COLD FOOD...I special ordered my food and it was still cold. I even asked for hot off the grill. I ordered a number 2 cheeseburger combo with bacon fresh off the grill. The person who took my order simply did not relay the message to the cooks. My burger came out with no lettuce no tomatoes no pickles and no onions. This is far from the large number 2 combo I ordered. Poor service from KIANE. all attitude and just lazyiness. This place was empty but there were a lot of dirty tables. I asked for a towel to wipe ours off and she came out to do it. She wiped down 2 tables and went back to the customer counter. What about the other 15 tables? To make it worse, our table was covered in cleaner. We had to dry it off with napkins. KIANE took my order and when it was not correct i advised her of the missing items....She turned and walked off. 11-16-2015. Went to Costco to shop. Feel like some chilli and Wendy has the best chilli. Came in waited a minute or two before an employee come over to take my order. No welcome to Wendy how may I help you sort of thing. So I just order a small chilli I saw the worker just scoop one scoop of chilli and its not even and give it to me with no lid. I ask for the lid and two cup ice water and extra cracker which he only give me the cup for water and no extra cracker thank goodness he didn't give me the extra cracker I would of toss it away. I greatly enjoy this location, even though I do not visit any others. This location was recently remodeled. They have multiple flat screen TV's and that display the menu, along with "rolling" images of the menu items. I am a visual person, so seeing the item helps tremendously. They are very quick and have ALWAYS made my order exactly the way I ordered it. The employees are very nice & friendly and the place is always clean. They also have those tough screen Coke machines with a million (not really) flavors to choose from. read more

The order was right, however the spicy chicken nuggets tasted weird, the fries were not full and the burgers seemed smaller than normal. I can not believe this. There were only 3 cars in line but it took over 30 minutes. When we got to the front, we saw 3 staffs there and it seemed like only the poor cashier was working. Went to this place this morning order me two croissant sandwiches, went to the window and paid. But when I got to the window they say they don't accept Apple pay, this is Samsung pay I said, won't work here but I'm from a small town named Salinas and I've used my phone to pay probably about 40 times so I went inside and try to show it works but when I got inside they said they only accept cash only which totally doesn't make any sense about a fast food restaurant. Never even try for anything to help me both drive-thru and walk-in. So everyone beware cash only when you walk in and the actual credit card when you go through the drive-thru otherwise no food and worst service to boot. Zero stars. The guys from my neighborhood like to go to Wendy's so every once in a while I get hooked into going. I usually either order a baked potato and a small chili or a salad that has chili on it. The baked potatoes are on the small side and are often overcooked, but hey, it is Wendy's. I do like their chili. The beans are not too mushy and you can still make out an occasional chunk of hamburger here and there. I pour the chili over my baked potato and add a couple of packets of their extra spicy hot sauce to give it a little extra flavor. The senior drink is free so I end up with a satisfying, filling lunch for less than three dollars. You really cannot beat the price. read more

This is one of the "chosen few" fast food places I go to when I'm starving after coming home from work. It is close to my house and it doesn't take very long to get food to go. In general I have no complaints about this restaurant. The food is always hot & fresh. And the order staff is usually on the ball. However I have faced a few ups and downs with this restaurant. Sometimes they will be out of their most popular items like the baked potatoes or the chili. Which can be very disappointing when my favorite dish is the "Southwestern Taco Salad". There have also been times that some items like the taco chips or the sour cream will be missing from the "to go" bag. Then I'm mad at myself for not checking it before leaving the drive-thru. Lately though, they seem to be doing better. I also like their spicy chicken sandwich or the fish sandwich. Both have been tasty alternatives. And of course, their ever popular Frosty is a nice little dessert to finish off the meal! read more

Went there today 07-17-2018. The young African-American girl operating the drive thru had an attitude while I was ordering. I pay extra for a drink I did not receive. I asked for a Strawberry Watermelon Fruit Tea Chiller and I got strawberry lemonade. They messed up on of the burgers on my order completely by not adding the extra items I paid extra money for on it, and putting whatever they wanted on it- leaving us to have it be thrown out because we're too far to take it back. Waited 55 minutes for a doordash order... after waiting 25 minutes to get to the speaker at the drive through I was told that I am only allowed to pick up 1 doordash order, when I was assigned 2. I've been doordashing for a year now and have had plenty of multiple orders at Wendy's and this was the 1st time I was EVER told from any establishment that they only take 1 order. Once I got to the window, I asked for the young lady's name and asked to speak with the manager. the young lady walked over to her "manager" and I heard him tell her "you should have told her a different name". After they went back and forth she returned and I let her know I heard the entire conversation and will no longer need to speak with anyone as I will not waste my time.
