    This was maybe 1/3 of the sandwich. As you can see, it was not very big.

    One line review: Meh. My wife and I have begun an odyssey, looking for the best (preferably spicy) chicken sandwich in the Vancouver area. Wendy's was competing in the fast food franchise division -- and did NOT show well. We went with a certain amount of hope. We don't eat a lot of fast food, but when we do, we've typically had good experiences with Wendy's. We looked at their menu online and found some attractive looking sandwiches. One always has to beware of trick photography, but their pub-style chicken sandwiches with the pretzel bun looked decent. When we arrived, we got in line at the drive thru, typical for this COVID time in which we find ourselves. We looked at the menu and could not find the pub-style sandwiches -- and with good reason: They didn't have them. I don't know if that's an artifact of being in Canada, or if we had found an old menu online, but we just ended up with their standard spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. The sandwich was surprisingly small and very, very average. The best thing about it was the produce, and while that was noticeably better than expected, everything else was worse. The bun was a standard burger bun. The chicken was small and not well-seasoned. It wasn't unpleasant; it was just mild and tiny (see the attached photo). The fries and drink were about what one would expect, but not worth driving all the way Richmond. Service was adequate, though not very quick. Parking was free in their lot, where we ate. Bottom line: This was the least enjoyable trip to a Wendy's that I can remember -- below average, even for fast food.

    Ordered chicken strips and a burger from this location through SkipTheDishes. The chicken strips were so overcooked that you couldn't eat them, I could only SNAP them in half! I wouldn't feed them to my dog in fear of cracking her teeth! I've NEVER, ever seen anything like it, and I'm 64. Phoned and spoke with the East Asian manager, she said it probably happened in the car while being delivered, obviously doesn't care, refused to replace the order. What an ignorant response. Maybe the Skip driver had a deep fryer in his car? LOL! Will never eat at Wendy's again. Emailed the corporate office, they said I would hear back from the restaurant. I didn't. Sometimes, it just takes an experience like this to turn you right off of a company, and this was that time. That "manager" needs to be fired!

    Terrible drove through experience! Did not check our order and was not compensated for the time wasted waiting for the manager to figure out the issue! The portions definitely got smaller compared to other Wendy chain stores. Was not a happy meal

    Yummm the spicy Asiago chicken burger with a side of fries and of course coke! This burger is definitely worth the calories that will keep you full for a long time.

    Tucked away in in industrial area, it looks like this location hasn't been renovated to the "new" style yet. Parking is available in a lot around the building. The location is somewhat clean, and staff were quick. The layout is consists mostly of half-booths, with chairs on the other side. The chili is very delicious, and is great on those colder days. They also have chili nachos, which makes for a nice snack. The Frosty also delivered too. So beautiful.

    Hair = Ew!

    DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FROM HERE! We found not one but TWO pieces of HAIR in a burger. You can see the hair laid across the receipt (one even has a piece of food stuck on it). I think this is disgusting and absolutely unacceptable! It was my mother ordering this time, but I am personally very disappointed that this happened at one of my favorite fast food restaurants. We don't eat fast food often, so when we do we only go to our favorites. Guess I will have to find a new spot...A&W has been pretty good lately :)

    I ordered through the drive thru. The young lady in the drive thru didn't start with hello, more like "what is it". I didn't care that much cuz I understand working at wendys sucks but they literally just threw my meal in the bag with no regards to the quality. Made a mess all over my leather seats. My baconator was fire tho.

FOOD We're most often in for breakfast and on this most recent visit, it was again, and our go-to meal each is the: All-Canadian Breakfast ($8.99): it's like the Noah's Ark of breakfast - two eggs your way, two pieces of bacon, two sausages, two slices of Texas toast, two slices of tomato and one nice hash brown. Burger King has a cheaper breakfast ($5.99 that is the same breakfast minus the sausages and tomato); however, the quality of the toast and hash browns are a little better at A&W. === 3. SERVICE While not overly happy or enthusiastic, it's been consistently good in-person and in drive-thru. === 4. ENVIRONMENT The restaurant was remodelled 5-10 years ago and it doesn't show too much age - still open, clean, and pleasant and ready to accommodate small-medium groups, wheelchairs, and baby strollers. Parking is plentiful in the shopping complex lot outside.

Well since I walked there, I didn't have a car. I stood around the speaker ate and no one answered. I looked through the windows and it appeared that there was only one person working in there. I waited for a few more minutes and left and walked to Subway next door. I went to Burger King the next day and they were doing construction on the roof. The noise was so loud and annoying. Then when the work stopped, there was still noise of an alarm beeping. I ordered a whopper meal. My kid got 8 pieces of chicken nuggets. He loved them. Ate them all and some of my fries. My burger tasted good. The fries were a little cool and hard, not fresh. When I got back to the hotel, I went to the toilet because I got the runs. Although my kid enjoyed the nuggets, I didn't give him the option of getting chicken nuggets for dinner from this Burger King again.

Good choice for me when Popeyes isn't readily available! It's also $0.25 cheaper per piece than that of the nearby LA Chicken. - LA would be like a mix between Popeyes and KFC - it has more pepper/spices than Popeyes with thicker batter, but smaller thighs and drumsticks. - KFC would be best for those who like a fuller set of pepper/spices, thick batter, and usually flavorful meat. === 3. Must Order at the self check out and pretty easy to navigate There's Montreal smoked meat sandwich ( crazy me-never cross my mind to order this) chicken tenders, fries, & of course the poutine which I am curious to try for very first time. During this visit I just found out you can get a Kirkland water when you get the hot dog combo instead of pop. I ordered & did the hack, chicken tenders with fries, side gravy for only .30, side cheese curd $2.99 for nice size package , hot dog combo. Total = 13.84, lower in USD. So cheap! This hack gets you the chicken tenders, hehe. I wanted to try the caramel sundae , but too early in day for desserts but I think that's available in the states . The verdict: I tried first without the gravy & cheese curd, then added them. Either way I enjoyed my very first poutine. I really like the fries & tenders, so good for the price! I got cheese out, since that was too much cheese curd for us. All in all, great first time enjoying poutine & on our road trip back . Love it.
