Horrible service, I ordered my meal got home and it was cold everything as if it was sitting for an hour or so. The Mexican girl at the window needs to get out that window itching her eye passing the bags back and forth. Straight TRASH both the food and service! Went here late night and the food was cold and gross, I called as soon as my son got back with it and spoke to the manager Pa. She told me they were unable to remake the food that night but I could either get a refund or replaced food tomorrow. I told her Id take a refund. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give no stars I would. This place is horrible. I've gone here 5 times in the past year and every time the card reader is down. Go today and order my food from Monte. He helps me at the window. I hand him a $20 gift card and my debit card. The total was $28. He first asks if I want a receipt. Luckily I said yes. He hands me my receipt and debit card back. I check the receipt and he charged the whole amount to my debit card. I asked about the gift card and he states "it didn't take it". First off why didn't you tell me before charging the full amount to my debit card. Second why didn't he give my gift card back? Horrible place to get food. Monte is a complete idiot and incompetent of his job. If your card readers are always down the owners of this place need to figure it out and change them. I am raising my review to a 3 stars. I have been here a few more times recently and I see a change. The staff seems much nicer and the restaurant is clean and seems to be functioning better. This location I see gets a wide variety of characters coming through. Why just today I had the sweaty guy in line ahead of me yell "Sheet rockers Rule!" Not really sure who he was yelling this to, but he seemed happy enough. Also, while I ate I noticed someone try and come order on foot in the drive thru window. So the fact these people can keep a smile on their faces and turn out ok fast food deserves an bump up to 3 stars. read more

Prime example of everything wrong in the fast food industry. The order accuracy is atrocious. Simple items without any special requests are consistently made incorrectly, over and over. Even if you have patience, bring your drive-thru order back inside for them to fix, wait politely, you will still be handed the incorrect items. I arrived at 10:27 am with plenty of time to order breakfast. They had the truck in front of me sitting in the drive thru for well over 3 minutes. When I got to order it was 10:31 and they had stopped serving breakfast. The shift supervisor Adam was completely rude and unprofessional, he said I guess you should get here earlier. He also claimed to be the manager, which he is not and never will be with his attitude problem. When I went to the window I asked for Angelica the actual manager. Adam stood behind her in a very threatening manner and had to be directed to walk away because of the way he was acting. I will never come back to this location. They are absolutely terrible and do not adhere to their own breakfast hours. They ended breakfast 2 full minutes before the time. I don't understand how when you order a meal, it becomes so complicated. Tonight I asked for a 4 for 4. I wanted the jr bacon cheeseburger (the man said it comes with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, cheese, and bacon) and the regular nuggets. I asked the man: can I get that without lettuce tomato and mayo, he says sure. I ordered some other stuff for someone else as well. I get my whole order of $24 and change and go home. Once home I open my whole order and I have spicy nuggets and a burger without bacon... how did any of that happen when the conversation was clear. My husband ordered me the #5 thinking it was the # 11 jalapeno bacon chicken sandwich. Anyways it was the wrong one. I went back in they replaced it with no fuss , she didnt even question it. Simple mistake, same price. I got my sandwich want back to my truck and I'm going 2b really honest. That was the best chicken sandwich I've eaten this month. I've eaten popeyes which I like and KFC. Normally i enjoy Wendy because they have a fresher choice of veggies but tonight I was so disappointed I understand it was a little late but come on whom ever made the baked potato tonight was wrong the potato was not only hard it was overcooked unable to enjoy...i normally get salad should have done it but I choose not since my last salad I had was disappointing they put nice green lettuce over the iceberg brown water down. Then sometime I have other items in my salad as of they ran out of one and threw some chicken and a sticker to pass it off. My order wasn't right. Also my frosties were melted before I even left the drive thru because the workers took over 20 minutes just to give me my order. I was handed the wrong order several times and I'm tired of waisting my money and time. I visited this location this evening. The staff was very friendly. The order was correct, the food was hot and everyone that ordered in my party enjoyed their meal. I wasn't able to judge how clean the exterior of the restaurant was because it was too dark. I recommended on their survey that maybe they need to upgrade their lighting. But anyway, speaking for myself, my food was good, hot and presented pretty well. I had a proper amount of French Fries. They could have used a touch more salt. The soda tasted good but the cup had a slightly weird smell. The Frosty was really great. Overall it was a great experience. read more

Coupons beware. I literally only went bc I got coupons in the mail and the spicy nuggets sounded good. I also ordered kids meals for my kids and tried to use my second coupon which was for a free fry. The employee said only one coupon per car. The coupons do not say this anywhere. When I asked why they don't he said it's not a written rule it's an unwritten store rule. If I were Wendy's I'd be really careful with what they choose to not put in writing but want to implement. Only reason I gave this even one star is because it is a wendys and i still love their food and frostys, but otherwise I'd like to give 0 stars. This is by far the worst one ive ever been to and ive traveled up and down this state many times, for years. Service is so slow, its like there isn't service. It wouldve been faster for me to get a job at another wendys, learn my way around, drive back to this one and serve myself. Saw several people in the back, im assuming making food for orders, but the one guy and girl were doing nothing but flirting with each other while the other kid couldn't stop dropping containers on the floor and going back to the storeroom to grab items one at a time. I arrived with 7 cars in drive through and 2 people waiting inside. The guy before me i side had already been waiting a while. I waited inside almost 10 mins before another worker noticed me, yelled at the other guys to make my sandwich. I only ordered one chicken sandwich-not even a meal. He proceeded to give me a free large drink for the wait. After still several minutes, I finally got my food. Same guy said he threw in a fry and apologized for the wait. Happy to at least see there was one person working there out of the 5 who understands customer service and doing a job right. I get it-its fast food. I don't expect much from these places. But the one thing it should always be, is fast-hence the name "fast food". To wendys corporate: you guys need a higher up to come down and rattle cages and light fires. BEWARE!!!!! FYI to all...especially Veterans, disabled, females and those long in years (aka elderly). Just wanted to let people know how these people make a bit of extra money "under the table". I asked if I could get a hot fresh baconator and side salad alone w the other items shown on the receipt. I was charged for a half salad. While I was reviewing the receipt I was given the half salad and cold baconator dish. I told the young lady at the register who looked absolutely blank!! (Lights on nobody home). I then told her to get the manager who eventually showed up and after huffing and puffing gave me back the difference. I checked the baconator and it felt like it came from the frig. So I asked again for a hot fresh baconator. After "Much Ado About Nothing" and waiting and waiting and after finishing my salad, I went back to the counter AGAIN requesting the hot fresh baconator dish. I was again given a cold dish. I told him I needed to see the manager, yet again, and wanted my money back as I had waited an hour for the dish. The manager came and said I had to take the cold baconator because she was not giving me the money back for it. (See attached. ) So, the question becomes...what happenes to that extra money at the end of each shift?? Huummm....... I cant possibly be the only one this happens to. I called the corporate office and the customer service lady was very nice and said she would get back to me. Of course she never did. Nice inventive scheem to pilfer money from customers. Wonder how many people they pull this scheme on. By the end of a week, those few dollars could add up to a tidy sum....end of a year..WOW!! Awww, sorry Wendy's but I'm going to have to take TWO stars away due to my recent visit here. The dollar menu changed! Instead of getting five spicy nuggets for a dollar, it's now four but you can order six nuggets for like $1.25....so silly just keep the five for a dollar! I ordered the six peice and when I got home, I discovered they only gave my four! Imagine how annoyed I was! On top of that, I ordered a Jr. bacon cheeseburger and there was no bacon! I am so conflicted about this "restaurant." My first job (a million years ago) was at a Wendy's. I don't think I am ever going to forgive Dave Thomas for making us wear not just one, but two innuendo-provoking buttons: "Hot 'n' Juicy" and "More meat for your money." C'mon, Dave. You have a daughter. Why oh why did you subject us to this? It's much much better than McD's, which isn't that much of an endorsement. They voluntarily lowered the trans fats. I guess I'm trying to justify why I bring my two toddlers here after preschool once a week. Me, the mom who made organic baby food from scratch. Me, the former vegetarian. Me, the Weight Watchers dropout. Well, I guess all things in moderation? They have a decent menu with "healthy choices" but no one seems to choose these. Every time I've ordered a salad from Wendy's, it's been on its last legs -- yesterday. Don't bother. You came here to eat global-warming cow flesh blanketed by non-recycled papers and planet-plundering plastics, didn't you? The kids' meal toys are better quality than McD's but don't change over as frequently and are often peculiar. If you eat inside, this particular location is kept tidy and clean. If you go through the drive-thru, Q.A. your bag to make sure they've accurately prepared your order. About half of the time they mess up our order. I'm not proud of it, but I do come here. It's those chicken nuggets! Dunked in the little containers of sweet and sour and served with a side of fries. It does me in. I just always manage to make my way here after my exhausting trip to Borders. It's convenient, easy, and fast. They never mind that C. & I sit there for an hour working on the NY times crossword after we finish our food.
