Horrible service. They don't take orders right and then don't even fix them right after telling them about it.

The kitchen is dirty and the people handling the food have no knowledge of acceptable food handling. Tonight we ordered chicken nuggets for our 2 year old. I watched an employee toss something into the hair of the window worker. She proceeded to dig through her hair then make our frosty's and bag our chicken nuggets and fries (her thumb was inside the chicken nugget and fry container). When I brought this to their attention I got a "what do you want me to do about it look". I ended up going inside where she stared me down while I asked another employee to remake the food. While I was in there I noticed several violations, half the workers were not wearing gloves, they were touching each-other and handling money without washing hands or changing gloves, the line was filthy with food scattered all over the line and floor, and the trash bin in the kitchen was overflowing and in the center of the floor. Absolutely disgusting. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to a different location. read more

Very disappointed. Stopped by on our way home from an 11 hour car trip. The fries were barely warm ... not hot, not crispy. Mediocre at best. Requested salt and ketchup and were told there were both in the bag. Guess what. No salt and no ketchup. Nor were we provided with a receipt. All after waiting approximately 3+ minutes at the window without being provided with acknowledgement of the delay. Not the service we were expecting. read more

I FOUND A BONE IN MY CHICKEN NUGGETS DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE!!!! I actually feel like I'm going to throw up right now, I'm not sure what stage of the process this happened but I can't imagine this location is clean or sanitary. So given the age we live in and the fact that we are dealing with a global virus killing people. We went to Wendy's yesterday to pick up Frosty's through the drive-through April 10. Customer service was good the guys were really nice and friendly however they were standing right next to each other at the drive-through window and they did not have masks on or you kidding me what the heck is that about so that's why I gave them two stars. The food was good and the service was good. The place was kept clean, but the food was typical fast food tasting. I was surprised by the cost at $25 for two people, but mandatory minimum wage increases are blowing up cost that are being past on to the consumer. read more

Went to this Wendy's for lunch, I needed to use the restroom before I ate. The toilet was very dirty. Unusable in every way. I told the cashier when making my food order. She said ok and that's it. I finished my food went back into the restroom after and it was untouched. The restaurant was not busy at all and the cashier was sitting and eating herself. Very unsanitary. I went through the drive through and ordered two potatoes and an order of nuggets, and they gave me one potato and nothing else. I was halfway home when I realized it and had to go back and get it figured out. It looks like this is a common occurrence at this location. read more

The food is good, but maybe get some people that won't act like they are absolutely miserable to be there.

I ate the new ciabatta bacon cheeseburger. And it fell below expectation as the meat was underdone and the whole sandwich was cold and the ingredients were falling all over the place. Good thing I had a coupon for a free sandwich. Otherwise it would not be worth it. read more

This Wendy's is terrible. The new manager doesn't know what she's doing and she can barely control the flow of the drive thru at a quick and efficient rate. Their technology is outdated and half the time I try and eat there they can't hear me, I can't hear them, they get my order wrong, or I can't even buy my food because everything is so outdated it seems. The manager, like I said, is so incompetent at her job that the old lady that use to work there could've done a better job while on her death bed. read more

I have been coming to this location for years (I know, I know) and if you want your order screwed up this is the one to come to. Missing items, forgotten customizations, added ingredients you've asked to be removed - they do it all. Wish the GM would train his crew to have a better attention to detail. For a late night burger, fast food chains are known to run a little slower on the after hours, but surprisingly this Wendy's was quick with their service. We got our food in less than 10 minutes and perhaps even 5. We love Wendy's 4 for $4 and the only thing is the other party doesn't like is tomatoes and unfortunately the only flaw with this visit was the young man taking our order, didn't clarify with their team about that, and we did get all these tomatoes. I'm not picky, but my hubby is. Other than that, it was a top notch Wendy's where you won't wait so long for your late night snack. read more

The worst restaurant experience. My order was not taken correctly, took him forever to fix it, and finally he yelled at me and said he couldn't do right because I was not nice though I only double checked patiently if he straighten my order (and I needed to correct him again and again). Before talking about their foods or customer service, there is a guy with problem as a person. No one should ever offend people like he did to me. Placed a mobile order for carry out. Went into the store to pick it up, heard employee say "what's with these fucking baconator orders?" Then Manager Phil comes to the counter from the back yelling at me about being in the store and kicked me out without my order because the lobby doesn't open until 11am according to him. Why was I able to place an order for carryout if the lobby doesn't open till 11am? Then when I called to complain and ensure my money was refunded, Phil refused to take my complaint or provide me with the name of the store manager. When I told him he provided horrible customer service and I would be filing a complaint, Manager Phil called me a punk, threatened me, and challenged me to a fight, daring me to come back to the store. When I went back to the store, Manager Phil backed down from his threats of course, but initially refused to provide the name of the store manager and said there was no one I could complain to because he was the only manager. There is virtually no customer service at this Wendy's, take your money to another one or different restaurant all together! read more

Every time I go, they forget part of my order. Most of the time I check my order before I leave, but sometimes I don't check it and don't realize they forgot something until I get home. Often go to this Wendy's Friday nights. However last 3 visits every order has been incorrect. Manager doesn't care when you call. If you could only see the size of the gabage I received in a chicken nugget from the Wendy's located at 120th & Sheridan in Broomfield, CO. It was about the same size of the nugget, in the chicken and breaded. This was in a chicken nugget meal my 3 year old was eating. Fortunately, I caught it as she was telling me it was "Chewy". Doug Rich, an owner of the location said ""First, I want to assure you that we're taking this problem very seriously, even, from my perspective, very personally. You are my guest, and not only did our product fail you, so did our people." The manufacturer OK Foods Inc., the manufacturer of the chicken nugget, and their representative John Schleupner would only ask for a piece of the garbage to see what it was. I still have no answer, even after I hacked a piece off and sent it to them. OK Foods Inc. insurance company, who I was quickly referred to, had this to say and I quote: "With reference to the above claim and as you are aware, I am the adjuster assigned to handle this claim, under the authority granted by OK Industries, Inc. I spoke with you about your claim on 11/03/2009. You stated that your daughter, Xxxxx, found an object, which appears to be plastic, in a chicken nugget from Wendy's. Your daughter chewed/bit into the object but sustained no injuries. We have completed our investigation into your claim. Since there are no injuries or damages as a result of this incident, any claim for compensation is being denied on behalf of OK Foods. You can contact me if you have any questions. If you have any other information that you feel would make us reconsider our position, please forward to me. Otherwise, our file will be closed." Mike Murphy.
