit with the tip screen when it comes time to pay. Tipping on to go fast food? Pay your employees a working wage and build the cost of doing business into their salaries. I was really excited because I ordered a berry parfait and a side of hashbrowns to eat before my flight. However, when I opened my parfait, my strawberry had mold on it. I was very disappointed and ended up throwing out the parfait. I couldn't believe they would serve this to someone. read more

Horrible experience from Nahed B. I came here at 10:30 and ordered lunch, and she already had an attitude with other customers. Since it was my birthday, I was having a great day so far so I did not want to replicate that when I begin ordering I had all the intentions of using a reward, but then I was told that they couldn't be used there. Which is totally fine. However, when I changed my order since I could not use my reward, I was met with rudeness and an attitude from Nahed, telling me basically that I need to make up my mind and that me changing my order was an inconvenience to her. I'm (pleasantly) surprised by the efficiency of this Chick-fil-a. Just wanted a cup of standard iced coffee and Chick-fil-a happened to have one. I stood in line which looked pretty long, but it went quick. I was able to place my order and they immediately prepared my iced coffee, which I downed in no time. For all those like me who want to know what time this place actually opens.... Breakfast hours start at 4am. I am eating here at 5:25am on a Tuesday and verified with a worker. (I noticed most places are opened by 5:25am). And yes, because it is Chick-fil-a, they are not opened on Sundays. Been here many times. They have long lines but are very fast and consistent! I was traveling through BNA and was skeptical about grabbing Chik fil a here. I feel like sometimes food chains at airports just don't live up to the actual restaurants. However, this Chik fil a tasted just like it tastes outside of the airport! My fries were crispy and my sandwich was exactly how it should be. They even let me refill my drink for free. The line was long but they were efficient and moved really fast. If you're flying through BNA and have to get some food, definitely come here! read more

I've never had a horrible chikfila experience until now. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I get that it can be extremely busy and there are really hard days. But this was honestly dissapointing. Don't keep taking orders if you're stressed about the people waiting. It's a loud airport and the lines are busy, so if someone doesn't hear you the first time that you call them to the register, don't treat them disrespectfully. Chick-fil-A food with McDonald's service level. Certainly not what I expected based on typical Chick-fil-A experiences. Got the number 5 meal. Asked for the granola yogurt, got yogurt and no granola.
