The remodeling of this place is superb. Both exterior and interior designs are eye catching. Outside with fresh paint and modern look, the inside with new booths and glass decal with grass paintings were pleasing to look at. I now find this location more of a restaurant seating than a fast food (just by the looks though, or course service is still what you'd expect at a fast food joint). This is my first time here since the remodeling and I am digging this location way more than the one on Bond Road. I feel like service here is better than the Elk grove location; however, food didn't seem to keep up. Food was good still, I ordered the baked potatoes and a small chilli like I normally do at Wendy's. The potatoe was too dry. Since I don't eat mine with any spur cream or butter, I had hoped that the inside was a. it moist on its own. I did enjoy my chilli, can't go wrong with that! Lastly the drink machine got me awed. It look like the machine you find inside a movie theater with high tech functions for selecting your drinks. This place even has a lounge spot with a fireplace. Every time I visit, I feel rushed. In a good way. See, they provide an awesome drive-thru experience. They are extremely efficient and quick. I'm talking about your order being handed to you before the payment transaction is complete, receipt printed even! You have the food before you have your debit card back. Insane! Order is always right on. Food is always good, as expected. Salads are fresh (no wilting, brown leaves). Just all around great! The dining area is always neat, clean and organized. I really enjoy the aesthetics in this restaurant. for it to be a fast food chain, they have really stepped up their appearance and their services as well. I went to Wendy's today. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich. I asked the lady to make it fresh and that i don't want a chicken that is dry and old.. The cashier said ok. I explained to her that last week when I ordered the same thing.. i got a old and dry chicken. She laughed at me and said ok.. Then in 3 minutes when I received the chicken sandwich. I checked it and it was the same way.. You can tell it was dry and they did not make it fresh because chicken was cold. I didn't want to tell her to make it again. What's the point. These restaurants are taking people's money and giving crappie food. And blaming everything on pandemic. This Wendy's is brand-new and smells really good inside the food is as good as other Wendy's but the price of food has gone up and no more value menu. My review is basing this off of a comparison of other Wendy's this is the best Wendy's that I've ever been to. It feels like you have gone to the Wendy's of the future and met the Jetsons. My wife says it has the vibe of a restaurant airport. For a fast food place it is actually a good place to hang out chill and relax while you're on a long journey you can get off the highway pretty easy and take a few minutes to use a clean restroom and free Wi-Fi. read more

I've been to this drive thru several times since it was close to Costco. The experience gets worse each time. The last time it took me 30 minutes to get my food with only a few cars in front of me. You can't fill out a survey or provide feedback about the transaction because they never give you a receipt. The most recent time the food was cold although it took so long. Spent $30 only to get my entire order wrong and every time I call no answer to make it right. Ordered a chicken sandwich and two orders of nuggets and I never got my sandwich. Ordered a chocolate frosty, received a vanilla. Outrageous after waiting over an hour for food. In addition, you run out of stuff and think you can still charge full price? Plus the frosty was milk and not even thick as a frosty should be. Fries were soggy, old, and cold. You don't even let your customers know you ran out of items until after they paid and ordered. NEVER coming back here. And to top it all off, there was a fight between a guy with kids and an employee over the food and how ridiculously long the wait was. Made a last minute choice to get some food and try out an inexpensive combo later in the evening than I normally would but since they tout freshness I said what the heck. I was sadly mistaken. Food was lukewarm, like it had been sitting for a while, and my French fries were all wilted and not the least bit crispy. The bun on my burger was stiff like you get right of a bag of buns from a grocery store. What a disappointment! This location can't seem to get orders correct and do not know how to give change. Three times this year I have stopped for food and a frosty (twice with granddaughters). We ordered vanilla frosties. Each time we have been given chocolate. When granddaughters are with me one of them will eat and somewhat enjoy chocolate. Tonight was just me. It went in the garbage. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY IF EVER!!! A little politeness would've changed my mind about this place but SANDY made sure that I'll never be returning. I've dined at this Wendy's twice and the first time it took me 20 minutes to get my food (I ate between 3pm-4pm each time) and I was late back to work. I like to consider myself more patient and understanding than the average customer. That's why it wasn't a big deal to me that they had gotten an order out before me to someone who had ordered after me. Once I finally sit down to eat I notice there's ketchup all in my "junior bacon cheeseburger" so without looking any further I went up to the counter and was told that was a junior bacon cheeseburger... I order many JBC's as well as worked at Wendy's so I know only the baconators only had ketchup. This is the only Wendy's I go to because the food quality, customer service, dinning area and drinks area are excellent. My order always comes out correct with my favorite ingredients with mustard, onions and pickles added without any extra charge on my spicy chicken sandwich or mustard in my burger. The two Coke Cola freestyle machines are always stocked with their flavors. The dinning area is cool and clean. Plenty of parking here. read more
