I was in the mood for chili, so I knew the exact place to go. Wendy's has always had great chili. I ordered their chili today and was going to eat it in the parking lot before I went to get gas. No spoon. So I got gas and went home and heated the chili in the microwave for a minute and a half and took a big bite and spit it out. What have they done to their chili? It was beyond awful. Usually you would think that these Yelp reviews are overreacting so I figured I would ignore these warnings and try for myself. My girlfriend and I each ordered the new Jalapeño Popper Chicken Sandwich and completely regretted it. I'd rate the sandwich maybe a 3/10 first of all, but the worst part was the excruciating stomach ache that woke me up in the middle of the night. It burned. Chicken BLT was almost cold and the soda did not even taste like Coke. I would not come back to this location. However, on the plus side the dining room was nice. On 1-3-2019 at approx 9:30p, this Wendy's drive-thru made me wait 30 minutes for inedible food. A simple order: junior bacon cheeseburger, fries, nuggets. EVERYTHING was literally room temperature and obviously not fresh. I'm attaching pics of the fries because they were so limp and soaked with grease that it was soaking thru the fry container and grease was covering our fingers just from touching the fries. The other items were equally inedible. Why bother calling them to complain when they started by making me wait 30 minutes to swindle me. Disgusting. Aggravating. This Wendy's SUCKS. read more

I love Wendy's as a fast food chain. Nothing beats the frosty and fries combination. However, I've been back to this particular location a couple times since my last review and it's just not living up to even the minimal standard you'd hope for. My last visit should tell you why. - A thirty minute wait at the drive thru. Part of that was because they were closed inside due to coronavirus, so I can't really fault them there. But a lot of it was due to the following: - had to repeat order as it was read back incorrectly multiple times. - Received hamburger instead of cheeseburger in son's meal; waited for them to change it. - they initially forgot our drinks; waited. - were not given straws, napkins or spoons; had to drive over to the adjacent Costco (as opposed to sitting through the drive-thru again) to get those items. All in all, neither fast nor convenient, but still some tasty grub. read more

I must have had a brain fart as I pulled into the parking lot of Costco. I wondered if Wendy's still made chili and for some reason parked in their lot and went inside. I know fast food tends to always suck other than In N Out Burger. Oh yeah and the 2 mystery meat tacos for $1.00 at Jack in the Box. My cup of chili, a small fries, and a small soda cost $7.58. What a rip off! The fries were luke warm and the chili was way too hot to eat. It tasted OK, but it was about 75% stupid beans. This is probably my last time ever going to a Wendy's. Came to Wendy's this morning to get breakfast. Ordered there number 1 which is the maple chicken breakfast sandwich. Come home and good thing I looked around the buns because come to find mold on the bottom bun! Like do the employees not check this crap? Use to be a place of good service but has the time changed with management and employee who don't care for the customer when the business does run on the customers money which is also how they get their paychecks. Had to place multiple order via drive thru as business was not open at 630am except for drive thru. Purchased the current special $1 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich, and the $1 special sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich. Orders were needed up and received more of the bacon than the sausage which were ordered. Food was good, especially for the price. Way to get me addicted lol read more

Not all that impressed by the food, although the remodel of this Wendy's was pretty nice. Very modern and clean looking. Much less "fast food" and much more "sit down." New soda machine that vends all kinds of flavors and combos of those flavors. We went with the dollar menu and each adult got a chicken sandwich and a junior burger and the chicken was good but the hamburger was not. Didn't taste like the same beef patty I used to really enjoy at Wendy's. Also the food seemed only lukewarm and not hot. Maybe I should've taken them back. They could at least zap them hotter for us. The fries was ok although they served us some burnt ones too. Hmm... Didn't order drinks, just had water. They gave us these grand reopening type coupons and one of them was a good one... kids' meal for $1.99 each (reg. $3.69 for the chicken wrap one), limit 2, so I went back and got 2 of those after we finished our food and weren't totally full. Little girl enjoyed our food with us. The kids' meal is pretty good value at $2, not sure about $3.69. Included a 8 oz milk, I picked the apple slices over the fries (she doesn't need more empty carbs), along with a toy besides the chicken wrap which was actually pretty good sized. Food seemed to have gone downhill here. Disappointed. May/may not give Wendy's another try, but customer service was good. It was also quite empty but this was a Sunday evening. read more

This was my 3rd time ordering from them and every time we've ordered, they have gotten my order wrong. And this time, it's even worst! I ordered through the mobile app to avoid getting my order wrong but wanted to order a few more items when we got there for my brother-in-laws. They told me that I cannot order more. What business turns away more money?! THIS ONE! So it took another 15 minutes to get my online app order. This has been the most disrespectful experience I've ever had at a Wendy's, ever. Wendy's was my first job, so I know the 90 second rule thing. Let me fill you in. Start to finish, maybe 12 minutes. (listening in on a full top and bottom and another top inning of a baseball game during my time here, drive thru) biggie bag, asked for ketchup and mayo only, not listed on my receipt, I got everything on my very cold burger, except for the bacon(don't know why, kinda a weak burger without it. Only 2 nuggets in my box, about half the amount of fries, and they didn't even give me my frosty. I don't know if y'all are having a bad night, but I kiss when places took pride in their work. This most certainly is not that. 0/10 would come again, was a nostalgic place for me to go since it was my first job, within 2 miles from home, so I always considered y'all first. Not anymore.
