At 8:30am my husband and I went through the drive thru, no one was there, I should have trusted my intuition. We ordered the chicken honey bisquits, they were horrible. A zero star is more appropriate here. I didn't catch the employee's name. I'm guessing she was one of the night managers because her shirt was an all black collared shirt. I politely tried to order and didn't get a response. I waited a minute or two and tried again and still got no reply. I asked if I should pull forward and she proceeded tell me to go ahead with my order. When I pulled forward after that, she berated me, saying that I had wasted her time by yelling in her mic trying to order a 10 piece nugget. I'm sorry that one of your managers/employees can't stand doing their job. I'd understand if I had been inside the building and acted irate. Their drive thru is extremely slow. It doesn't matter what time you visit as there always seems to be an issue with this. If you're at the speaker waiting and waiting and you see other people pull out of line because the wait is so long then you probably need to either go inside or leave. I chose to wait because I really wanted to see how long it was going to take. I sat there for almost 5 minutes in front of the speaker. Someone did come on and say that someone would be right with me. The funny part is that when I finally was able to order and I drove around to the window, there wasn't one car in front of me! We waited on line at the drive thru for about 10min before we ended up having to park and walk in to order. There was beer bottles all over the parking lot. WORST WENDYS EVER. Had to separate mobile orders for pick up. I had set my pick up time for 1110 and I walk in early and it's already ready and sitting on the heater? Already not a good sign. They give me my order and I check it ensuring that everything is lukewarm at best. Fries are cold and soggy. I politely asked them to remake the order considering the temperature of the food. They remade the order and the second time around one burger was warm but the fries were still soggy. Not cold, but soggy. I asked the manager to please make sure that the fries are it done fresh and well done. The cashier started going off on me about how they can't do Fries well done. I explain to just leave them in the fryer a little longer than the timer says to. She continues going off on me manager tells her to shut up but she doesn't listen. They remake the food and give it to me and one of the sandwiches is cold. I have them remake the sandwich. I asked them to please make sure the fries are well done on our second order as well that they are still working on. I got the order and they gave us a small fry instead of the large fry we ordered. They also only gave us one cup, a small cup, when our orders came with a large drink. They fixed that too while the cashier is still going off on me calling me names and telling me I'm not allowed to touch my nose or face at her counter. I asked her to throw away the cold sandwich at the counter and she told me no because I touched it. She continues yelling at me and at this point I'm literally crying cuz I just want my damn FAST food at least warm and she won't stop berating me. The manager told her to stop but she just kept going and the manager did NOTHING about her grotesque behavior. The psychotic unstable cashier is named rachelle and she screamed at me to never touch her counter again as I left. This woman is unstable and threatens the health and safety of customers. Sorry, I'd like to rate it higher as I like the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Fries, but the service is so slow. I use Mobile ordering to speed things up, but they are so slow. I was there today and only saw about half a dozen cars in the lot. There were two cars ahead of me in the drive through, and I still had to wait at lease 15 minutes just to get to the speakers. I believe that they take an order and then get that person all the way through the drive thru before they take the next order because there is never anyone in front of me by the time I get to the window - and I only have to say Mobile order - no fusssing with the menu. And there is always plenty of help inside mulling around. They are lucky I like the Chicken Sandwich and hot fries or I wouldn't go back. read more

If Yelp provided a scale for "SMH" this place would rate a 5. The experience was "entertaining" if nothing else. When we arrived, the cashier and his boss were trying to figure out how to credit a customer on the register, because he ordered a sandwich with bacon, and they didn't have any bacon. In fact, they were out of bacon, frosty's and American cheese. They even printed a sign saying so which was displayed on the counter, and the cashier wound up telling each customer to read it before ordering.... some people STILL tried to order frosty's. Even though one of the people with me told the cashier 3 times the order was for eat-in, his meal still came out in a bag. I feel sorry for whoever had to take the drive-thru orders, since I don't think there was any way they could post a similar sign in front of the microphone. This probably helped contribute to the long drive-thru line, as people no doubt had to change their orders on the fly. The fries were good. read more

After the beach my family and I went in for some food.... we placed 5 different orders and we got 4 orders and waited for a salad. After about 10 minutes, manager came out and asked if we had gotten our salad yet and we said no. She went back in and gave us a full refund for waiting and she brought us the salad and apologized for taking so long. She was extremely nice. read more

The past two times were great. Pleasant people, common courtesy. Today just blew that all to hell. The woman giving out the food was rude as ever. She verified my order and I said yes, the 4 for 4. She rolled her eyes like some kid. " I just said that." Actually no she didn't, but I can live with that. I asked for ketchup and she looked at me like I was inconveniencing her. Attempted to enter their lobby only to find all three doors to the lobby locked and no one at the counter to hear me knocking. This was a joke since the restraint should have opened 20 minutes before. I had to order from the drive through to only not get a receipt I suspect so I was unable to file an official complaint with their corporate office because I didn't have the store s number from that recipe. WORST WENDYS IN AMERICA. Laquisha was at the counter and she had an attitude right from the start. We asked how she was doing and she shook her head and said not good. We ordered the mozzarella burger and they are out of mozzarella cheese..... It took very long to get our food and while we waiting she started cleaning trays and the cleaner spray would splash off the tray on to people in line. No customer service at all. Slowest Wendy's ever! Management sucks otherwise employees would know how to deliver a burger and fries within a minute. Only 3 people were in line and a couple in drive thru. In other words it was not at all busy. It took almost 7 mins to get my order, and the kicker is I didn't even get the correct burger I ordered. Something is seriously out of whack with this one.
