Every time I go to this Wendy's I have to wait an extended time for my order. The restaurant is not the cleanest. The employees are very nice and friendly. Ozzy works at the front counter and is the most wonderful young man. He smiles big and is happy to take your order. Whenever I go to Wendy's he always greets me and we talk and laugh. He's very polite to everyone!!! read more

I went to Wendy's and they said my $5 bill wasnt going through but I've never heard of that before and they had a HORRIBLE attitude and talked to me like I was scum on the bottom of their shoes so I went to McDonald's and they even checked the $5 bill because I wanted to prove a point and said it was perfectly fine and usable so I think Wendys employees were just being rude For no reason. This location is THE WORST location I've ever been to. My niece loves frosty's so we've been in the habit of going every other week as a positive behavior reinforcement but EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we go, they get something wrong with the order. If I order her chicken nuggets, they give her a burger. If I order a burger, the toppings are not on it. If I request specific sauce they give me something else. Not one time have they gotten it correct...but this kid isn't as picky as me as long as she can get her frosty; I'm just of the opinion that if I'm paying for something, I should get what I paid for. In addition, the past two times we have gone in the evening, when we get up to the menu to order, ONLY THEN are we told that the restaurant is "closed for an hour or so" because of some type of problem (the last time they said that the power went off and everything had to reset). Ummmmm, y'all can't post a sign or anything to let folks know? Somehow this message can only be relayed after there is a long line of customers waiting and then when each individual car comes to the speaker, then that's when the customers are notified? STOP IT!!! Just keep it real and say "we wanted to take a break and are closing the store for an hour to just chill." Clearly I need to just get a recipe & make this for my niece. The WORST fast food location I've ever been to! They take their sweet time in the drive thru, I've sat anywhere between 15-30 minutes! Only because if lack of choices but I will make sure not to give them my business anymore! I ordered a baconator burger plain and they put sauce in it. Get it redone and they don't put bacon in it? The new natural-cut fries with sea salt are phenomenal. They have moved to the head of the class on my list of fast food french fries! And the employees here always get your order right. You never have to remind them of the little things that are necessities (like silverware or napkins, etc.,. in the drive-thru.) I like to leave positive reviews when they are earned and today that is NOT the case, drive thru was empty so quick transaction but the guy at the window somehow made it very awkward and uncomfortable handing things and the food was god awful, found the fries to be nearly raw and unsalted, they forgot ingredients to both my burgers and the fruit punch tasted like watered down medicine. I go here all the time and it's really not that bad but today something was wrong. Like seriously wrong. Got my order thru the drive thru and I literally took 15 minutes. Got 5 minutes down the road and I scuffled thru the bag to notice that I was missing a jr bacon burger. I only ordered two 4 for 4's. Called them and they said they have it there. Went back 5 minutes later they dropped it on the way to giving it to me. Waited another five minutes for it to be re made and it was completely wrong. This Wendy's location is conveniently located down the street from my house I only get from here when I am in a rush for my kids. I normally use the app to order ahead to save time and increase the chances my order will be correct. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with the drive-through staff. This incident was with I believe her name is Lisa. I was not greeted which really doesn't matter but nonetheless, I was shoved the bags in a rude manner since I had a large order I guess. she did not say thank you, she did not ask if I needed anything else, she just walked away The first time was the exact same thing that happened. It seems like the employees here are trained to do this. This time I waited since I required sauces that were not in the bags. She comes back to the window after a minute and says ma'am that was all your order. Instead of asking if I needed anything, I then told her I needed honey mustard and barbecue and she hands me a ranch. I'm not a Wendy's fan, but when I feel like having Wendy's, I come here. Their Caesar side salad is great! The location can look a little dirty close to closing time and the lack of light in the front of the dining area strikes me as a bit odd. First of all the dinning room was filthy, looks like something from a horror movie! Food was cold, my chicken sandwich was mostly breading not enough chicken and it was burnt to a crisp!!!!! We have been waiting in this drive thru for over 15 minutes. We ordered lemonades and were told they don't got any as well as fries.

Wendys, you actually put rotten brown lettuce on my sandwich and when I approached an employee who stated she was a mgr... Jasmine who doesnt wear a name tag because she is rude as hell.....i showed her the sandwich and said 'would you eat this'.....she with a snotty attitude says 'I didnt put it on your sandwich'. My response is, well someone did....i am not behind the counter....REALLY. If you dont like your job, get a new one, but treat customers how you would want to be treated. I will see the owner and i am sure since i have a picture of what you served, board of health would like to see and your owner will not be happy. Btw, wearing no name tag doesnt mean you will get away with unprofessionalism. AND BTW MR.
