I went to Wendy's today. Ordered a chicken biscuit combo. Got to work 15 minutes away and opened my sandwich and it was just a biscuit. I paid $7 + dollars . I called talked to the manager they said I can drive 15 minutes each way back from work to get the correct sandwich. And that was my only option. I told them I want a refund. They said I would have to go into the store right then. And no other option. Called customer service they weren't open on weekends. Very poor customer service. Every time I had come here, I find myself double checking my order as items get forgotten often. It is not one person in particular, as it seems to be a training issue or lack of supervision. This store will ask you to park at the curbside sign to help their numbers, but it we have to wait 7-10mins after payment, isn't that lying to yourself? The purpose of the wait time is to evaluate your employees performance, make a plan and execute it!
