And the cucumbers had too much salt. But it was a generous portion so most people will like it. The schnitzel had very fresh vegetables and the potatoes were cooked perfectly. The sauce was very good so I'd tightly recommend it. Portion sizes are good. The decor was fun and the atmosphere good. Our hostess was great. What wasn't good was as our waiter. He didn't give me an extra plate when asked. And as I was finishing my meal he hovered over me waiting to take my fork and plate. Not cool as he made me feel rushed. It came with a small side salad, though I think serving two eggs instead would have made it a better value. The sliders were a pleasant surprise. The beef was clearly high quality, and they were the perfect size if you want to enjoy a great burger without committing to a full one. To finish, we shared the deep-fried Mars bar, and it was absolutely delicious. It's definitely a rich dessert, so it's perfect for sharing between two people. I personally would have preferred it with vanilla ice cream instead of whipped cream, but it was still a great way to end the meal.
