    Kids Mini Cheeseburger and fries
    Donovan M.

Oak Park brewing is a great spot for grabbing a bite, sipping some brews, hanging with your friends and family and overall built for a good time. Oak Park brewing has many options of beers to choose from but something I want to really highlight is none other than their children's menu cheeseburger. I am the owner of 1 extremely indecisive toddler who will say he wants 1 thing and breaks out in tantrum when that 1 thing he asked for comes. But fear not! Let him be indecisive and choose diaper bag emergency gold fish and I can enjoy the kids cheeseburger ( comparable to the OPB Burger, hold the veggies), Burgers here are cooked beautifully. Pair it with fries and a tasty beer and you'll be in a happy place. Enjoy their patio with plenty of space to spread out and ample seating or get some of that AC inside. Parking is on the street and when that area is busy, you have to loop the block. Overall Oak Park Brewing is a great spot featuring a great lineup of beers and bites for all.

I can't believe I used to live out here and never stopped by Oak Park Brewing! We were doing some brewery hopping and I'm so glad we ended up here. We found parking right on the side, and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the staff. Everyone was super welcoming and helped us with some beer recommendations. We grabbed our drinks and enjoyed them outside. I loved the vibe, the artwork, and just how friendly everyone was. We didn't try the food since we had already eaten before coming, but the beer definitely didn't disappoint. The IPAs had some kick! This is exactly my kind of place--low key, relaxed, not overly crowded, and serving great beer. Thanks for the awesome experience. We'll definitely be back!

Western bacon cheeseburger, fries, Pulled Pork Fries

A nice watering hole for the Oak Park neighborhood and residence, with decent food and a large variety of beers. The spot can be extremely packed weekend day, but it functions as a nice place to meet up for some and to host events for others. There are quite a bit of staff that are all working hard to fulfill orders and request. There's both indoor and outdoor receiving, the outdoor which is settled under a very large patio. There are several community games for patients to enjoy, as well as dog bowls for water for your furry friends. The client tell you late 30s early 40s, with many people bringing their children to come and enjoy and relax. The food in particular was underwhelming to me. I received a coupon for 20% off "new" items. We order the western cheeseburger and some pulled pork fries. The fries came with a variety of sauces and cheese on top and the fries themselves were quite flavorful well seasoned. Everything was decent and was cooked well, but nothing was extremely special. We also noted that there were no nonalcoholic options for cold drinks other than water, our friend was provided a can of pineapple juice. Overall, this would not be a place that I would like to personally frequent, but I can see the appeal for others

Chosen as a dog friendly spot with a real menu. Lots of high praise for burgers- try those...? Nice patio. Ordered the Yard Bird a blackened chicken sandwich. The cilantro avocado crema did not add much flavor to the bite. Side salad was mostly chunks of the center of the romaine- balsamic dressing was tasty. Crispy Brussels sprouts were far from crispy. They definitely tasted fried some oil settled at the bottom of the tray. The chipotle aioli was great on the sprouts and sandwich. The last was the pomegranate cider. Thin and light on flavor even for a cider.

So the wifey and I had a free day and decided we were going to do some day drinking-so since I had been here recently at an amazing Yelp event,I told her there was no better place to start a day of drinking than Oak Park Brewing located on 3514 Broadway. It's funny I've lived in the Sacramento area since 96 and somehow had never made my way to this neighborhood until the fore mentioned Yelp event, but let me tell ya-this neighborhood is so cute-coffee shops, bakeries, nurseries, restaurants, ice cream shops-it's got it all and this brewery is such an anchor for the neighborhood-a beautiful gathering spot to either begin or end your evening. This particular visit was great-the patio spot in the back where everyone hangs was great-such variety of people,ages,cultures-it was a true melting pot of all the things I love about Sacramento-I seen people with dogs-people with young kids, even babies in strollers-I saw people on dates-I seen people just hanging catching up after long week-it's such a chill spot-I loved it. Now let's get to the beer-we had 4 beers in total on this particular visit. 2 pints of The People Lager($7.50 each)-This is a great beer-feels like very friendly beer and easy drinking beer-I would get this again-7.8/10 rating 1/2 Pint Stout Kang Imperial($6.00)-This is the beer I came here for and I remember having it at the Yelp event-it's a very coffee forward stout and it's packs a punch-pretty sure double digit ABV-it's not for everyone-it's very strong but I love it-9.2/10 rating 22 ounce stein-Mystic Cloud($9.00)-This is a Hazy IPA and yep this was the star of the day for me-I loved this drink and as much as I loved the stout-this will be my order going forward-great beer-9.3/10 rating We also ordered the Pulled Pork Fries($15.00)-I had these on a previous visit-they were yummy then and they were even more yummy now after drinking almost 40 ounces of beer-I would fully recommend this as a shareable for anyone looking to eat a little something while enjoying the incredible suds they have at this brewery. Overall it was a great visit-I love these guys and gals who are running this brewery-they are all so friendly and welcoming and they are serving a superior product and the pride they have in their beer and food shows-I am so happy this brewery is a part of my world now and I can't wait to go back.

Delicious taco bar w/other yummy foods at the Office party at the OPB!

Adj: Best Beer Brewery and Burgers! I can't believe I've not reviewed OPB! I've been a fan of OPB since my office started having events here during "the pandemic years" (technically after the pandemic, but we were still not yet going into the office) before we started having events in the office again. We had 1 staff appreciation party here first, and then because the response was so positive, we had a second party here! First off, OPB is a great local brewery and restaurant and my office is big on supporting local (vs. chains) and we all enjoy farm to fork places and OPB definitely support local farmers and other businesses, so we wanted to support OPB too! We also heard that OPB serve up some amazing burgers, fries, and other delicious brewery food, so we had to come check it all out. We were not disappointed. We came on a warm fall day and it was the perfect weather for our large group to gather and party under the large covered patio at OPB. We each got one complimentary drink (alcoholic or non) thanks to our managers, and then we had some amazing appetizers of finger foods and a taco bar. Everything was delicious. I must've been having too much fun and socializing while eating, because I somehow only got 1 picture of my plate, but you can see that we enjoyed pretzel bites, a salad, fruits, popcorn chicken, grilled chicken and a taco bar w/all the fixings! It was so delicious! No matter, I know that OPB is a great place for beer connoisseurs. They have all kinds of specialty brews on tap and some of them are pretty low in alcoholic content, so those of us who are lighter drinkers but still like a beer on the more flavored side plenty to choose from. For those who don't imbibe, there are many sodas and non-alcoholic drinks such as lemonades and ice tea, and of course, OPB's burgers, fries, wings and other food fares are all freshly made and sumptuous! We played team-building games and hung out throughout the party and the OPB staff were so friendly, gracious, and helpful, asking if we needed anything, and refilling the food. We all had a good time and so we came back a year later and did it all over again. I'm not sure if we'll have future office parties here, but I sure hope so. I forgot to say that there's plenty of street parking all around too. So if you're looking for a casual spot for some great beers and food, check out OPB Co!

    People's beer

I honestly cannot get enough of this wonderful place. The staff is always great friendly, our favorite beer it's people's beer. We keep coming back to this place because we absolutely love it. From the beer to the food, you won't be disappointed. Everything we've tried has exceeded our expectations. The wings are juicy and perfectly crispy, the burgers are flavorful with a perfectly cooked, juicy patty, and the fries are always on point. It's consistently a great experience, and we'll definitely be back. It is also pet friendly, they have plenty of sitting inside and outside.

I went to Oak Park Brewing and honestly, I really liked it. The vibe is super chill and welcoming one of those places where you can just relax and be yourself. I brought my dog and sat outside, which made it even better. The outdoor area is really nice, and I loved that I didn't feel weird having my dog with me. It just felt easy and comfortable. The drinks were good with a lot of options, and the food was delicious too . I got a really good hazy beer. It nothing overly fancy, but definitely good and satisfying. It's more of a laid back, go to spot rather than somewhere super upscale. The atmosphere is probably my favorite part. It feels social and a little lively, but still relaxed. Perfect for hanging out, going on a casual date, or just getting out of the house for a bit. Overall, I'd definitely go back especially with my dog.

    Dog friendly patio
    Robin M.

I went to Oak Park brewing for lunch last Thursday. It was my first time there because I just moved to the area, and it's walking distance from my new house. I had my dog with me, so I didn't go inside. My friend went inside and ordered for us, so I don't know anything about the inside or the bathrooms, but I'll tell you what I know. There are three vegan items on the menu. We ordered two of them: the grilled portobello mushroom burger with fries and the vegan Philly cheesesteak with a salad. Everything was amazingly delicious. The salad dressing was super good. The sauce on the grilled portobello burger was to die for. Nothing tasted dry or felt like it needed more flavor. The chefs here definitely know what they're doing. I love the back patio. You have the option of sitting in the sun or the shade. It's big enough that if you have a dog that doesn't like other dogs (that's me), you can get a good amount of space between them. And I love that they have help-yourself water. Oh, and they have a foosball table on the patio. I will definitely be coming back here.

Oh wow!! We've been here quite a few times and I must have forgotten to write a review! We enjoy the neighborhood and supporting the community. Oak Park Brewing is a fun and laid back place. We like coming on a nice day to eat outside. We've only dined inside once. We love the OPB burger and add bacon, the BLTA, the cauliflower bites, the Napa salad and add crispy chicken, the chicken tenders with fries, the onion rings, and much more!! They offer many beers on tap. They also have an online option for a to-go order. Overall, a great place for a meal! A great place to meet friends for an outing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Our meals were served quickly. The downside is street parking. If it's a busy time of day, you might have to walk a block or two away.

We were in the area and drove by saw thought we would stop in for a beer. We were able find parking about a block away. There was a very noisy group outside in the back patio area so decided to look for a table inside. We were looking at the menu and the bartender asked what we would like to order. I ordered a flight as well as a Royale Burger with fries. There are TVs inside and lots of tables. They have a good selection of beer. The beers were good as well as the burger was cooked perfectly. A bit messy but good.

First time here. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Very family & pet friendly. Love the outdoor seating. Tried a flight. I chose the Oak Park Stout Kween Imperial Stout, Oak Park Black Is Beautiful Hazyx2, & Oak Park Lii Red Chevette All were really good but I really enjoyed the hazy. Also ordered the BLT and A w/ fries. Staff were friendly. There's Street parking.

I don't come often enough to even know what's regular anymore. I don't eat meat, but I did have my Guinness so no harm done. I really like the choices of seating, between tables and chairs, the bar, booths, stools, benches, and outdoors. It can get pretty busy, but never so much that I've ever felt boxed in. In the main taproom you'll find lots of takeout beer and the merchandise. I ordered a few new beers to try, always up to the consistently excellent quality. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It's a casual place, and you can choose your own seating. If you've never been to a Fieldwork, it's a great location.

The spacious interior makes it an ideal casual hangout for friends, coworkers, and families with kids. FOOD Garlic Fries -- 5/5 The kids loved them, although the portion was smaller than expected. Fried Pickles -- 5/5 I've never had fried pickles served as spears since they're usually sliced. They came out extremely hot esp that first bite with the hot juices coming out, but they were delicious once they cooled down. Baked Goat Cheese -- 5/5 One of our favorites! Honey Calabrian Wings -- 3.8/5 They were okay, but not a standout for us. Hot Buffalo Wings -- 4/5 Flavorful, and the wings were nice and juicy. Hail Mary Pizza -- 4.5/5 got this Detroit style and it was good. Pepperoni Pizza -- 4.5/5 DRINKS Watermelon Pulp -- 5/5 Hard Lemonade Slush -- 4/5 Service was mostly quick, and our server was friendly. Overall, Fieldwork is another great Midtown taproom for a casual hangout.

However, through their Facebook page you can sign up for "VIP Loyalty" and get a couple of cool offers. The ones I could claim were a FREE Pretzel or a FREE One Sausage Platter. Older offers included FREE Custom Dog or FREE French Fries. These are available Sunday through Friday only, one offer per visit, not valid with any other offers, dine-in only. Show in person to staff and get a special code to redeem. I love their giant pretzels and sausage platters, and the fruity Starburst grapefruit radler beer with pom cider is such a summer vibe. Most recent visit was also able to catch the Argentina World Cup game on the projector. For my FREE offer I went with the one sausage platter (picked bratwurst and potato salad), then also got a 500mL Starburst and a pretzel with added bier cheese. Judi got the Berliner dog (curry and fries) and a cucumber salad, and we shared an order of the S'mores Belgie dessert! I will be back soon for my FREE pretzel, and I must remember to try the Starburst as a slushie/frozen!

You enter without truly knowing where to go or what to do, so be observant as there may be an actual line to order drinks and food, just don't cut someone off. Ordering was easy. Same window for beer and food. If you order food you're given a number that people deliver food. Came here for happy hour. I got myself a pretzel with add-on cheese, a pulled pork (seasonal) Belgie with fries, and I sampled other food that my friends ordered. Firstly, the 1L beer is worth it. Not happy hour prices., but well worth the volume. It definitely transported me back to my visit to Munich and the beer halls. Oh, I do miss the drunken singing of the Germans lol Secondly, the food was just okay. Pretzels were thankfully cheaper since it was happy hour but i paid $1 for the add-on cheese. The mustard combo sauce was great. I wish the pretzel was a bit bigger. I appreciated the warmth and the salt ratio; not overpowering. The Belgie (waffle sandwich) was also on happy hour. The texture of the waffle was great. Crisp exterior, soft interior. I ordered the seasonal pulled pork which was great in texture and decently portioned. It is a thick boy, so biting into it was a bit of a challenge. Ended up deconstructing the sandwich and used utensils. Sauce maybe would've been better on the side. Fries always win. No complaints though I wish I ordered the garlic fries... the smell was good. One thing I didn't get to try was their famous, Starbust drink which is a mix of beer, cider and some frosty, maybe. The color was intriguing and everyone seemed to order it around me. The misters were on, which was a blessing and a curse. Definitely helped cool me down, but also became a nuisance as the table and all my belongings got wet. Excited for their new location in Old Sac. Maybe a revised review in the future. Stay tuned.
