Wendy's Williston Park is anything but FAST FOOD. As I type this I've been waiting for almost 20 minutes for my order and the team doesn't even seem to care. In fact, I just asked where my order was and got ganged up on by the woman at the window and the kid at the front. This Wendy's never has ice in their Coke fountains and your lucky if they even have soda in them. Tables are dirty too and when you do get your order its wrong! I ordered a grilled chicken meal and they gave me fried. Given this staff and the time it took to even get the wrong order it's not even worth going back up for the right one. I don't get how this Wendy's which once used to be the best is now the worst. Senior management needs to get involved quickly! Spend a week undercover here and see for yourself. Your store is a mess!!

First time here since they renovated (yes i know its been a while) but it looks beautiful! Very nice and modern and even has a fireplace to pull in with the overall aesthetic. There was no line when I came in and the lady who took my order was kind. Food came out very fast and was yummy! The only complaint I would have is that there might be a hard time finding a seat. There is not a lot of seating options so during peak hours I'd recommend taking it to-go. Update: Ordered 10 pc chicken nugget and received only 9. I was disappointed especially since the order is literally called TEN piece chicken nuggets not nine.

What a classy place for a date!

The 4 for $4 deal is where it's at. What's not to like? You get your choice of either a bacon cheeseburger or chicken burger. Personally I like the bacon cheeseburger more. It comes with medium fries, chicken nuggets and a drink (but I always substitute my soda for a chocolate frosty). This new location is pretty nice inside. It has one of those fake fireplaces so it makes Wendy's that much classier. Almost makes you forget that you're at a fast food joint, while you're munching on some french fries. I love love love Wendy's! Dip your fries in your frosty. Yumm. No complaints here (:

Checked out this newly renovated branch today and I may say this is my new Wendy's fave place now. Shine and bright as diamond their eating place, very modern with its updated look- fireplace, big screen TV, cushy lounge chairs, spotlights, high tech drinking fountain, etc- need to enjoy the place while its new. Lol! I like the idea of me choosing my own side- the best of what Wendy offers. The chili that goes with my baconator is fulfilling. The burger is juicy. I enjoyed my short meal. Price is reasonable. It was quiet today and did not experience any bad thing as what others were complaining.Plenty of seating available, good parking space, convenient location , good neighborhood. I find the place appealing. I'll come back.

Today it took me 18 minutes to get a frosty through the drive thru. Best part is the cashier didn't know how to give back change.

It was my first time ever having a chili dog, and it turned out to be a great choice. The chili dog was huge. I definitely had to cut it into smaller pieces (don't judge!), but it was incredibly delicious. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and flavorful, a great complement to the meal. I also had a root beer, which made the whole combo even better. The service and the young lady was very friendly and attentive. Our food came out quickly, and she made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The ambiance was relaxed and very casual. It felt clean, comfortable, and inviting, with a laid back vibe perfect for a quick bite or a casual meal. The P.S. Burgers made my first chili dog experience a memorable one. Great food, crispy onion rings, solid service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I'd would like to return!

This is exactly how a business can lose stars…read more Going in to dine on Friday 2/20/26 my plus one and I had a entirely different experience from the first visit, in which the female employee influenced our return and patronage. Dressed casually in this casual setting that was well lit. We came to take advantage of a deal that was advertised "combo BOGO 50% off" within the hours of the promotion, but we were taken advantage of! Asking the employee for the advertised combo he specifically and directly point at the sandwich menu which was significantly higher priced starting at $18. It looks like a steak sandwich, I asked if it was a burger, he stated that it comes like a burger. So we each ordered that and with onion rings. He stated that they come with French fries, we said we wanted to have onion rings for an extra charge. I'm starting to notice a language comprehension challenge in the exchange as he kept saying that the sandwich comes with fries, He later confirms our order minus fries and stated that there's $.75 extra. Sitting down viewing the aesthetics as stated previously, we started observing the menu closer and noticed that the menu says " burger combos" starting at $11. Questions does arise about the promo. Talking to the employee, asking why does the menu say combo and you pointed to the sandwich, his reply was that sandwiches are the only combos that they have. I replied but that sign says sandwiches and the other menu says burger combos and you pointed to the sandwiches, why would you point to the sandwich. I was looking for his guidance into the right direction. If looks could kill, he'd be serving a life sentence. I interpreted the look as he was caught in a trap with no way out because he said they only had one combo. So he admitted, after interrogation that we could have ordered the P. S Burger combo. His tactics to spend my money was misleading in every shape form or fashion. The sandwiches (not a burger even though it looked like a burger) had chunks of steak and was falling apart every time you bit into it, leaving chunks of meat in your mouth, that you must now negotiate in order not to choke. We could have walked away happy and satisfied spending $18 minus tax. Instead I spent $18 on one sandwich for a total of $28.5. ( 2 orders of onion rings and the BOGO) To add, they bring you the food, put a tip jar out, and expect you to tip on top of being taken for $10 extra. So the extra went into revenue, not the tip jar. I actually thought P.S Burger would add to our palate but it's just not going to work out. The employee's actions led us to spend more than intended, and that affected the overall experience. But still.... Inspire more, Yelp more!

The waitstaff were attentive and helpful. Only complaint about the setting is that every time someone went in or out, a rush of cold air would enter. Try not to sit too close to the door. As far as the food, daughter and I just ordered soon dubu (soft tofu stew) and ddukbokki (spicy rice cakes). We're Korean so flavor profile wise, it seemed to cater to non Korean palates. The soon dubu was not spicy and had too much of a sesame oil flavor and the ddukbokki was sweet with no spiciness at all. I think if you are non Korean, the seasoning was good and the food flavorful, just not the flavors we were expecting. Also, although the menu makes it seem like you have to pay for the banchan (appetizers), we did not, it came with the staple kimchee, and a couple other dishes. Not sure why they had prices on the menu unless they charge for refills? They also gave us this yummy ice cream bite for dessert which is usually unheard of in Korean restaurants. Having said all this, I do want to recommend this place, it was a nice local restaurant to get some Asian dishes with a great waitstaff.

It's been about 4 years since I've been to The Burger Spot, but the food and service is still as great as I remember it to be. I used the ordering service through their website and put in my order for pickup. I walked into The Burger Spot and went to the cashier. My order was behind the counter and ready for pickup. My go to speciality burger is Swiss ($15.95). Swiss comes with swiss, mushrooms, and caramelized onions. Burgers are served with fries. The burger was juicy and just the way I remember it to be. The fries are very crispy and the white sauce it comes with is very good. My husband ordered one of the specials, the Tamarind Cilantro Chicken Sandwich ($16.54). This sandwich is grilled chicken with pepper jack cheese, avocado, arugula, topped with homemade Tamarind cilantro salsa on ciabatta. The sandwich was also served with a side of fries, but you can substitute it for others like he chose 1/2 Sweet Potato / 1/2 Onion Rings for $2.07 more. There were only a few onion rings, but they are big. The sandwich was packed with flavors. The Burger Spot is the spot for burgers and fries. There are a few tables inside and when the weather is nice, there are tables set up outside as well. Definitely check it out if you are in the area!

The reason for losing a star was the place itself had a fast food vibe to it and seem to be very clean, but the service was ridiculously slow! We also found it to be a little on the pricey side for what we got. It was $61. We would definitely go back because the food was very good, but hopefully not being later at night. The service would be a lot quicker because it was painfully slow.
