Let me start by saying..if i could give you less than 1 star.. i would. yesterday was an emotional day for our family as we were spending our last day with our almost 15 year old dog, Bert. for the better part of his 15 years he was our dad's best friend til he passed away in 2017. they were inseparable to say the least and would do everything together. one of their favorite things to do was to go the Wendy's and get chicken nuggets to share. our dad lovingly referred to it as the magic window because of how confused Bert would be when the nice people would just give him chicken nuggets.. so naturally we decided Wendy's would be his grand finale before we headed home. When we pulled up to the drive thru speaker we were kind of off put by the impatience and attitude from the young lady taking out order, I asked for a moment to gather the orders of the other people in the car(as my 8 year old nephew wasn't quite sure what he wanted, im so sorry we didn't have concrete decisions made before we were able to see the menu).. she waited no more than 20 seconds before urging the remainder of the order. I rushed and spit out quickly what we wanted to which she replied with annoyance "$14.andsomechange.. pull around".. except there was no pulling around because we were sixth in a line of cars that hadn't budged since we pulled in. So we sat.. and sat.. and sat.. after 10 minutes the maroon SUV in front of us had pulled out of line and left.. 7 minutes goes by and we finally reach the window. The window opens and the same aggravated voice from the speaker says "5.41" before I could explain that the car in front of us had left several minutes prior.. "so what did you have?".. "we had 2..." "14.andsomechange" I just handed her my debit card and took a breath of irritation over the huge rush to wait nearly 20 minutes just to be greeted with attitude.. she handed my card back followed by 3 drinks all completely covered in soda and before I could ask for napkins, she was gone. While we were trying to still make the best out of the now awkward situation, we decided to take a quick picture of Bert in front of the "magic window" to commemorate his last time doing what he loved most while we continued to wait. Ill admit, selfishly I was completely devoid of our surroundings, so I was oblivious at that moment what was going on inside because I was holding our dog trying to get him to lift his weak head up enough for a picture, but my nephew (you know, the 8 year old) noticed one of the young women inside the window was wearing a bunch of beaded craft-like friendship bracelets like his 13 year old sister wears and he asked me if i could see what they said.. i handed bert back to my sister in the passenger seat and turned my attention back to the girl in the window and started reading the first bracelet which was difficult as she was moving her arm but much to my disgust I realized the bracelet said "choco cum" and I stopped myself before I finished reading it and pretended for his sake I couldn't see it in time and hoped she didn't move where he could read it himself. I turned to my sister to whisper what is said as I was thoroughly embarrassed and taken aback and as the words left my lips I heard the window open and thought quickly that maybe our not-so-fast food was finally done after 25 minutes of waiting.... you know, I didn't think at this point there could be anything left to disappoint me, but man was I wrong. I turned my head towards the bracelet adorned young lady and before I could even realize she was speaking to me she blurts out "my employees informed me you are taking pictures of them".. Slightly appalled (but seriously not surprising at this point) I replied "oh god no, we brought our dying dog here to get his favorite chicken nuggets".. she whipped her ponytail in the other direction and the window closed.. now, I dont expect everyone to roll out sympathy or understanding in a moment like that, but not even so much as an "oh im so sorry" could be muttered?.. nope, not yesterday.. that was just asking too much. It absolutely didn't surprise me that for the next 4 minutes I sat watching 4 employees stand around talking while we approached 30+ minutes in the drive thru for a grand total of 18 chicken nuggets 3 drinks 2 cold burgers and soggy french fries.. no apology for the wait (at a minimum) , no "thank you".. just a bag of food and a seriously lack of integrity served half cold and heartless. To expect compassion was my mistake and don't worry, I won't be back to your location so you can keep your attitude and piss poor customer service. To the two young ladies I dealt with directly, you should be ashamed of yourselves for your unprofessional behavior and your serious lack of tact when choosing what is appropriate attire for work.. read more

My family ate inside, and the inside was ok, but it seemed quite unclean in the food prep area. I got a grilled chicken sandwich, which was pretty good, although the ingredients seemed fake, or unnatural or something, as if they were man made chicken and tomato. I guess for the price not too bad. Frostys never fail to disappoint. Update: went back and tried to get rewards points but the kid didn't even know how to do it. I knew it had to be scanned, and he scanned it with something, but I never got my points. Pretty disappointed, because that was a $22 order and I could've gotten some good points from it. read more

I have given this location many chances. They are absolutely rude and act like any request is too much. They throw your food at you when you come through the drive way. No one is in uniform and wear outside clothing. They have several different items on the menu but always claim they don't have them. These employees need to be trained better. If I could give a zero I would. I have never eaten at Wendys but my elderly father wanted to. We ordered a meal and a full size frosty. When we got to the window a small frosty was handed and my dad said oh I ordered the large. To us it was no big deal. The manager zipped around and said "why cant you use the word large, large!" I replied there is no need to be rude and then asked the girl at the window the mangers name. she would not give it to me and looked afraid she said oh no please dont I dont want to be in trouble. Would actually give a zero rating. Pulled in at 7:30 and they say they don't have menu items because they are closing in 30 minutes and have already begun to shut the kitchen down. If you close at 8:00 that means you have a full menu UNTIL 8:00. Then you close the kitchen down. I'm really at a loss for words on this place. It's been horrible every time I've come here, and not really sure why we've ever come back. Stale bread at times, missing items, wrong items, cold burgers, and all around unfriendly staff. What an awful establishment. The staff, managers and even area director are a bunch of worthless souls. Well, how do you know that Ryan? I know that because I spoke will all of them on day after some terrible service and treatment. I used to swing in here with my wife and grab frosties on the weekends. Kind of a stupid, but fun thing to do when we were running around. Well on night we run over to this Wendy's grab a frosty and walk next door to see some friends on the neighboring restaurants patio. After 10 minutes we come back to the car to find it being towed! That's right, we were illegally parked at a business we just spent money at 10 minutes earlier. Well, a hundred dollars, a few dozen calls, and an official Wendy's corporate "sorry, but we're not responsible" later I have decided to write this terrible franchise off. How are you not responsible for calling a tow truck to tow my car? It was bad enough all I'd eat from here was a frosty, but I won't even step foot in the building now. Had the worst fast food experience of my life at this location, this my first time ever leaving a yelp review but for this situation its necessary. I frequently this location and 90% of the time i never get a receipt and there's always something missing or wrong. I order a simple Biggie Bag and upsize it to medium (additional charge) and all the time i still get a small fry. I usually take it on the chin and just eat my cheap meal but the other day was the last straw when i received my biggie bag with everything cold and did not receive my drink (Sprite). The next day i return to the location in an attempt to give this location a chance to make it right before i left a review. The hispanic manager "Nelly" is the most inconsiderate human being ive ever dealt with. I explained my order issue with her and she proceeds to put me through CIA questioning about who the staff on board was when the issue occurred only to tell me that there isnt anybody who fits the description of who i described to her as had been working that day in the drive thru. ( yet another worker could pin point 2 people who fit the description) . Although she never formally accused me of lying about this bs $6 meal her body language laughing and smiling as im being professional with her is what infuriated me. Fast forward to today, i go through the drive through and request my nuggets to be made fresh, they pull me up to wait (which is fine) . The lady at the window tells me my receipt would be in the bag, when i received my bag not only was the receipt missing, so was my sauces, then upon further review MY FRIES WERE ONCE AGAIN SMALL! I pull back around go inside the location where "Nelly" was present and all i wanted to do was talk to her to show her hey this is what i was talking about my last visit( not angry or anything) this time she does not want to speak to me at all as if im being some sort of disturbance when simply im telling you i paid for something that i did not get! The other workers nicely instructed me to leave a note for the GM which i did. Nelly finally comes over still smiling and laughing after i showed her my receipt which they reprinted for me and showed her what i received. NO ACCOUNTABILITY from this manager but tells her crew that i consistently come in and cause problems. This was the second time this lady even saw my face in her life. I dont understand why she was so dismissive with me and treated a customer this way. Any who do not spend your hard earned money at this location. Dont even come.
