This location is SO poorly managed, it's unreal. This morning I went through the drive-thru, I wanted lunch but realized that they were only serving breakfast at that time. I ordered at 10:11am and did not get to the window until 10:26... I might as well have ordered the nuggets, y'all. To top it off, I asked for no egg on my sandwich. I repeated that request when I paid and again after waiting another 6 minutes at the window. I'd heard people in front of me complaining about their orders, so it was clear to me that they didn't have the best and brightest on crew. When I FINALLY got my sandwich I looked in the bag, of course there was egg. The cashiers as just looking at me. I told her I needed another sandwich, she asked if I could "just come inside". This location is always hella crowded because of the quality of food and service. I come here multiple times a week to get my mom the chilli with extra crackers and they always have specials on different kinds of chicken sandwiches. The two system window is efficient and fast and keeps the flow of the drive- thru going. Everyone that's worked here has been hella professional and friendly, also. This Wendy's is legit. read more

It's so dirty inside! lines are so long! I keep giving them chance after chance but they let me down every time! One thing I hate is basically being called a liar especially when your the paying customer and you know what you want. They are so busy that they don't listen to you. This place is drive through only. The dining room is always closed so they make you go to the drive through. Don't even bother making a mobile order or drive up. They don't honor it and mark your order as picked up. You'll have to go to the drive through anyway. Then you'll have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes just to let them know you have a mobile order. The customer service was not too bad, the gentleman helping me place my order walked me through the process kindly. Service was not my problem until it took them 25 minutes in the FAST FOOD drive through line to receive my food. Now let's talk about my order, I ordered two biggie bags with chicken sandwich's that I requested to be plain and specified I just wanted meat and bun. After waiting my 25 minutes to pay and get my food upon arriving at home I realized they gave me one chicken sandwich with cheese and another chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon (which I threw away because I don't eat bacon). Overall this was the second time coming to this location and both times they fucked me over hard. Save your money and just get a whole pizza from the little Cesar's next door. Came here last night for a strawberry frosty. To be honest though, I dont know how the hell it made it home. That thing was freaking scrumptious. Used the drive through, and it was fairly quick, but they didnt give enough napkins. One napkin for two frosties is just not enough, but they ALL SPOKE ENGLISH, which is always a rare treat sadly enough. Great frostys and they speak english. What more could you ask for? read more

Tuesday 8pm drive thru, telling my order over and over again (it was painful). Finally my order was correct on the screen. Went to the second window and was told "sorry forgot to tell you, no coca cola". Looking throughout my order they put meat(pork) on my fries when i just had the hassle of "getting my order correct". After 3 more minutes they gave me fries with cheese, sauce and no onions when i specifically asked for onions. When i asked them to add onions the other workers making food shouted "what?! Why?!
