Let's set the scene, today is burger day. There is a one cent burger available at Wendy's and we walk in and we're like bro let's get this one cent burger. Before the whole ordeal even started, the app didn't even work so we actually couldn't get that burger. I wish the app was buggy as shit. Food: I ordered a triple spicy nacho burger, quite possibly the most bland and calorie dense item I have ever consumed. Beyond tasting awful, and being awful for my body, the photos and video attached to this review, should explain what they serve me. This actually looked like the burger that killed the health inspector from SpongeBob. I had diarrhea for 3 days after eating this. I am writing this review from the porcelain throne and believe me, my ass does not appreciate this burger. Service: I honestly don't even know if the workers spoke English like... We tried to talk to them about the burger and they first pretended not to speak English, then they called the manager over and her answer was "The app isn't working? That's unfortunate." Ambience: That new parking lot makes me wonder why people come here and spend enough money for them to afford it, but even that wasn't enough to convince me to park on their radioactive greasy lot. This has got to be the absolute worst Wendy's in existence! I always give a place several chances in case staff is having a bad day, even more so for fast food, however this particular Wendy's is consistently terrible! Their work culture revolves around, habitually rude and incompetent staff, lying to customers, pushing the blame to customers when they've made mistakes, chatting and playing on their phones instead of taking care of the line of customers in front of them(which also explains the absurdly long wait times)! Sanitary concerns, on the two occasions I came in for pick up, staff was playing on their phones without washing their hands or changing gloves before touching food again. Often getting less food than was ordered, example, ordering pub burgers with double the meat but only getting singles(for the whole order). Food/order has been given to the wrong people on two separate occasions, both times the staff blamed me and tried to refuse to give me my food UNTIL I demanded a refund, which I've also witnessed happen to other patrons whilst waiting for staff to remake my order! This franchisee owner needs to overhaul his/her staff, seems like the hiring manager is hiring her incompetent family members to drive this location to the ground. I've come to this conclusion watching from the drive-thru window, a Hispanic woman with an LV bag give some sort of speech in Spanish to her staff FOR 20 minutes. This Wendy's is OK, I'd come here again. I've been wanting to try the jalapeño chicken sandwich I've been hearing so much about. Bought the meal and it cost $9! Holy cow! The fries were hot and crispy, and the sandwich was pretty good too. I wasn't a fan of the nacho (fake) cheese that was squirted on the sandwich... But otherwise, a pretty good lunch. I walked in here really excited for a delicious meal, but what can you expect?its just Wendy's right? The tall girl at the counter was really nice, greeted us and told us she'll be right with us. 4 minutes later we made our order. We got two baconators and 2 chili cheese fries. This took well over 8 minutes for them to complete. Our chili cheese fries were droopy and the shredded cheese on top was barely melted. It looked so poorly put together.
