I just moved back into town needed a Wendy's cause it's close by was unbelievably shocked at the price almost $15 for a medium drink regular fry and a junior bacon eater when I got to the door window asked why it was so expensive and the staff member said it was one of the most expensive ones in the city because they can do it. I won't be going back even the app doesn't give you that much off. It's just too expensive sadly and the sandwich was good. The service was good. 04/21/26 I walked in today and ordered a Baconator with some points I had accumulated. They called same almost immediately after ordering and took 2 bites before I noticed the burger I got was less than half cooked. Aside from only 1 other customer, the store was completely empty, so it isn't as if they were in a rush to get my sandwich out that quickly when it was clearly not thoroughly cooked. I've been coming here for years! And i mean years! PLURAL! I work right the down street and live right the street as well I could flip a quarter in the air and it would most likely hit this Wendy's and while fast food is, well, fast food. This Wendy's for the longest time never disappointed. I order the same thing every time I go. A number 1, single, extra onions, no pickles! I'm allergic to pickles. Let me repeat that, I'm allergic to pickles! It's also been maybe in the last two - three years that I introduced my daughter to Wendy's. She's a very picky eater and finding something for to eat that's. It homemade is very difficult, but here she tried the chicken sandwich and Caesar chicken salad. Every Wednesday we come here after he dance class which gets out late in the evening so getting a quick dinner is what we do. The last few visit have been the worst! And I attribute all that to the new manager. We would get home, bout to eat and it never fails, we find something wrong with our order. Caesar chicken salad, with no chicken, or salad dressing. Chicken in chicken sandwich is under cooked, fries are over cooked or cold, last week I got my usual and it was a burger with no lettuce, or extra onions, but instead an ungodly amount of extra pickles!!! And no! I can't just picked them off and just eat the burger, the burger is now covered in pickle juice. Today I go and place my order. Receipt stated what I ordered, I get home and what do I find, a chicken sandwich, lettuce and pickles!!!!! I normally will just throw the food away and settle for a bowl of cereal but not today. This was the last straw! I drove back, asked to speak to the manager and he knew exactly why I was there. He proceeds to tell he knows he gave the wrong order, doesn't know how it happened asks me how can he make it right. I ask him what happened to the old manager, the lady that worked there before him? He says he doesn't know. I ask him how long has he been working there? He tells me about year or close to. Take a wild guess when this Wendy's starts taking a shit? I tell him how almost every order we've gotten in last few months 9 out of ten times there was always something wrong with our order. He just does this disbelief laugh and keeps looking over at his cook like it was the cooks fault. If it's the cooks fault then it's your fault because your employees are a reflection of you! You're the one that hires them and you're the one that trains them. I told him I'd rather drive to the Wendy's in newbury park than to keep coming to this one. Been to this Wendy's a bunch in the past but June 2025 was not a good experience... we went through the drive-through and I was surprised at how fast they gave us our food... but on the first bite, I realized why.... The spicy chicken sandwich was the driest hardest piece of chicken I've ever had. One of the WORST Wendy's we have ever been to!!! Next to the Wendy's in Newbury park!! On multiple occasions, we have requested to have our burgers fresh and instead we received them with PINK inside, and gotten EXTREMELY sick!!! Thai location used to be so great - food quality has gone down while food costs have gone up. I received the worst wet double burger and dried up heat lamp fries ever seen or given. Added photo of fries and burger I threw away as soon as ai saw it. Brown out green toppings and two lonely pickles and mayo I requested not on it and the burger was compacted over these shown crappy as_ fries and service at night in this store is terrible. Wendy's is always a good go to spot for quick food such as burgers, nuggets, chicken sandwiches and more. This review is specifically for this Wendy's. Food- The food here is actually really good. They do take there time to make it and it usually comes out fresh and hot. Service- Always friendly and helpful but they need to have two people at the register at lunch. There is always 1 even with a line of 6 or more people. Pretty frustrating when it takes some people 5 minutes to order while we are on lunch break. Price- For some reason, this Wendy's is the most expensive.. not sure why. Prices are easily more than other spots except for the $4 for 4. Was thinking of having some fast-food, hummm, received a coupon in mail, from Wendy's, so what the hey, there's a Wendy down the street so , buy one get one free, the grilled chicken looked OK, so jumped in my car and headed out, it open's at !0am, bingo first one there, drove up to order speakers, and with coupon in hand ordered 2 chicken sammie's,....of course the server, Mario, requested the coupon with no Problem-o, i mean with-in 5min, i had my orders, the other server, Angel, handed me the order, WoW, wham bam, cruised in and out the drive-thru in less than 10min,....so the Sammie itself wasn't bad, heaps of greens as pictured, a savory thousand island like dressing, over-all the Sammie was fresh and tasty,....excellent service, Ok, grub, a definite 4 **** Stars, & will be returning down the road, thanks, Mario & Angel !!!!! read more

Manager Daniel doesn't have the best attitude. I started to order breakfast at 10:28.55 which is a minute and five seconds before they technically close for breakfast and he tried rushing me. I spent a total of 7 seconds looking at the menu and he said well just to let you know we're changing it right now, he did not say hurry up, but he really tried to rush me and kept reminding me. We have to close it right now interrupting as I'm trying to order. Remember still have a minute to go.... so I simply left the location because it wasn't worth the risk of having them tamper with my food if they had an attitude about me ordering. I hope they can take this as a lesson learned and just relax a little when speaking to clients. I don't usually leave reviews for fast food restaurants but since this Wendy's is near my work I've gone there a good amount for an easy lunch (spicy chicken sandwich is my go-to) and I must say this location is always super clean and the staff is always so friendly and excels in customer service. When you sit at a table, staff may come up to you and clear away your tray or ask if you need anything, which I never see happen at any fast food places! I always get my food hot, fresh, and fast. I'm not sure if the management has changed, or they just don't care anymore, but the food is not at all what it used to be at this location. The chicken nuggets I received tonight seemed like they were double deep fried or had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours - they were tough, dry and completely inedible. The medium fries I received were really more like a small order but in a medium container and at the price of a medium. I have not had a single good experience here since 2019 (prior to COVID). I ordered 5 creams for each large coffee on the app. I received none, so the person at the pickup window poured cream from what looked like a grocery store purchase container into 5 condiment containers while I waited and the food got colder. Honestly the best service I've ever gotten from fast food, I went through the drive thru today and ordered a couple burgers and a salad. I get all my good (I thought) but realized when I got got I forgot to grab by salad (completely my mistake!) I called and I spoke to Taylor and she said it's not a biggie and to come pick it up when I can! Just picked it up and they made me a fresh salad as well as the one the they had put on hold in case I came back for it! They were so pleasant and nice! Thank you Taylor and the other girl who helped me out as well as Ben who held the door open for me on the way out and was so helpful in making sure I didn't need anything else. Stopped off here for a quick bite after our road trip north. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman named Benjamin. Ben went above and beyond to make our visit a wonderful one. From recommending certain menu items to even telling us jokes to keep our toddler entertained. He even opened the door for us on our way out.
