Food was cold. They didn't get my kids meals correct (two kids meals) and forgot all sauces, cups, condiments, and no napkins in entire place. Service was NOT GOOD. I went inside to order. I was paying in cash. They only had about 4 people working in the entire place on a Wednesday afternoon around 3pm. No one was at the counter to take peoples dine in order. I had to ask if somebody would take my order after about 10-15 minutes standing there with my kids. A young man took my order. I waited about another 20 minutes to get my dine in order as they only prioritized the drive through and Uber eats. When my food was finally ready I had to ask for napkins, condiments, and to complete the kids meals properly; correct side orders, cups for dinking, and the kids play doh toys as I ordered two kids meals. The ambiance is quiet, the floors are very greasy in the dining area and all of our shoes were sliding all Over the place from being improperly mopped and cleaned. I won't be back anytime soon, especially for dine in. read more

I don't ordinarily review fast food restaurants, but I felt a need to do one for this Wendy's. At 1:00 on a Sunday afternoon, the drive thru window line was around the building, so I decided to go inside and order. I haven't been inside a fast food restaurant for a long time, but this one looked like a bomb had gone off. Trash sitting around, tables dirty, and nothing looking inviting. I had to order through a computer screen, which is easy to do and doesn't require a person, so I understand why they are using these. That whole area was in disarray, with straw wrappers, etc. After I ordered my food, you need to take a few steps to pick it up. That area was also messy and didn't appear clean at all. It has now sunk in that I probably shouldn't be eating the food here if the front end of the business is this dirty. My food came out fairly quickly, and I took the bag and went to my car. I clearly should have looked at everything before I left, because the French fries I had were scraps. My hamburger had tomatoes and pickles, which I clearly took off the sandwich when I ordered it. The chicken sandwich also had pickles, which were not ordered. I don't think the staff even looks at the orders for details. All in all, a poor experience. read more

I recently visited Wendy's in the evening, and the manager on shift, Kendra, orchestrated an impressive display of professionalism. The entire staff, including the front cashier Hope, demonstrated a high level of courtesy and efficiency. Hope, in particular, was patient and meticulous while taking our order, ensuring accuracy by reading it back. The restaurant exuded cleanliness, both in the lobby and the kitchen. Kendra's tight management was evident, as every staff member was engaged and bustling. Despite a minor hiccup in my order, Kendra and her team promptly rectified it with remarkable politeness, showcasing a level of professionalism uncommon in fast-food settings. I must commend the drive-through team, Ty and Kayla, who, despite their evident busyness, took the time to check on me when I returned to the front counter with a question. This attention to customer needs made me feel as if I were dining in a 4-star restaurant, a rare experience in a fast-food establishment. Overall, Wendy's under Kendra's management has set a new standard for fast-food service. Out of 100, I rate this establishment 88. Very tasty food; I can have this for 2 meals in a row. The worst service and Wendy's ever!! My girlfriend and I went in and ordered a Jr cheeseburger, ketchup only, and just a regular hamburger. After watching the cashiers' attitude with the couple in front of us, we should of just left. We waited about 10 minutes, still no food. I asked about our order and was told by cashier "I just told them about it". Even though I heard her tell them bout a chicken sandwich. I asked one manager for our money back. She proceeded to say I got you your order, then she never followed through. The cashier then threw 2 bags at us, didn't say a word, just pointed. I checked the first bag, it was a chicken sandwich. The 2nd bag had a Dave's triple and some crappy looking cheesy fries. I demanded my money back again from another manager. It was only $3.63, but it had been 20+ minutes by now and we were done waiting. They all coped an attitude as we stated we just ordered a couple burgers but have been here 20 minutes and given food we didn't order! Finally got the money back and left. Never again will I visit this Wendy's, or another Wendy's. Just awful and and no excuse for what we just went through!!! read more

REPORTED TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! Stay away from this place. I went here on 9/30/2023 @ 5:40pm and whoever made one of my chicken sandwiches added two of their hairs. These sandwiches were for my children and THANK GOD I always check their food first. Had I not checked one of my kids would have eaten a strangers hair. I don't live close and tried calling to talk to the manager...the phone just rings and rings and then cuts you off. Whoever the manager on duty 9/30/2023 should be fired for not making sure their employees are wearing hairnets. So disgusting. You cannot go out to anyplace anymore without someone messing up your order somehow. Soon all fast food will be replaced with robots and I'm looking forward to that. This Wendy's will ALWAYS get your order wrong and/or be out of multiple menu items. I don't know why I gave them as many chances as I did but I refuse to go there any more. There are enough other options close by or if you really need your Wendy's fix, just drive up to Gibsonton. Walked in through the front glass door which looked like it had layers of fingerprints, dirt, and grease. It looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. No one was at the counter so went to the self order screen. I was afraid to touch it wondering what bacteria was growing on these things. They were covered in a smear of something I can not explain. Like a dirty diaper was wiped across the screen. I walked out at the point and went to firehouse subs where they were actually cleaning the dining room. If the front of the house at Wendy's looks like that there's no way I'm eating anything from the back. Stay away. read more

Do not be fooled by the beautiful exterior. This Wendys SUCKS. The staff is unmotivated and rude, slow, clueless, etc. We came in for dinner at 7:40 on a Saturday night. The baked potato I received was missing half of its contents, yellowing, and had about 1/8 of an inch of charred outer skin/potato. Nothing like being served a potato that was cooked for lunch. The Coke Freestyle machines were both missing at least half of their different flavors and the both ketchup machines were out of ketchup. When I went up to ask for packets, I was told that they weren't out of ketchup, one has ketchup in it, it's just broken. Oh, my bad. OH! I almost forgot! So they didn't give me the potato originally, they gave me a large fry. When I told them (politely) that it was incorrect she grabbed the large fry from my tray and proceeded to put them in a drive through bag and out the window they went. Seriously. Don't come here. Just horrible. I don't understand how they're still open. Ordered several items for my family that have bacon on them and they all came with burnt bacon crumbs. I've already had issues with Wendy's due to the long wait and incorrect items in my bags but this latest time just put the nail in the coffin. I only go to Wendy's for my kids because they like it but this time I went and ordered kids meals for my kids. I get home and the kids start eating but my daughter can't eat her Nuggets because they gave her spicy when I put normal nuggets. My 3 year old was given spicy nuggets so I had to end up eating them for her and make her food when I got home. Although the manager was very gracious and gave me a large chili instead of a small this was one confused crew. It took almost 10 minutes to get our order and it was nothing complicated. But it wasn't only us, it was everyone waiting. Now compare that to the drive thru that was zipping right along with no confusion. Go figure.
