I have eaten in a lot of Wendy's across North America and frankly this is the worst one I have ever eaten at! If there was a rating under 1 star would have definitely been the one I'd use. Hamburger was so over-cooked I could have played street hockey with it as a puck. Food is okay if you're looking specifically for a greasy burger and fries. Typical fast food, not particularly spectacular. Pulled in at 7 pm, one other person in the drive thru. After taking the only other persons order, I pulled up to the menu and was politely asked to wait for what turned out to be only a couple minutes. Again, still no one else in the restaurant or drive thru. When I arrived at the window, paid the $14 for a single hamburger and fries. After payment was processed, was asked to pull up for what turned out to be almost 10 minutes. Of course, the two packets of salt that I like with my Wendy's food was not in the bag so I had to go into the restaurant ultimately anyway completely defeating the purpose of the drive-through. 20 minutes later I had paid $14 for a hamburger and fries that I could've gotten a much better version of and many other restaurants. Clearly, Wendy's is no longer in the "fast food" or "cheap food" business. You could pay $14 for a hamburger and french fries for almost any decent restaurant and get a much better product. I wish I could give this wendy's zero stars. They literally never have anything on the menu (ketchup, sauce, utensils, frostys, if there is anything you want to order they probably do not have it). Also never put the right stuff in your bag. The simplest orders are never right (if you expect one type of soda you will 100% get some different random one every time). every time i've gone here (it's the closest one) I'm never given the correct order even after I have to order something different because they don't basic items. read more

There are only two fast food places that I can handle from a gastrointestinal standpoint. It's either the Holy of Holies with CFA or to much lesser degree Wendy's. Wendy's for me comes down to two menu items: Potatoes & Chicken Sandwiches. Normally at home it's no problem. At this location, oh boy. First strike is that it's only a little after seven and they are "out" of potatoes for the night. Nice! Thankfully they've got chicken so that's not an issue. Because of the no potato action I made the mistake of ordering their fries which I guess I forgot that I ordered Dead Sea style because holy crap were they salty. The chicken sandwiches were alright but even they were overdone in comparison to how they're supposed to be. If I had to come up with a redeeming quality for this one it would be that even though it wasn't late, the store-Ridgewood Avenue-most of the surrounding area were all deserted I guess due to the crazy fog that was in the area that night which made my time on the property as short as it could be. The problem of course is that they were out of a menu item several hours before closing and the quality of what they did have was more or less complete crap. Pass. read more

The woman taking the orders at the drive through had a very tough time understanding me. I spoke clear and slowly several times until it seemed like she might have understood what I was saying. The two cars in front of us had a very difficult time giving their orders as well, Once we finally got our orders in, and got our food, the bun was stale to the point of not even being edible, and the burger patty was disgusting. We were on our way to a fishing boat, so we didn't have time to stop again. Given the option of eating the old, ill prepared baconator, or spending the next 7 hours hungry, I was forced to choose the later. If I could give this Wendy's a 0, then I would. read more

My sons favorite fast food restauraunt is wendys, hands down! This wendys inparticular is the one we regularly visit. I saw some other poor reviews. But i have nothing negative to say, maybe its because were regulars.... But the staff knows what were going to order.. The food always comes out hot, fresh and fast...they have this somewhat new sauce called sawesome...its like a spicy ketchup and mayo blend..its the bomb dot com on frys and nuggets. This past Saturday night I waited nearly 20 mins for a medium Fry, cookie and lemonade. There were only two customers in the restaurant at the time. There were only three people working in the restaurant at the time. Three employees on a Saturday night? This isn't the first time. I pick up food for delivery from this location several times a week and the service is always poor. The employees are unfriendly and looked completely stressed out. The store is also filthy. I'm a delivery driver, but personally would never eat food from this train wreck. In all honesty most Wendy's restaurants that I visit are not much different. I cannot believe how poorly managed most of them have become. I have made it a point to inform my customers about my experience picking up their deliveries. Wendy's should be ashamed of themselves. When I opened up the wrapper, there was one slice of bacon on this and one jalapeno and just whatever sauce it was thrown onto the chicken. Ordered a 4 for4 for my child..requested cheese and ketchup only... 3 times..was asked if I wanted bbq sauce..no ty she would like ketchup..also repeated several times..so what do I end up with...burger made wrong as usual..fries that were old and cold..not one packet of ketchup.. no napkins and of course no spoons for Frostys. They never give you a receipt for your order for some reason at the drive-thru, probably so corporate can not hear about their lackluster service. I orderd 2 junior bacon burgers and a small chili through the drive-through. When I got home there was only one burger. I called and talked to Hazel and she told me the next time I come in, they will make it right. Since I was not too far, I went back. Instead of going back through the drive-through I went inside. That was a mistake. When I told the cashier, she got what I guess was the manager, who then talked to Hazel. After they got that straight, instead of getting me my burger I was made to stand there like any other customer. When the next person after me was getting thier food, I had to remind them about me. ok, so I may not be the best judge of fast food. Walked into this Wendy's location today and it was probably the first time I'd been in a fast food place since I was a teenager, 20 years ago. I clean personal and commercial property as a profession, and it often turns into more than that. A client who recently had hip surgery asked me to pick a salad up for her from this Wendy's, believe me, I was a fish out of water walking in. Wow, this place gets 5 stars based on the wonderful, positive way the young lady at the register treated me. She should be working in a high end environment where her intelligence and positivity could be better appreciated. One time they had to come back to the car (because I had to pull forward) 3 TIMES to get my order right. A family of three...so not that big of an order.
