As others have already said, most unfriendly Wendy's on this planet. The manager always has an attitude and tonight was the breaking point. We couldn't hear him through the drive-thru speaker and then when we could hear he started just mumbling "uh" like we were stupid. He then chose to speak over us ordering and finally said "you can go elsewhere" acting like we were the problem. Worst service and even worse attitude. The young guy that took our order screwed it up. It was for 3 hamburgers, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 large fries. We got 4 hamburgers and 1 fry less than half filled. We asked for the extra fry at window and asked for a full box not half empty. We got nothing but rude attitude. We went to parking lot to discover we had 4 hamburgers and no chicken sandwiches. Back in to get chicken. Rude young man refused to replace and complete order and said we had to go back in drive through to order again. It looses a lot in translation here but this kid was rude! Would grant zero stars if possible. Manager / franchise owner rude, dismissive, and clip. Swore at us for ordering in advance via the app for pickup when we arrived at the drive in lane to gather the food (restaurant interior not open to the public we learned when arriving at the location). We returned choice words to the manager, and in turn received the middle finger from other employee (as others here have experienced. I emailed the Wendy's customer service to encourage them to investigate this location after seeing a Facebook post in town that also has numerous users sharing similar experiences. No reply from customer service. Fortunately we have a lot of fast food options nearby. Won't be frequenting another Wendy's until customer service kindly replies. read more

About half of time when I eat here something is out of stock, they forget an item, or something is wrong. I work very close to this Wendy's so I'm there fairly often, but it seems unlikely that this amount of error is out of the hands of the employees. Some are kind folks - one of them offered me a generous trade because I mobile ordered coffee and they were out of any sort of coffee products (8 AM on a Saturday). That one girl earns them a second star, and part of that is because I know she has to work under the horrible crab I'm about to describe. One of the employees there (maybe the manager that there are dozens of other reviews about) is the most bitter, unkind, pathetic, and helpless tantrum-throwing loser I have ever come across in my life. I do actually feel bad for him because it's extremely obvious that he's among the most miserable and incapable hostages of the fast food industry, but it doesn't seem fair that when I say "hello?" after waiting several minutes at the drive through speaker I get a response that makes me feel like I'm being some tremendous inconvenience. I don't know if he's actually overwhelmed by the zero other cars in the drive through or whatever else he has to do while the store is empty, but he effectively communicates that if anyone says anything to him in his customer-facing job it's a tragic waste of his precious time. His default attitude is one of extreme condescension and rudeness. I would recommend offering some sort of counseling to this individual. I'm not sure what institutional benefits Wendy's offers, but it's worth pulling out all the stops before this clown flips off the wrong person and things spiral out of control. Or make it less mentally taxing to work at Wendy's, I don't know. He sounds so confused and angry all the time. Like a toddler who can't figure out a puzzle. I hope he gets the help he clearly needs. Final note, the potato wedges are excellent, which also contributes to the two stars this places barely scrapes by with. read more

I went through the drive through and my order came to $4 and change. I gave the cashier a $20 bill, but he only have me $5 and change. I told the cashier that I'd given him a $20 bill. He rudely said that no, I'd given him a $10 bill (lots of attitude, no "sorry for the confusion"). Strangely enough, he pulled the cash drawer out of the register and held it upright as if that was going to prove that he'd given me the correct change. He then said "stealing is pointless!" I was astonished and drove off, but then tried calling the restaurant several times about 10 minutes later. No one picked up the phone. They've got some absolute freaks of nature working here. Went through the drive through and got verbally abused by the workers. We ordered the most basic orders for me and my girlfriend and they were both completely wrong. We asked them to fix it and they rolled their eyes and said nothing. Okay so, tonight I tried to order from the Wendy's by the Home Depot in Rockland. No big deal right? It was still 9 PM and I was hungry. Sometimes we don't have a lot of food, and I'm used to it but today this broke me. I'm so upset, frustrated, and I lost my appetite because of how hungry I was only to see this: They literally only gave me a tomato on a bun. I ordered baconator fries, but even that was sent as regular fries, which are not good to me. I tried to call the restaurant about this but low and behold, no one picked up. If I could give this zero stars I would. Was there on a Sunday night, around 6 PM. has to be the worst staff I've ever encountered. Rude and obnoxious. Five year old in the backseat, even realized how rude they were. and the cake on the frosting, home in five minutes, with cold french fries and two cold burgers. First and last visit to this one. Has to be the most inept and unfriendly Wendy's around. Went through drive through, thank goodness I checked the order and of course one of the chicken nuggets were missing. Went in to get it and the employee just said okay and the manager (larger guy) rolled his eyes. The heck?! The customer service was awful. the staff was very disrespectful and overcharged me. i recommend not going here. the staff was mad about our big order and said "are you kidding me" on the speaker. he continued to have a attitude while taking my order. when we pulled up to the second window he over charged by $7 and got all of our orders wrong. i asked for ketchup very politely and had the window closed in my face. If I could give a place zero stars I would. When me and my friends came tonight we simply asked for 4 frostys. We had the driver order the 2 for the people in the front seat and the person in the back ordered the other two for the backseat. The "manager" who is an absolute grump then said "can only one of you order and not the whole car" where the driver in my car responded with "same thing he said". The "manager" (the same grump) said "would you like four cookies with that too" we responded with a simple "no". the "manager" (yes, still the same grump) proceeded to call us losers and told us to get the f*** out and go to another restaurant. We let him know we were upset with some words he deserved to hear. When we passed the window every ghetto worker inside had a middle finger pointed towards us. But wait the absolute loser of a "manager" (the same grumpy guy) had his back turned to us. He called us f****** losers and didn't even have the audacity to look at us. This Rockland, Massachusetts location is the the Dick's Last Resort of fast food, except the joke is on you, the customer. Never experienced a more apathetic, dismissive and disrespectful person in a retail role. "Jack" (working the 2:00 pm , 10/17/21, shift) at the drive through window was a 10 out of 10 on the Punk scale. Tough guy behind the glass window and locked doors. However, Karma has a way of sorting these personalities out. Glad I won't be there to see it when it happens because the way this guy roles, it won't be pretty. Some people have to learn things the hard way. If the owner and management are employing this type of person, and putting them in a public facing role, no way you can trust anything they are producing. Avoid this location at all costs. Best to head over to the Hanover location or better yet, go to Chic-Fil-A. They know a lot about customer service and quality product. read more

I have a feeling that some of the positive reviews here might be from employees. I stopped at this location late at night, around 12:41am. When I got to the speaker for the drive thru the employee, Jason, was very cold, "What do you want" 10 piece nugget I said. "Sauce" it was clear that he was inconvenienced by my business. When I told him I also wanted a 50 Piece he told me that would take 10 minuets and he would be closed by then so he couldn't do it. I said "Its 12:41am, 10 minuets from now is 12:51, you close at 1am" He refused to make my order and then refused to speak to me again. When I drove to the window he tried to give me just the 10 piece. I told him I ordered a 50 as well and I would be waiting for it. He said to pull around to the front. When he came out with the food I said thank you, he didn't say a word, then went back inside and screamed F*@K You! out the window. I called the next day and asked to speak with the manager so I could get a refund since I did not feel comfortable eating this food. The manager told me that he does not know who was here this night because it was someone from another store and that I could come in for a refund. When I got to the location and asked for the manager a kid came over and gave me cash for the order. During the interaction I saw the person who cursed at me the night prior and the kid told me that the person who I pointed to was the manager and that his name is Jason. So when I called the location inquiring about who this employee was he lied to me on the phone and pretended it wasn't him and then put his employee in a bad position and made him deal with it. I asked the other employee to ask him to talk to me because I felt I was owed an apology. Jason went on to come up with several other lies. This location has a lot of potential but I also think Jason will ruin it. Luckily I recorded the entire interaction. read more

I I recently went to this new Wendy's location thinking it would be superb. When I pulled up I asked if their fries were gluten-free they proceeded to tell me to look online because they cannot tell me themselves. Pathetic! I am sure this is a common question and he seemed extremely agitated and his response. We then continue to order our food and he rudely interrupted saying he needs to talk to only one person preferably the driver. We then apologized and the driver started to speak and restart our order and he rudely interrupted her again to tell her he already knew the information the other people had said previously. Then ordered the rest of our food and he had the audacity to judge our order by saying "oh Lord". Our order seems to be OK but we still think they may have spit in it. Do not recommend this Wendy's. Workers are extremely rude, service is slow, and all-around a bad time. please support your local business and not your chains they suck. I wish I could give a zero star. If you're looking for a bad time come to this Wendy's! It will ruin your day! read more
