As a former Wendy's employee I'm kind of embarrassed at the service we received..came through the drive thru and ordered 2 biggie bag Meals, and a chicken sandwich, medium fry and the drinks were large Dr Pepper, medium Dr Pepper and a medium Chocolate frosty cream cold brew, and two strawberry vanilla swirls. lady at the window had a huge attitude in her voice, the three separate meals weren't bagged sepera like they should've been everything was just lazily half correctly folded and tossed in one bag, 2 straws for our 4 drinks and no cup holder and right as we turn to ask for a cup holder and my cold brew she slams the window in our face after saying have a nice day, we finally get the cold brew but it's not a frosty cold brew it's just a plain cold brew of depression and the Dr peppers are diet cokes, still no cup holder, fries and nuggets cold, bottom buns stale and hard, and there was more onion on the bacon double stack than there was meat and I got diahrea after 1 bite

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I ordered a Krabby patty meal and it was 11.07, I gave her a $50 bill and received the wrong change, she was VERY RUDE as well, and when I explained she gave me the wrong the change. She was not trying to listen due to it being a long line. I received back $36.00 instead of $38.93. SHE OBVIOUSLY CANNOT do math & has horrible service. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE

I am kind of shocked this location has a low star rating. It's new and clean, the staff is great! I always get my food fresh and in a timely manner. I am a big fan of this franchise especially this location! Next week I'll review their yummy salads but for now..... The reason this review is being written today... BREAKFAST! The long awaited Wendy's breakfast is here! I enjoy a good bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and I'm not disappointed in this one. The bacon was crispy, the egg was fresh (you can seriously taste it) and there was some sort of yummy sauce going on. Man!!! It was good!!! I got the croissant sandwich, it was not a traditional croissant, but the bread was super soft and did not break apart! The sandwich plus tax was under $4.

Yelp 100 Challenge 2017: 36/100: Wendy's is Wendy's.... everywhere you go, they tend to be consistent. Wendy's is probably the only , "fast food" restaurant that I enjoy going to and don't feel horrible about myself when I eat there. Lol! I know I still should, I mean it's fried fast food, but hey, what can I tell you? I LOVE their Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I always go for it with fries on the side. Wendy's food is usually prepared fresh (at least that's the excuse they give since they take a big more time to serve you than your average fast food restaurant) and it's consistent with flavor and fresh food. Their salads are pretty awesome as well and who doesn't enjoy an occasional frosty? This place has friendly service and usually very fast.

This is the most disgusting thing I've ever experienced from any fast food restaurant. I opened up my sandwich and there was a cockroach leg on my sandwich. When I called to complain she really didn't seem to care, other than offer me a refund for that meal, while there were 3 other meals on the same order. Never will be eating here again!

Dave's double. The tomatoes were not fresh and the condiments were just everywhere.

From the moment we walked in, he made sure to ask us questions and give recommendations because it was our first time. He let us know that these were the best burgers in Orlando, and he wasn't lying. The food, although a little pricey, was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Bangin' Shrimp as an appetizer, which blew me away. The shrimp had a tempura fry to it, giving it a perfectly crispy crunch. The sauces that were drizzled on top helped to amplify the flavor of the dish. For my main course, I ordered the Shroom N Swiss burger. I love how thick and juicy the burger patties are. It's hard to find a good burger place that has thick patties, and The Whiskey delivers that meat. Another thing that blew me away was the mushroom that came on top. Usually, mushroom burgers have little slices of mushrooms, but this burger had a big fat slice of mushroom on top. And it tasted so good. This is a perfect atmosphere to come in, grab a couple drinks, eat good food, and maybe even catch a sports game or live music. Only thing I will say is that it may be a little loud for some, making it hard to hear conversations. But if you love a loud atmosphere, then this place is perfect!

Monica was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, our interaction with Mary was the complete opposite. She was rude and unaccommodating, which made our visit unpleasant. After ordering a few drinks, we decided to patronize another business. As a group of returning customers, we were also disappointed that no effort was made to accommodate us. We've supported this restaurant year after year, and we expected a more welcoming experience, especially as loyal guests. We hope management recognizes the difference that customer service can make and addresses these concerns so future guests--and returning customers like us--have a better experience.

Looking around after the game, a smash burger sounded like just the thing we needed. Ambiance was nice. Good, chill vibes, a random door to a random next-door bar. Plenty of viable seating for my party of six. Service was pretty ok. The front counter worker was nice enough, but the food took forever to come out. Much longer than I would expect for the products we ordered. The food itself was dynamite. I got the Papi Big Mak (Two Florida-raised beef patties, smashed onions, lettuce, American cheese, sweet-heat pickles, tostone "Middle Bun" , Papi Mak sauce, Sesame Martin Potato Roll). This was a fun thing. The patties had a good crisp to them. The totstone did not, though, so it got a little lost in the bite and chew. Needed more sauce. And that sesame seed bun really helped out a lot, too. A little extra texture in every bite. I was a fan. I also got the chance to try the Umami Papi (Two Florida-raised beef patties, crispy bacon, white cheese, sweet-heat pickles, crispy onion, raspberry jam, Uuuumami truffle sauce, sesame buns). This one was a better topping combination. The pickles had a nice pop of acid, the raspberry jam really stood out, adding a nice sweetness, and the truffle sauce, never thought I needed it on a burger. I did. Standout burger. I also got the Papis Loco Fries. I forget exactly what these fries were topped with, but the cheese, just look at it. Congealed just perfectly. A good side item, for sure. Overall, this greasy meal is out there doing the good work for the people. Maybe this was a four star meal overall, but I'm not sitting, that Umami Papi was a standout for me, and the reason I now give five stars.

Nice, crispy edges on the patties, and I loved how many sesame seeds were on the buns. Great flavor. Cons: The only thing was that they waited for our whole party's order to be ready before calling names, instead of just serving them as they came. This lead to cold burgers. Tips: Make sure you arrive early! If you wait too long, they switch to a smaller, less interesting menu.

There wasn't it. It's just a burger and fries and that's it lol. You can get single , double or triple cheeseburgers and then regular fries or seasoned fries. My boyfriend gave the burger a 8.2/10. He said it was really good and I had a bite and thought it was decent. It's a smash burger so the patty is burger than the bun and overall had great flavor with the pickles , onions and their cow and cheese special sauce. The seasoned fries tasted like they are seasoned with the seasoning that the bbq Fritos have. Both good dishes. The staff was friendly . The place was clean. I guess I just wish there was more variety. I try to stay away from fast food hamburgers so I was hoping there was a chicken sandwich on the menu but I guess that's why they call in cow and cheese. I think the prices are a little steep. You do get a big burger but it was 12 dollars and the basket of fries was 5.50. You're not walking out of there paying less than 10 bucks on anything that's for sure.

I ordered a brat with mustard and sauerkraut, paired with sweet potato tots, and it was exactly what I needed for a mid-to-late evening bite. Your food is cooked to order and everything comes out to perfection. The location reminds me of the diner that in HIMYM's episode with the perfect burger. That's ironic because it's the reason I popped in here for the first time. After seeing several people have a burger one night, it became a much needed experience for me. The burger came out delicious. You have to add the house sauce to it. You won't regret it. The tenders are so crispy but maintain all their juiciness as well. As I write this review, I'm seriously considering going back for one or both. Nonetheless, go give it a try. There is an added bonus that the bar next door allows you to eat your food there and have a beverage or two.
