There is a great McDonalds just down the street. You'd be way better served by going there. I placed an online order at this Wendy's tonight. Waited a long time in the drive thru line before going inside to pick it up. Turns out they were out of chicken nuggets (and seemed to have been for a bit) but allowed me to place an order for the anyways in the app. I asked them to cancel the order but they were unable to give me a refund and said they don't control the app (even though it is the official Wendy's app). Placed a mobile order at the McDonalds a couple blocks away and they had my food ready for pick up a few minutes later. Don't make my mistake, stay away from this Wendy's. read more

Disappointing. Chicken patty was tough and mostly gristle - borderline inedible - and the fries were cold. I was too tight on time to "Karen" the manager and go elsewhere. Wendy's in general has really gone downhill since COVID, and the whole "Quality is our recipe" motto has become laughable. read more

We used to eat there about 3 times a week but lately make our burgers wrong every other time. Today ordered 2 chillies and got home only put juice in both cont.'s and the punk kid at the window who looks like Loofie laughed when he handed us the bags. Now we know why. Train your delinquents! Went to Wendy's on Tuesday, May 8. We both had a double burger combo. The burger had so much mayonnaise and mustard that our buns were wet and soggy. Overshadowed burger flavor. Burger slid off buns. The other burger joint in town usually takes forever, so why bother? I've not been disappointed with this Wendy's. I've had a few varied things off the menu in the past few weeks, all have been fresh and tasty. And you don't have to burn a gallon of gas waiting in the drive thru.. It's a win/win! read more

Unclean facility where it's not uncommon to get the wrong order so make sure you check your bag. I suggest drive through because it's best not to see where you food is being prepared. read more

The last 3 times I have gone I asked for kechup only on my burger. I'd get home and it was wrong. It wasn't even rang up correctly. I finally called and they put my name on their list for replacement. I went today to get it. When I got home it was correct but everything was cold. I love their food but I don't want to go back to this location. Yuck! read more
