I don't normally criticize fast food employees but this location consistently has some of the worst I've ever encountered. 75% chance that the orders are wrong. And I'm not talking complicated orders with substitutions: I mean they get their normal, simple items wrong. Cheeseburgers where they forgot the cheese. Kids meals without fries. Asiago Ranch Club where they forgot the ranch and put god awful amounts of mayo instead. And literally received a burger without a patty last time. read more

I ordered 2 frosties and a 2 for $5 chicken sandwich deal. It took 20 minutes to get my food, while there were no cars in the drive thru. Once I got to the window and paid they handed me the frosties and then said they don't have any spoons... I was speechless... They told me they did have forks though.... So I asked for the forks. Once I got the rest of the food I drove home irritated that i was sold frosties that I can't eat because they supposedly didn't have spoons.... they should have told me that they didn't have spoons before I paid.... I felt duped... What fast food restaurant runs out of spoons?????? When I checked my bag for my chicken sandwiches I realized they ripped me off by giving me the bargain chicken sandwiches not the premium ones I paid for. Poor service. Went to thru drive thru for breakfast item. By time we got to place order, we asked @ about 10:28ish if ok for breakfast, they said yes, then ask to hold on. After couple minutes on hold in drive thru (old trick), they came back & said breakfast no longer being served. There were no other customers in line so we drove out & away. Never stop here because of the long wait, but the salads are what I would order. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru after working out and mentally preparing for this salad that they don't have because they're out of salads. - star for not having more items that they sell... update. So it was a total of 35 minutes. Ended up ordering an order of beans with onions and a BLt and they gave me two 4 piece nuggets with one medium fry didn't even give me what I fucking wanted. I cant give any stars. This location use to be good but no longer is. I paid $21 for two meals that were mediocre. I ordered the bacon bourbon burger and it did not come with the onion straws or cheese and I didn't make any accommodations to the burger. Fries were old and barely warm. This Wendy's is always pretty fast. I never eat in, but I to through the drive-thru occasionally. The service is for the most part friendly and cheery. The food always comes out hot too. Note: they ran out of creamer the other day, which was a bummer. Oh well. They are currently offering free coffee drinks every afternoon, so I am not surprised that they ran out. read more

2 stars because of the inconsistent food quality. I would say 2 out of 5 times the food will be hot and fresh. Most of the time your fries will be warm at best; I hardly ever get crunchy fries from here. Sometimes when I order chili the onions that they put in are old. Sometimes my burger will come with a luke warm or chilled piece of cheese on it. On several occasions i've received 3 hot chicken nuggets and one luke warm stale nugget. This place is odd. They are slow and acting like they don't really care. Customers standing in line, cashier is no where to be found. Two guy, one of them look like the manager smelled like cigarette walked passed the counter didn't do a thing. This place has gone down the toilet in the past several years. Fries are old and doubled fried instead of being fresh. Burgers are sloppily slapped together and there beef patty is dry. Meat must be sitting on the cooker for hours before new beef patties are cooked. This used to be my fave spot for fast food. Sad to say, as much as I hate McDonald's, McDonald's is actually BETTER than Wendy's. read more

This location is slipping. I've been eating at this Wendy's location for 17 years and the last year has been nothing but slow service, inaccurate order completion and poor shift management. The franchise owner needs to get it together. I wouldn't be surprised if these issues are impacting the location's monthly volume and profitability. As far as fast food goes, I'm a Wendy's fan. This one is pretty near my new house, and is located in the same parking lot as the Home Depot I have been frequenting for all the endless crap I need to buy for said new house. It's a reliable spot to grab a quick dinner, either to eat in or to go. I don't mind eating in because it's always clean and nearly empty. The food comes out quickly, the it's consistent and generally as good as can be expected. I always order a chili, a baked potato, and a salad. Kind of a no-fail combo. read more

Tried the new chicken tenders and was thoroughly disappointed. First they were overcooked, hard and rather dry. As if that wasn't bad enough, our fries were cold. As we were in a hurry we didn't mention it to the manager and just left. Won't be ordering the tenders again and just stick with the nuggets. If I could give no stars for this visit I would. I love Wendy's. This location is inconsistent. Some times good others not. Service is good but can be slow. Chili is great one time then watery the next. Sometimes it's better to take out because people are sleeping or passed out inside. People also go in the bathroom for long periods. Kind of weird. Anyway fries are always fresh. I don't eat much meat but my husband likes the Son of Baconator and Famous Star. He also likes their frosties. Terrible parking lot. One way in and out for drive through also. Really odd parking lot. But if you're dying for Wendy's and not worried about your cholesterol, go for it! read more

I work as an independent contractor for a food delivery service and man. I will go to any other wendys than this one. The workers are so rude and so slow. Every time I go there's a long long line for the drive thru and each car takes 2 minutes at least. Expect to be in line for at least 20 minutes. One time I had just one car in front of me and they were at the window for legit 5 minutes just talking. And then I see the workers and the person in the car playfully throwing fries back and forth. Like seriously this is why I am waiting so long??? So you guys can play around?? And then whenever I get up there they don't say a word to me just take my card and give me my food and drink. I'll say thank you and they'll just ignore me because they're busy hanging out in there.
