Well Wendy's; you have officially done it. Your prices are worse than chik-fil-a and your food has not gotten any better. I got a classic chicken sandwich with nothing on it. I paid $6.57 for this less the stellar sandwich. Shocked at how much I paid.... And it would have been almost $11 for a complete meal - I will never go back to Wendy's again. I have always gone for the frosty's and fries since my last pregnancy 21 years ago. The fries are always limp (even if I ask for them Krispy and hot) and always taste like old grease. And the frosty is a hit or miss and our location usually doesn't have the chocolate flavor. Disappointed with an establishment that I used to live off of when I was in college and couldn't rub two penny's together. Customer service isn't even worth the visit. And if you are near the shawnee Ks locations, they are all gross as far as cleanliness. read more

Okay, as I have noted in other reviews, when it comes to fast food chains, it's all about the staff. For example the Wendys in Olathe served me a piping hot burger, the one I received here was warm, although I tasted as good and at least it wasn't cold. The fries were hot and not limp, which was a plus. On another lower note, the Natural lemonade tasted a little watered down compared to the one from the other location last week. I've been to this place twice for a meal, and both times the French fries were cold, not fresh. Although they were not extremely busy my second visit, my meal was cold. I gave two stars because the drive-thru lady was polite. My suggestion is to serve the meals fresh or at least have the fries hot so it doesn't taste like it has been in the warmer. Cold food and missing an item was the best part of this visit. I was cussed out, yelled at, verbally assaulted, made fun of, and had this manager puff his chest out to me, and try to intimidate me with his aggressive movements just for expecting and asking for what I paid $40.40 for. Wendy's is aware of his behavior and yet he's still their "manager". His violent abusive language has been witnessed and reported to the company in the past and it was ignored. I have reported it, I have pictures and a 10min video of the encounter. Wendy's does not care and has not returned any of my calls, emails, dm's, chats, or posts. Save your money, save your mental health and AVOID this abusive man that Wendy's continues to employee. They are not correcting and are condoning this behavior. read more

Occasionally get food that's been under the heat lamp for too long or if they didn't wanna make new fries you get half of a container. I like Wendy's in general, but this location does leave some to be desired. read more

Food quality has been going downhill at this location lately, even the drinks have not been as good lately, they claim to be open until midnight everyday with the drive-thru but the last few times I have got there at 10:30-11pm the place is already closed early when hardly anything else is open. The service here isn't bad in my experience but the overall quality of the place is bad. read more

Absolutely no complaints on my recent trip. Went on a Saturday afternoon and there was no one in the drive through. The lady that took my order was very friendly and energetic. My food did not take very long and was fresh! I ordered their new limited time burger and it was delicious with nothing wrong about it. I regularly eat at other Wendy's around the area. But this location is the worst. Orders are frequently incorrect. Fries are often lukewarm. And when I asked for Coke Zero that all other stores serve at the drive-thru, this location will not. They told me they are too busy because they have to go to the lobby to get it. I'm the only car and as I drive around I see 2 employees smoking right in front of the main front door. I finally just quit going here. Oh. Wow. No one in the drive thru waited five minutes for someone to take my order. Got my order noticed no sauces or ketchup for chicken nuggets and fries. Asked for those I made the mistake of not tasting my large unsweetened tea with extra ice. It was a sweet tea with no ice. Plus they didn't put my sons cookie in the bag. I called from the parking lot and asked them to bring me my correct items. They wanted me to get back in line 6 cars deep now. I said I wasn't waiting in line again. They asked me to come in. It's rare for me to straight up admit that this will be my first and last visit... But, it was an awful experience. In going through the drive thru there was a long wait. Even after someone finally came on the speaker they stated they would be right with me. About five minutes later I was finally able to place my order. But wait, you want the fruit side... they are out. But wait, you want honey mustard dipping sauce... they are out. Settle on ketchup... they forget to put any in your bag. So my take on dried out burgers and fries without any kind of dipping sauce to drownd out the barely edible flavor... keep on driving. read more

I walked over from my room at the Hampton Inn. Despite the website saying they were open to eleven, the walk in was closed at ten. They refused to serve me at the drive through window. Had to walk all the way back, get my car. I'll never eat at another Wendys ever. Jerks. read more

I stood in line with no one ahead of me just for someone to take my order for 15 minutes. When I asked the cashier if she would take my order she said she could only take 3 orders at a time and she already had 3 so I asked to speaker to the manager and she informed me there was nothing she could as she was 20 minutes behind.... Service is consistently poor. Drive through line often requires 5 to 10 minutes of waiting before they are ready to take your order. Staff often have attitudes and need extensive customer service training. The experience is repeatably awful. The building and related facilities are dated, aged, and suffer from extreme amounts of defferred maintenance. There have been a number of times where the chili is served with no meat and barely any beans or vegetables; rather you get a container of flavored tomato juice. I, like other reviewers, do not know how this facility remains in business. Fingers crossed for a miracle transformation. read more
