They give you your receipt, have a lighted sign in the drive through and don't hall trash from the kitchen though the dining area. The dining room however needs attention to detail. It's hit or miss with this location. Sometimes the food and customer service is good, other times it leaves much to be desired. On this particular visit, I used the Drive-Thru and initially ordered two 4 for $4 combos but then upgraded one of them to the "$5 Biggie Bag". The order showed up correctly on the order screen so the young lady who took the order and processed my payment did her part without any errors. When we pulled up to the next window, we received a $4 combo bag and another one that had the word "BIGGIE" on both sides so I didn't think to question the order at that point. Upon arriving at home to eat, I looked at my meal and noticed no difference between mine and my sister-in-law's combos aside from a different bag. I went back to the store and spoke to the manager. I think she might have misunderstood my complaint and stated that the sandwich "comes with bacon", but she did communicate with her staff that the order was made incorrectly. It seemed as though one of the cooks did not agree that the order was wrong, (which is a valid thing to say), but not within earshot of customers, especially right in front of the same customer whose error you are challenging. While the sandwich was then made correctly with her the manager's direction, I received 3.5 nuggets with my combo. I do not believe it was intentional, but if a customer is coming back up to have the order corrected, a double take or quality check might have prevented me from leaving the store twice with a less than perfect order. While this issue is small, I do feel the need to post this review and offer my feedback. I have had missing components/wrong sandwiches/etc. in previous visits, but twice in one day definitely struck a nerve with me. read more

The lobby is a disgusting mess with trash constantly left the tables--tables which have clearly not been wiped down anytime recently. My order tends to get messed up or completely wrong and I get told to call when it happens because if not nothing they can do. But when I cal they never answer. After seeing the Mighty Mighty Bosstones and the Dropkick Murphys play at McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket, RI, we were going to make the long drive back to Boston when we saw the warm glow of a Wendy's in front of us. The drive-through clerk managed to take orders from me and the three slightly drunk guys in my car and give us everything we ordered correctly (I love those screens where you can see what they're inputting for you order!). The food was some of the best that I've ever had from a fast-food drive through - hot and fresh at 11 pm! They even gave us the extra sweet & sour sauce that we asked for. Honestly, if I had to deal with 4 idiots from Boston all yelling burger orders at once, I'd probably lose my cool, but the staff was patient and polite, and got us fed and on our way quickly. read more

Constantly messing up my orders. My southwest AVOCADO salad didn't have any avocado, WASNT given a fork for it, the chicken wasn't cut through. This place got renovated fairly recent but that's all it was. My wife and I come here when we're desperate and lazy. We go through the drive thru when we do go there. So we live really close to Wendy's and you would think the food would stay hot but nope barely warm. Out of all the fast food burger joints, Wendy's is my favorite, but this location just can't get it right. I can literally walk to this location from my house and that's the only reason why I come here. I have to say 9 out of 10 times they get my order wrong or forget something. I formerly lived in Pawtucket when this restaurant was first built. I stopped in yesterday (8/16/12 at 4:20pm) for old-fashioned lemonade. The drive-thru was backed up so I went inside. The manager (I wish I had gotten her name) was literally barking at her workers. There were at least four different complaints going on at the same time, and at every one, the entire team froze, waiting for leadership from their manager. She continued counting bills and yelling out orders to the team. They all looked dejected and timid from this unnecessary abuse. When I served the lemonade to my family it tasted of old, saturated, rotten lemons. I WAS given MinuteMaid instead, but I will not frequent this location again. I saw the management quality (or lack, thereof) in person, and know that I could not expect the food quality to be any better than its leadership.
