First the employees are nice at this location but this Wendy's just isn't up to par! Two single cheeseburger combos with one having a large drink comes to almost $29.00. It took 26 minutes to get our food with inside dining due to all the to go orders. Fries were cold(I asked they be remade) , burgers were cold and had very little fixings on them and they were put together so sloppy....half the burger was off the bun and there was a ton of black burnt grill gunk on the buns and in the wrapper. Please do not come here. Let it slowly die from no business. Put it out of its misery. Complete disarray. As I stand in line, 4 different sets of people have problems with their orders. Including Door Dash orders. They run out of food items and have to call people back to the counter to ask if they want refund or a substitute. The eating area is filthy with used napkins, food items, and general crap all over the place. Something is beeping incessantly but the workers are so busy they cannot take 5 seconds to turn it off. Oh they just did. Oh it's beeping again. So I was 3rd in line and took 20 minutes to place my order. Now I'm sitting here leisurely awaiting my food (spicy chicken and fries) for 15 minutes. This location is usually really slow but it's closest to my house. After my most recent experience I'll definitely be going to the McKee location. I waited at the intercom with my mom for at least 10 minutes and no one attended us. I said "Hello?" Multiple times and no response. We drove up to the first window and there was no one there. Drove up to the second window and no one was there either. They recently remodeled but probably should've spent those resources on hiring more attentive staff. read more

Well Wendy's you have pissed me off one time to many now. So you lose a star!! I have been coming here a lot lately mainly for the frosty but it seems if you order something out of the ordinary or ask to omit something, then you will most likely get a screwed up order or not get items ordered at all. This place either has employees who just don't care or they are extremely stupid! I don't know how many times I have asked for root beer with NO ice, only to get it with ice. I get root beer and a frosty separate cuz it's cheaper than their root beer floats that they seem to not know how to make either. The food is ok on some days and completely sub par on others, again wondering if they are stupid or could care less. Needless to say either my food has been over cooked or something I would not even serve to a dog, yet they charge me for something that should not be served but thrown out. Geeez where is chef Ramsey when you need him? They seem to not know the concept of no lettuce and no tomatoes and give you double and if they do acknowledge your request, best believe your burger will be soaked in ketchup instead and extra onions. Last night my friend went to get some food about midnight. I'm sure it was not busy being a weeknight and all. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich no lettuce, no tomato, ok that's easy enough but the chicken was smothered in mayo and over cooked! So not appetizing. Since I got the small combo I ordered a root beer with NO ice but there it was floating in my cup. SMH. My friend however did manage to get his sprite without ice. Go figure. Also ordered a plain burger, the girl even repeated it and said "no cheese right?" "Yes, that's right". along with two bacon cheeseburgers and a small frosty. Somehow the fries made it in the bag but the hamburger that I WAS charged for, was no where to be found. The frosty was like soup. So if it was not ready why are they serving it? Tastes like Wendy's, but long wait times. In the past I would go through the drive thru at night and be in a 20-25 minute wait line, for 5 cars, when I would only order a 4 for 4. On my last 2 visits indoors, they were closed because their gas was shut off, and the next time, someone didn't come into work or came in late, and the line was 10 people out the door, I decided to get out and use the drive thru which only had 1 person, but by the time I got out, that line was 6 cars in, so I went to McDonald's instead. Reality vs. Expectation. This single baconator was almost $8. The meat is dry and fried in oil, and it wasn't even that warm. I complained and was given a new one. This has been my go-to Wendy's for over a decade. The service is often pleasant and my food, contrary to other reviews, has always been accurate (always order a number 6). I will say that the drive throughs can be slow when they are short staffed, but they try. Also happy they are open late. I would go here again. read more

Before the new 100% beef burger make over, I only came to Wendy's for their chocolate frosty, value menu nuggets, and side salads. I decided after to try their new 100% all beef cheese burger. I ordered the single cheese burger and now I'm hooked. It's the healthiest tasting cheese burger I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I don't mean healthy as in that healthy alternative junk, I just mean it's not dripping in grease. I am willing to make a bold enough statement to say that their cheese burger kicks the whopper's butt! Just ask that they don't include pickles. Their pickles are really sweet and it's off setting. I am not a Wendy's fan. But I am a frosty fan :) I come here mainly late nights because they are open really late when my household gets the late night urges. Their fries are yummie, I'd admit that. The burger? It's too greasy and too dried up. I love their chicken nuggets! One of the few chicken nuggets from fast food chains that I won't need sauce to dip in. I have never eaten in the restaurant but the drive thru service they provide is friendly and quick, for the most part. It's not their fault that I am 10th in line at 1am in the morning :D I have still to try their mac n cheese as well as their chili cheese fries. It's about 1 am, I'm super hungry and crave the chili! Got there and they ran out, second option was baked potato and that ran out too. So lastly I ordered spicy chicken nuggets with honey mustard. Left the place and came home to find normal chicken nuggets. Only thing went right was the honey mustard sauce. Went a week later about the same and YES, they had gotten everything and my order correct. I was satisfied. Sometimes food takes awhile to come out, just have to wait a little. It isn't as fast as McDonald;s but food is still good to satisfy your hunger. I always do manage to see a long line at night most of the time. This location is SO poorly managed, it's unreal. This morning I went through the drive-thru, I wanted lunch but realized that they were only serving breakfast at that time. I ordered at 10:11am and did not get to the window until 10:26... I might as well have ordered the nuggets, y'all. To top it off, I asked for no egg on my sandwich. I come here multiple times a week to get my mom the chilli with extra crackers and they always have specials on different kinds of chicken sandwiches.
