I stopped here because kids were super hungry and we've been on the road for a while. The fries were not fresh; barely warm. The hamburger we ordered only had 1 little pickle and barely a blob of ketchup. The big mac only had a little blob on it. Plus, asked for extra mac sauce on the side but didn't receive it. Today, we had lunch in the car and just needed drinks, so I got into the drive-through and ordered two Diet Dr. Peppers. Unfortunately, this McDonald's is still behind on the times and only had Diet Coke. So, we got two of those, paid and left. I've had bad food there before and I regret going back but I swear if I'm starving to death I won't be going there for anything! Dry, old fries? This McDonald's has left their menu board broken for three months, on my nearly nine visits in the last 3 months not once has there ever been any single worker at the front counter taking orders, to get you ketchup. I have literally not want to see any manager in any physical capacity at this his location They heat their soda fountain in the dining room locked or they put up a sign saying they're out of CO2. Horrible, use the mobile order , drove there and the place was closed. Called the customer service and told them that we placed an order and came to pick it up but the store was closed . Asked them how we can get a refund, told us that you can cancel in in the app, but app pay already took the money. And the hung up the phone on me when I wasn't done talking. This McDonald's has improved a lot since their remodel. They still haven't opened the dining room... but I kinda have an idea why with all the homeless druggies out front. I've been here maybe a dozen times this year and they've only messed up my order once. My fries have been warm to hot most of the time. They've actually been giving me ham in my egg McMuffins. My first mind told me to not stop here and when I did then I told myself to go inside, but NOOO I had to take my happy self through the drive thru anyways. Boy oh boy was I sorry. It was only two cars in front of me and it took about 25 minutes for those two cars to get food. In the three years, since we moved to Sacramento we have only frequented this location for a total of 4 times. Every time, they have forgotten the sauce for the nuggets. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Even with my asking at both windows. Twice. Now, let me tell you, in high school I had the wonderful pleasure of being a McDonald's employee. It clearly says ON THE SCREEN, with the rest of the order, which sauce was chosen. It's very hard to miss, which leaves me to believe these employees are lazy and/or ignorant. They also can't remember to put napkins in the bag. Company policy 'used' to be, one napkin per item. Maybe this has since changed; however, I don't think the zero napkin policy is adequate. And please don't even get me started on the incorrect drinks. You're managing to press the correct button on the screen, but we never seem to get what we ordered. Every trip simply reiterates my revulsion for fast food in general and I am reminded that even though it was a particularly busy day, it is 100% worth skipping the 'convenience' and making food at home. read more

Absolutely worse McDonald's. I live closer to this mcd but drive farther to another restaurant to avoid this place. I made my first app curbside order, forgot to change location and my order was sent to this one. Went to marked curve side parking, alerted app I was here, waited 5 minutes, no food, get out of my car to go inside, indoor dining closed so doors locked, get in long drive thru line, I tell the driver thru person about my order, she confirmed my order was received and tells me to pull up where they can give me my order. I'm not sure if she wanted me to continue drive thru line or pull back up to curve side parking but by now, there are multiple cars behind me and the only way for me to go is to continue drive thru. Defeats the purpose of app and curve side orders. When I finally reached the window, worker gave me wrong order?!?!?. It was a light skin guy with curly this morning that served my food through drive thru and my order was wrong. I continue to tell him my order was wrong and tried to say I didn't order a McMuffin, which was correct I didn't. I did ask for a biscuit instead of a McMuffin. Is a cheeseburger, a cheeseburger just a cheeseburger? Well....... Yes and no..... On my first visit to this Micky D's while in a new neighborhood for me I swung in here to grab my usual 2 double cheeseburgers & large diet Coke while continuing onward towards my route when I spoke my order through the speaker-box and was shocked to see that my usual double cheeseburgers were ringing up at $1.79 each INSTEAD of the customary $1.29-$1.39 each that I usually pay when shopping over in the hood where I call home.... Now I know that the Micky D's franchise is just that; sold out to people who must adhere to specific corporate rules and regulations however the pricing it appears at least on some items is independent to each franchisee.... Well, without going into too much detail lets just say that there was nothing special or spectacular about this days purchases; the burgers were no larger, filled with more yummy greasy goodness NOR was the customer service any better than what I have become accustomed to over on the wrong side of the tracks and so I DISLIKE greatly the higher rate of exchange that this location charges for exactly the same items that other locations sell for less.... Poo-poo on you Land Park location and the owners of this store and you can keep your burgers as I have decided that regardless of how hungry I may be next time out in this area I shall make other arrangements beforehand and deny you the extra change as its a matter of principle for this chic....... The girl rolled her eyes and I asked if she had just rolled her eyes at me, but I don't know if she heard me say it to her.
