HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We ordered french fries for our kids, once we got to the window the lady gave us have full cup of fries and they were soggy! My husband told the lady no way these are soggy and the cup is not full can i get fresh fries and the cup full, the lady then responded " well what do you want, fresh or full?" dumbfounded for a second, my husband then responded well I want both.! Needless to say never again for this wendys, take some time and slow down to serve your customers. read more

This spot was very clean and to top it off what made it a great Wendy's was the employee working. A bunch of you g girls who were calm and handling of a rush hour. We stopped here instead of our usual stop at the Wendys down the road at the Pilot Truck Stop. I was frustrated that they had closed the bathrooms! I was told to use the bathrooms at the gas station across the street. I will not return to this location as the management is being cheap - not wanting to clean the restrooms and blaming the Covid-19 pandemic. If you are open to the public, then you need to provide a restroom - otherwise just shut down completely. Ordered a burger and the meat was pink in the middle. The bacon was pink on one side. Couldn't eat it. What a waste of money.

Don't know why people are complaining about this place, as a fast food establishment I feel like this place is good. It's clean, fast, and have nice people. Worst location I've ever been to. Ordered drive thru and when I got home the food was disgusting. Brown wilted lettuce throughout my whole salad. Tomatoes were squishy/rotten and not edible. No slices of tomato on the Jr cheeseburger deluxes or on the 2 chicken sandwiches we ordered. Just overall nasty location that serves old food. Go elsewhere!!! read more

The people that work there are rude! We went there tonight for dinner! We pulled up the the building and there was a strange man staring at something so we went around him, he then got in front of us and went in first! There were 2 employees sitting at a table talking and he went to them and said something then he went to the counter and ordered something but didn't pay! The girl then left and left us there alone! A girl that was cleaning the store came up and asked us what we wanted, this girl was really rude and didn't smile (it felt to me like she was inconvinced by us ordering from her). The food got cold half way through eating it and the cup that my wifes drink was in leaked. I guess this place is only good if your driving home from Las Vegas! If you were smart you would go across the freeway and goto In n out, its better then this crap hole! read more

Crummiest Wendy's I have ever been to. Dirty tables, floor and restrooms. Cashier was either deaf, or wasn't paying attention, as each part of my order needed to be repeated at least once. I wish I could of possibly put a 0 star. I was so disappointed in this fast food restaurant. They forgot my salad and drink. They made me wait around 10 minutes, and still forgot my food. It was around 3:00 pm so I decided to get Wendy's. I when in and immediately smelled something bad. I didn't know what it was so I when to order. I ordered a avocado salad with a burger, fries and a cola. The waiter was very very very very very rude. She act like she didn't understand what I was saying. Like when I asked for a cola she said so you want a Dr. Pepper ok I'll give u a doctor pepper. She said that with a rude ton. I said no I want a cola. Oh my bad she said. She gave me a used cup so I threw away the cup and put my cola in my water bottle. I had to wait almost 50 minutes for my food. When I got my food the lady threw it on the table. I open my sandwich to put my mustard and the lettuce was raw no tomato no Pickles. So I just took my meat and ate that but I noticed that the inside was raw. So I just drunk my cola and left. When I left out the cashier said so where's are money. I had payed when I ordered my food. She asked the lady and said he didn't pay so I said get me the manger right now. It took 40 minutes for the manger to come and when the manger came the manger said well the Customer is always right but if he didn't pay he'll have to pay now. So I payed again and immediately left the Establishment. The women came back out and said you must pay 5 more bucks. I flipped her off and sped away. I recommend not to go to this Wendy's. read more

it's dated decor compared to one by Aldi's and the scuzzos in this mall make it usually empty, though did experience a drugged high nutnut in lobby ...food wise mixed bag even though I dine in, food sometimes tasted cold or not fresh, other times ok... guess it's fast food norm like other chains read more
