Part of the drive thru menu sign was missing. Could barely hear her even after shutting the car off. she was snippy when we couldn't tell her what number combo we wanted. how would we know with the sign gone? took forever. couldn't remember no onions and no tomatoes. had to tell her 3 times. forgot our drinks. food was not even slightly warm. we were in a hurry and hungry. now a few hours later we both feel sick with belly aches. Experience was horrible had a mobile order to pickup, Girl in the drive through was extremely rude, I understand you're busy Because of the new meal out but no way to treat people. She handed us the 2 combos, then we asked for the last item the kids meal, they had to go back and ask the grill person I guess to deal with us when we had proof of it on our receipt. Had a JR frosty to go along with it chick basically threw it at us. This location is plagued with service issues. On my most recent visit; the first in nearly two years after a previous incident, they were out of the item that I ordered via the mobile app. Fine. I asked to just refund the charge and I'd go about my day. No dice. The manager on duty curtly told me, "We can't issue refunds I got in trouble the last time I did." She the stared blankly at me for several beats and murmured, "So, what you wanna do?" I simply rolled up my window and drove away as I could already tell that I would be better served dealing with customer service via the app. Suffice it to say there will not be a third chance for this particular location, if I return to a Wendy's at all. Burger,fries,small drink.Took forever.The burger was cold,didn't even melt the cheese.Fries were burned.But the Mtn Dew was OK.

After attending a gala that lasted until around 11:30 pm, I asked my wife if we could stop my Wendy's to get something to eat. We frequent this branch in Sherwood (on Hwy 107) whenever we get in late and the previous times, our meal was hot and fresh. This time, when we got home and I took a bite into my Grilled Chicken, the sandwich was as cold as the weather and my phone indicated that it was 35 degrees F. Really, really, really disappointed. I didn't want to go back or complain about it because it was already cold as it was. Makes me re-think about visiting this ex-favorite late night place of mine. read more

They don't accept American Express. I'm not sure how businesses can service in 2015 without accepting standard forms of payment. At the very least they could make their decision to exclude certain card holders more apparent. I was not happy to wait through a drive-thru line only to have to buy my lunch elsewhere.
