This location allows employees to bring there kids here. They are spralled all over the tables, doing homework, eating and sleeping, until the parent goes off shift. There is no place to sit, after 6 PM. This is how they run their business. read more

This place has been a mess for some time but tonight was a new low. I ordered using the mobile app on a rainy Saturday night. Once home I find I'm missing a burger so back I go. Into the drive thru I say "I just picked up a mobile order and it was missing a burger." I wasn't even pissed. Stuff happens. They ask what I was missing and I shared it's a double stack with Mayo and no onion. They repeat it and tell me to drive around. At the window they hand me a bag which foolishly I don't open. Why would I? No one else was on line. What could have happened in the 90 seconds it took me to drive around? Of course I get home and there's a regular cheeseburger and fries in the bag and not what I ordered. The receipt lists Souleymane as my "host". I can only assume that the second time around was either apathy or blatantly not giving a sh*t about a customer. Last time I ate inside it was filthy with tables that hadn't been tended to in hours. Sad part is this location was updated not very long ago and yet it's still among the worst Wendy's I've ever subjected myself to. I won't make that mistake again. Wendy's Williston Park is anything but FAST FOOD. As I type this I've been waiting for almost 20 minutes for my order and the team doesn't even seem to care. In fact, I just asked where my order was and got ganged up on by the woman at the window and the kid at the front. This Wendy's never has ice in their Coke fountains and your lucky if they even have soda in them. Tables are dirty too and when you do get your order its wrong! I ordered a grilled chicken meal and they gave me fried. Given this staff and the time it took to even get the wrong order it's not even worth going back up for the right one. I don't get how this Wendy's which once used to be the best is now the worst. Senior management needs to get involved quickly! Spend a week undercover here and see for yourself. Usually, when I used to come here, the food was amazing and I'd have a great time. But the last time I came here, I had horrible food poisoning for my chicken nuggets and I was violently throwing up. Sorry to share TMI. I come here again on December 8 and the workers were playing around in the back, throwing food at each other. One of the ladies was hiding behind the fryer so she wouldn't have to do work. My daughter told her to tackle salad and they forgot the chili and when I went out to them to complain, the guy was like oh shit my bad. The place is never clean and the ambience is just disgusting. First time here since they renovated (yes i know its been a while) but it looks beautiful! Very nice and modern and even has a fireplace to pull in with the overall aesthetic. There was no line when I came in and the lady who took my order was kind. Food came out very fast and was yummy! The only complaint I would have is that there might be a hard time finding a seat. There is not a lot of seating options so during peak hours I'd recommend taking it to-go. Update: Ordered 10 pc chicken nugget and received only 9. I was disappointed especially since the order is literally called TEN piece chicken nuggets not nine. read more

The 4 for $4 deal is where it's at. What's not to like? You get your choice of either a bacon cheeseburger or chicken burger. Personally I like the bacon cheeseburger more. It comes with medium fries, chicken nuggets and a drink (but I always substitute my soda for a chocolate frosty). This new location is pretty nice inside. It has one of those fake fireplaces so it makes Wendy's that much classier. Almost makes you forget that you're at a fast food joint, while you're munching on some french fries. Checked out this newly renovated branch today and I may say this is my new Wendy's fave place now. Shine and bright as diamond their eating place, very modern with its updated look- fireplace, big screen TV, cushy lounge chairs, spotlights,high tech drinking fountain, etc- need to enjoy the place while its new. Lol! I like the idea of me choosing my own side- the best of what Wendy offers. The chili that goes with my baconator is fulfilling. The burger is juicy. I enjoyed my short meal. Price is reasonable. It was quiet today and did not experience any bad thing as what others were complaining.Plenty of seating available, good parking space,convenient location , good neighborhood. Last few times it's gotten worse and worse, tonight was DISGRACEFUL!. Wendy's is a fast food chain. This one was pretty nice. It looks like it was just updated, nice and clean. It was crowded but we did find a seat. We ordered the "big bag". It had fries, a double burger with cheese and bacon, 4 chicken nuggets and a large soda. I think the fries were late too. Everything was hit, and for fast food, not bad. It cost $5.00. June 28th, 2022 approx. 4:30pm Ordered the biggie 5 with a CHICKEN sandwich. Got home, Bacon Cheeseburger instead of chicken sandwich. What happened to this location? It used to be very good, but I experienced the worst service I ever had at a Wendy's last night. I didn't have to wait on line too long (about 5 min) to place my order but then I wound up waiting 15 minutes just to get my food. I had to ask where my order was and it was finally ready, but when I went to sit down, I realized they got my order wrong, even after showing it to the cashier 2 times. I ordered a #1, single burger, no mayo/no cheese, baked potato with butter on the side, and a small drink. But when I went to get my stuff out of the bag (yes, they don't even have trays!), I saw a small chicken sandwich instead, so I had to go back while the cashier girl argues with the food prep about my order and wait another 5 minutes. I finally sit down over 20 minutes after I walk in, see my burger was sloppily put together without a care or much lettuce or onion, but I wasn't going to go back again as at this point I was more pressed for time as I had to be in a meeting in less than an hour. The burger wasn't well done at all and very greasy. Then I went for the potato, and saw they gave me sour cream instead of butter, so yup, I had to go back again! Meanwhile other customers sitting nearby were also experiencing problems with the service. In addition to all of this, one of the two drink machines was out of service and there was no soap in the restroom. This Wendy's needs major changes in management, what a complete failure of an experience. Everything from the service, to the food, to the atmosphere, very subpar. While a Wendy's is a Wendy's is a Wendy's, this Wendy's may be the best Wendy's I've ever visited. Bright and clean looking, this Wendy's is pretty large with lots of seating. There were 2 large flat screen tvs suspended from the ceiling---there were lots of Wendy's ads playing as well as messages scrolling across the bottom of the screen. Handicapped accessible, there was a tiny wait to place our order---seems there's a bit of a staffing issue with only 2 people taking orders. Since I always get the same thing at Wendy's, the food at this particular Wendy's was the freshest and best I've ever had. The baked potato was large and cooked well---typically Wendy's potatoes are on the small side and over cooked. The salad I had was fresh---often the cucumbers are spoiled. Their Diet Coke was perfect---the right amount of syrup and carbonation! My fiance had a salad and fries---and boy, were those fries good! I wish I had some right now as I YELP! With a large handicapped accessible ladies' room, I don't think there's a drive through here. read more

Ok the food is fine. It's what you expect a Wendy's to be. The chili is good. Yummy fries and really nice salads. Good baked potatoes and burgers and the like. What I like about the this location is how quickly they fixed in error. I went in one day paid for a full salad but with my to go order received half salad. I didn't realize the mistake until I got home and I have never been given a receipt so really I had no proof of what I ordered. But the salad was for my mother and she was annoyed so we called the Wendy's and explain what happened and they were so quick to apologize and say that they would take care of this error. We went back in today they had our complaint on file and give us a full salad for free. So I'm very impressed with the staff here. And if you come here at lunch you will see this place is always packed with at least I'd say about 10 people on line, plus whoever' placing their order. The lack of a drive-thru is something I'd fully advocate in 99% of instances, especially since I "don't eat fast food", but with a huge line and one cashier, what a catastrophe this place became as a result. The fact that people would subject themselves to a substantial wait just to eventually feed their kids this food baffles me, but I digress. Not one to comment on fast food joints but I need to vent somewhere. They recently renovated this Wendy's to add a drive thru. It seemed like progress, however it was definitely a step backwards. Some Sundays, the family and I, and I mean extended family, would all end up going to this location after church. Service at any Wendy's is never really quick, but the staff here was always so nice & we could shift the tables around to accommodate our large family. Ever since they renovated, they have new staff & worst of all - they've eliminated what seems like 75% of their previous dining space. Im sure there are numbers out there stating that drive thru business is considerably more profitable than dine in but I'd hate to think it's at the cost of alienating local regulars. Locals I've spoken to think that they downsized their dining room to cut down on the time local teens are hanging out there not eating but I can tell you, that still happens. This Wendy's has to be one of my favorites. In general, Wendy's hamburgers are my favorite fast food burger and this Wendy's has increased this opinion. I usually order the Double, but if I'm feeling extra unhealthy I'll get the Baconator. Their burgers aren't as greasy as some burgers I've had at other fast food joints or other Wendy's, which is a plus. They also don't put a lot of mayo on them which is also a plus. The other condiments are also fresh and crisp. I think the only downside of this Wendy's is that during peak lunch hours the lines get really long and you have to wait on line. Other than that, whenever I'm in the New Hyde Park, Long Island area, I'm most likely to go to the Wendy's. read more
