I asked whether I could order online and receive steak that way, but an employee checked the online station and said there was no steak available there either. I then asked if they could make another batch since there were still two hours left before closing, and I was told no. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. What bothered me most was that after I left the restaurant, employees appeared to laugh and make comments about me. As a customer, that made me feel embarrassed and disrespected. I understand that restaurants run out of ingredients, but I expect respectful customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

Service was just ok - I had placed an order in the McDonald's App, but when I was standing at the pick up area, the employees weren't even aware there was an order waiting to be prepared. Once we got our food, it was good. The environment was good - it was comfortable and quiet and we felt safe here. Also, the bathroom was on the cleaner side for McDonald's. I'd go back here if I'm ever looking for fast food in this area again.
