For some reason this location seems to miss the mark on my order almost every time. I live near it, but am strongly considering just driving to moorpark cause this team just cannot get it right. I really don't understand how can they read it right back to me perfectly but bag it wrong. Not the type of person to ask for substitutions because it doesn't get easier than a #2 with Dr Pepper. Unfortunately for me I recently discovered grilled onions and what a game changer! From top to bottom, this has to be one of the most impressive group of associates I have seen (and I am a former INO all-star). From manager down to Level 1s this staff rocks. Manager, Jaycie, is quite literally THE man. From his sincere and genuine attitude to the way he has earned mutual respect from his team. Leadership is evident. All the other associates may be some of the happiest people to rock the red aprons. They are all smiling, complimenting and always willing to go above and beyond. That never goes unnoticed. I absolutely love In N Out the hamburgers are delicious and you get pickles on request, ample amount of tomato and everything is so fresh. Sometimes the French fries are too salt but you can request no salt. Employees are always super polite and facility is very clean including the restrooms. read more

This simi valley location on stearns, has the worst parking, and this line sticks out to the freeway and people are blocking the freeway.So I think this place needs to be revamped, because the parking is very horrible.Other than that, the food is really good read more

I was finally able to come to this In N Out location in Simi Valley. My work is in the area but I was closer to In N Out today because I went to take my exam at a testing center near here. I came a little before 10am so I just waited in my car. I know they will start serving guest at 10am but they officially open at 10:30am. I was their first guest today so I was able to put in my 3x2 protein style burger and chopped chilis along with fries. I didn't know that the person taking my order thought I said a double double until I saw the receipt. I didn't mind it so I didn't go correct him. My food didn't take that long to make and I took it back to the office to eat. The burger is always delicious like always and the fries are basically in n out fries if you know what I mean. The customer service here is excellent and the atmosphere here is great too. read more

Not really a burger eater but won a gift card at work. Got here just before 11 today. Ordered a cheeseburger protein wrapped with well done fries and iced tea. Burger was so small I had to eat through a ton of lettuce to get to it. Is this a child's burger? Not sure since I don't eat here. Fries were decent but the bottom of the container was like the old crusty fries sitting in there for weeks. Customer service was 5 stars though for sure. Nice smiling and friendly faces. Dear Hubby brought home In-N-Out tonight. Very meh experience with how the food arrived after a drive across town. Essentially, it doesn't travel well. Hot and fresh at the restaurant is definitely better. Really though, I'm not much of a fan of this iconic Southern California chain. I know they've spread beyond, and back in the day, I was all in for a double-double. My tastes have changed. We usually eat a Mediterranean diet, so that leaves out red meat burger. Also, courtesy of my issues with dairy, I now have to leave out cheese. DH tried to go healthy by getting a burger with lettuce instead of a bun. The onions were raw, not grilled. It just wasn't great. The meat patty was already cold. I could only manage about half of the "sandwich". The fries were stone cold by the time he brought the order home. Fortunately, we have an air fryer, so they got revived that way. They taste like cardboard when they're not hot. It's not the restaurant's fault that we didn't eat on the spot, but back to the statement that their food doesn't travel well. At all. If you can't eat it in their dining room, and you try to eat in the car, good luck with the sauce not ending up all over you. And you have about a five minute window while the fries are still warm and edible, so plan accordingly! read more

It is situated right off the 118 freeway and is easy to get to. It is usually crowded, with the line sometimes going out into the street. They do keep the line moving quickly and get the drive thru orders out fast. I haven't had a problem with the food. My order is always correct and the food is hot and fresh when I get to the pick up window. On my last visit, they understood the assignment and my "fries well done" were perfect, extra crispy and brown. Some of the best fries I've had recently. Employees are friendly. Parking is tricky and you might get boxed in by the drive thru line. There is some parking on either side of the restaurant that does not get blocked by cars, best to park there. read more

I also got the animal fries which are amazing but I had multiple raw uncooked fries in it as you can see in the picture. A little unsatisfied but the burger was pretty good.
