I come here quite a bit for lunch when I forget to bring one (4 for $4 deal can't be beat)! During lunch, the line can get very long but the workers are very efficient. They take your name and call out your order. Ample seating and bathrooms and tables are always clean. Right next to Speedway if you want to pump gas in the meantime. I always order the 5 piece nuggets (they don't sell spicy anymore sadly), a jr cheeseburger, and the value crispy chicken sandwich. This is the best Wendy's I've been to. Friendly people at the drive thru and behind the counter. This says a lot in a day where most fast food staff projects a bored and disinterested attitude to the customer. And special kudos to the manager Julian. I recently got my order messed up at the drive thru and Julilan gave me a free replacement the next time it was convenient for ME to come in. Today I visited Wendy's and was very disappointed with the service. I first ordered via the app and proceeded to Wendy's to pick up my order. When I arrived, the person at the drive thru was not there. It took her several minutes to respond. I advised her I had a mobile order and she asked my name & said drive around. When I arrived at the next window the young lady asked if I had an order which wasn't mine. Then she asked if I had a mobile order. I said yes, then she said "Well we didn't get a mobile order". She asked a few questions about the order & if I ordered for the correct Wendy's. I immediately checked my bank account to find that the order total was reversed. I advised the young lady and asked if I could still order the original order. She said one moment, then came back to say. Sorry we didn't get your order. I asked again if I could still order. She shrugged her shoulders and said, "No". I asked again if I could still receive my food and again she said "No". I said never mind thank you and proceeded inside. I reordered then ask for the manager. I explained what happened and she said "Sorry, you can still order". Needless to say my order was wrong when I arrived to my destination. Never have had such a horrible experience. I didn't realize I needed to explain to the young lady that I was aware I needed to pay for my meal and she rendered no alternatives. This Wendy's has always been my go to spot ever since I was young. However, today at 11pm, my boyfriend and I were really craving some late night noms. I suggested Wendy's, because, ya know, Wendy's. However, when we arrived to the drive thru, we asked the lady what came on the Apple Pecan salad. She said, "chicken, apples, and pecans...and maybe some tomatoes." Well, to my surprise, no tomatoes, but there was bleu cheese. As someone with a pretty severe dairy allergy, that wasn't a very good surprise. While I stared at my salad in disappointment, my boyfriend happily munched on his spicy chicken sandwhich until he pulled a piece of hair out of the bite he was chewing. Yummy, right? The only reason Wendy's got two stars was because of the adorable old lady working the drive thru. Even though she has no idea what's on the menu, she was very smiley and friendly. Out of the big three, Wendy's is my first choice. They don't need a play room, which means no kids. They just have good food and a clean atmosphere. And some pretty damn tasty chicken. Fast service and very friendly employees. read more

This place has really gone down hill in the past few years. Missing 2 out of 5 items on order. Drive thru times longer than average. Workers all seem careless and unprofessional. Most of the problems with this place seem to stem from the employees. the wendy's located 7251 183rd st tinley park, il is horrible!! please do not eat there! save yourself! my brother, my mother and myself waited over an hour for our food. when we went in to complain the manager was no where to be found. we were told she had walked out and no one knew where she went. in addition to that, the individuals making the food did not look clean. they looked as if they rolled out of bed and came straight to work. fast forward 1 day later my entire house hold became sick! i sent an email and complained and never received a response. my mother sent an email and never received a response and trying to call is even worse. i was number 72 in line on the phone to submit a complaint. they need to be shut down! maybe a good lawsuit needs to happen first in order for them to get it together!! save your money and health and eat somewhere else!! read more

Newer Wendy's with a nice decor. The food is typical fair and was prepared to order, although I was a little disappointed in the service. Most Wendy's seam to be understaffed at peak time. Because of the lack of staff the tables in the dining area needed cleaning. read more

When I stopped-in for a late night snack (10:30) on Saturday night, I had a rather strange/weird encounter. What began as a normal dine-in experience, suddenly changed as I was enjoying my snack. I became startled when the female restaurant manager quickly approached me as I was eating. With a sense of urgency, she asked me to make sure I closed the door tightly (while pointing at the door) when I left. I pointed at the other door and told her that I would be using that door when I'm finished eating, because I was parked on that side of the building. Again, she insisted I close the door completely as I leave. I said, o.k. Then, I noticed her telling all the rest of the customers the same thing. I've never had this happen to me before at a fast food restaurant, or anywhere else. If this lady wants to make sure the doors are closed all the way, shouldn't she be closing them herself? Or maybe she should have the doors fixed, so they close completely and she won't have to worry about them closing tightly. Why should I and the other paying patrons of this establishment have to worry about closing doors when all we came in for was a sandwich? Will she be putting us to work making our own burgers next? Lady, we don't work here, you do! Stop bothering the customers while we're trying to eat. It's your job to make sure things work at your restaurant. Please don't ask the customers to do your work! You made me concerned that there may be some type of an emergency situation at hand. This could be handled in a better way, without startling/bothering the customers, just because you want to close the dining room by 11 p.m. read more

my wife and I went to the Wendy's on stelton ave in Piscataway. its obvious that the people who work there don't care about their jobs nor do they want to be bothered serving people with some sort of respect for others because when we got our singles with fries and a drink, the burgers looked like they were sitting under a pile of precooked burgers. besides the buns being crushed and soggy, the meat was stale and cold. what has happened to this generation. This Wendy's location was good 3 years ago when it first opened up, however it really went downhill. The food is not good at this location. I just ate the worst cheeseburger I have ever had, The meat tasted like it was sitting for about 20 minutes. The bun was cold in certain areas, and there was one piece of white lettuce, you know one of those thick pieces that has no flavor, and the tomato was also 75% white and diseased looking.
