This is the worst Wendy's I've been to in a long time. For the last five years, they have never once served hot or fresh fries. I order my fries with no salt because of a health reason. Last time I went, they actually re-fried old fries they had already made. They were all crunchy, hard, and dark. Not to mention nearly inedible. I've gotten the wrong drink and food here more than I've gotten the right stuff. I used to live really close to this Wendy's and no matter how many times I kept "just giving them one more try," they never failed to disappoint. It's not hard to do your job. Stop being lazy. If I could give this place a ZERO I would!legit rarely do fast food...but when I do it happens to be near my house and takes almost 20-25 to get through the line. Why am I waiting in the drive thru line for 20+ mins every time I come here? This location has issues every time I visit, and I can see by everyone else's reviews that I'm not the only one who feels this way. One day we got some chicken nuggets from Wendy's , I wanted Wendy's food but my mom wanted Los bravos, so we got some Wendy's and then went to Los bravos. Horrible. Arrived here to use the drive thru in the evening. It was clearly dark outside yet no exterior lights were on at this eatery. It looked like it was closed. The young lady at the drive thru provided attitude and horrendous customer service. Don't give me an attitude when I ask for ketchup. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I don't make reviews but had to for this one. The drive thru lady was rude and they didn't put bacon on my bacon burger. Refused to give us more than one sauce. We went back inside and the lady at the register had an attitude and didn't even speak. She ignored us for the first 10 minutes of us getting there and didn't even apologize for messing up our order. Very disrespectful. Location near house so convenient, try and think of WENDYS as better than some other fast food places but appears not, use drive thru almost always they mess up the order and this time even the order they messed up was overcooked.As others have said the wait time is disproportionate to the amount of customers. It seems that no matter what time of day even during slow hours there's always a line(and that's not a complement) they're always giving the wrong order or the wrong items inside the order, and if you ask for four barbecue sauces and they'll literally only give you one and when you ask them for three more they won't do as you ask. Just got home to eat my dinner and saw that not only is my food cold but my 4 for 4 with a jr bacon cheese burger is missing the nuggets and the burger has no bacon and literally nothing on it but cheese and ketchup. I like Wendy's a lot but this one location is trying really hard to change that. It's just around the corner from our home so it is convenient. The trouble is they manage to mess up just about every order I make. Sometimes I get the wrong order, other times I get items on my sandwich I requested not to get and another time I was asked to wait 5 mins for fresh fries. The drive through is very hit-and-miss. At nights, the drive through can last about 15+ minutes. It gets so bad that some of the less-patient customers speed off before getting their order. They usually get my order right and there is a really friendly lady that always brightens up my day so I'm not completely unhappy. After a nice renovation, I would think the Wendy's would have improved with service and quality. I have to say it has not. Not sure whats happening with your location lately. Used to love it. And after all the money and effort that was put into the building, I can't imagine why then the owner or manager aren't putting the effort into good employees. I don't frequent Wendys (or any other fast food) very often anymore for health reasons. I had stopped coming to your location specifically because the customer service of your employees was awful and the wait in line for food was astonishing. So, I quit going. Went back this last week to give it a try again, pulled in, waited 5 minutes for someone to come over the speaker just to be asked to wait a minute. Then placed my order. Then proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes before I even got to the window. Where I waited again. Got my order..it was wrong. Waited another 15 minutes for it to get corrected. (Mind you..the only reason I did this was to see how long it would actually take) I then went back tonight, simply just to order an orange mango tea. I left. Without the tea. I won't be back.
