This is on top of a hill - tough location to get in and out of. I ordered 1 sandwich using a reward in my account and added lettuce and tomato. The cashier made a mess out of my order and couldn't figure out how to get me to pay because she overcharged me by $20. She got it adjusted to 56 cents and expected me to be carrying a pocket of change. I wanted to charge it but she couldn't make that work. I gave her $1 bill but she didn't have the change. UGH! When it comes to customer service, this place is unlike most Chick-fil-A's and it gets a "D" at best. Went through the drive-thru Wednesday for some Chick-n-minis. Started off unlike the typical Chick-fil-A when I asked my drive through order taker - Mary how she was doing today which garnered crickets from her. Ordered two 10 piece minis and a large hash brown. My order was brought out to me with two cars ahead still so I grabbed my order and got out of line. Never had to check Chick-fil-A orders in the past, so I wasn't concerned. Got home and discovered that I only had one 10 piece and a large hash brown and not the two 10 pieces I had ordered. To be fair, they only charged me for one 10 piece and the hash browns, but a 10 piece mini does not feed four adults. I called the store to share my disappointment and spoke to Josh who said he was a manager. After explaining the situation to Josh, he apologized and asked if I needed anything else. I guess not. I get it they can't deliver food, but be sincere in your concern. A $2 off coupon to make up for Mary's lack of customer service and her mistake would have been nice. Confession... I'm addicted to the holy chicken. There, I said it, but this particular location has never disappointed me. I've always have a great experience, accurate orders, delicious freshand their manager always surprises me with rewards in my app. This last time I came with my kiddos as I thought the playground was open but unfortunately it's not (sad face). I really hope they open it soon because parents need it. The staff was great and they gave my kids those cute little cow stuff toy. They have nice fresh flowers on their tables and they keep their place pretty clean. Their drive-thru is very packed but they are very quick and it moves fast. They also offer the option to pickup inside or they will bring it to your car (depending on weather). The only thing I don't like is the in and out of the shopping mall they are at. It can get very crowded and difficult to come in or out but that hasn't stopped me or anyone else seems like, so come on and get on the cows side "eat more chicken"... read more

Ordered a breakfast bowl in 5 person drive through order, was given a burrito instead, was not upset but went back to fix the order, they asked for the burrito back which was odd, went back to the car, and since none of us have ever heard of food being taken back, one of our party had started eating it as to not let it go to waste, upon not being able to give the burrito back we then had to pay to fix the mistake, that was not originally our fault. This Chick-fil-A location stays busy like most do. The workers are friendly and the drive thru moves pretty fast. My trips to this location have been great, save one time when the bun and cheese on my sandwich were both cold and I found something undesirable inside my cup, but I like to think that was just an off day. Chick-fil-A as always serves us well. Love their chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and very kind and hospitable employees. This location always has fresh flowers on each table, recently built a nice patio outside complete with a few tables & umbrellas. Inside they have installed a few new automated trash can compactors too, cool. They've always had a children's play room inside the restaurant, our grandchildren love it. Someone had the forethought to include a hand sanitizer station just outside of the entrance. Using the Chick-fil-A App, I've found a few hidden items on the menu, I love the new Hot Chicken Sandwich, spicy but not to hot to enjoy. This location is no different form most others, it's extremely busy especially at lunchtime, they now have people outside at the drive through line to take your order and payment expediting the process and the App is working to save me time with my order ready to pickup and skip the line. Have had several recent orders that were m items. Called same day and was told I was put on a list to let them know next time I came by and they would fix. Today, came in and they said I was not on the list and that it must have been more than 7 days. This is my favorite Chick-fil-A in town! The staff are friendly (of course) and also very knowledgeable. The management get right in there and help out when it's busy. I have done some fundraising work with this Chick-fil-A recently, and the more time I've spent working with the people here, the more I enjoy eating here. And yeah, the chicken is fantastic, too! Personally, I recommend either the grilled chicken sandwich with extra pickles or the kids nugget meal. And use the app so that you don't have to wait on line. Whether you wait for curbside pickup or order from your table, the app makes the experience much more peaceful. The lines at Chick-fil-A are usually 2-3 families deep (because it's that good). I love Chick-fil-A. I know I shouldn't, but I'm a sucker for that Christian chicken. I've been to more than a few locations over my years. This location is not one of the better ones. The staff is more worried about getting you in & out than being friendly. It would be okay if they were actually fast. The restaurant seems clean when I've been inside. My whole issue with them is little things like, when you order "extra pickles," they give you a small container with pickles. They don't make the sandwich to order. The chicken usually tastes as if it's been sitting around for an hour or so. Another gripe I have is with location is when you order a value size fry, you end up with a regular size fry in a value size package. They never fill up the fry sleeve. The only positive aspect of this location is the text alerts that let you know when receipt day is. read more

Visited via the drive thru on Friday, December 4th near closing. I bypassed many other restaurants to get to Chick-fil-A. I ordered at the speaker and waited in line. About the fourth car back from the window, a female worker came to my car window and gave me my total. I stated that I had a reward on my app. She asked for my phone and I said no. First of all, I was not handing by over $1,000 phone to anyone and not during COVID times. Her response was "Well, you will have to wait in line." Wasn't I going to have to do that anyway? She dismissed me and walked away, appearing to be frustrated. I would have expected, "We understand, we will get you at the window with our handheld device." TOUCHLESS. Why would Chick-fil-A want to be liable for a worker dropping a customer's phone? Not that this would have made any difference but I do not remember her having on gloves. But gloves or no gloves, for mutual protection why would you want to handle someone's cell phone. Not the service I expected from Chick-fil-A. I attended one of their webcasts years ago and part of the emphasis was great service to the customer, above and beyond other fast food. Yeah, this is good chicken! Their classic chicken sandwich has about the nicest crispy batter I have come across. Also, there is a well stocked condiment bar that is great, except for the ketchup packets that can't be opened without a chainsaw. I also had the Peach Milkshake. I went there for lunch today and the gentleman taking my order was extremely kind and polite, and when I mentioned I was newer to the area he told me he had a list of places for me to check out.
