Our visit to this Wendy's was very disappointing. My husband and I both ordered hamburgers. We both clarified hamburgers with ONLY the condiments we wanted. However both hamburgers had cheese. We drove back around and they remade one of the sandwiches, but said we would have to reorder the second one because that's the way it was ordered. When I walked in there were about 15 people in the lobby waiting on food. I should have left then I guess. After about 5 minutes someone came to take my order. I ordered a doublestack biggie bag. I also wanted a small chili with cheese. When the guy at the counter said"yeah I think we can do that" I thought it was general conversation, of course, they can. No receipt was available. The guy blamed it on"someone else" and asked if I really needed it. After I paid I had to ask for my cup. This should just be part of the job. When i got my food, the fries were just warm and the chili.... no cheese. Unfortunately, this seems to be what fast food has become. Inadequate staff and low quality food. Before I left I went to the bathroom. This is usually an indication of the kitchen. I will be as clean as possible by saying there was human waste on the walls, around the commode and in general looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Our fries were missing , the hamburger was a small burger with no bacon and condiments . Popped in here on way back from road trip. It was WORSE THAN AWFUL!!! Had Baconater fries and chicken nuggets. Both were frankly inedible tasteless and Cold! Wish I had waited and gone up the road to Culvers, now there's a place that knows how to serve food. The stars for this location are a direct reflection of what you will expect here. I arrived to find that the location was not open even though I was well within the operating hours. I started at the drive thru and proceeded to the window after no response at the speaker. As I rounded the corner, I observed the manager opening the door and allowing a late arriving employee enter. I heard the manager say," I have already clocked you in." I patiently waited while the team managed to prepare for the morning rush. I placed my order and shortly thereafter I was on my way. Reaching in to the bag, I grabbed my breakfast burrito, which felt cold to the touch for something being freshly prepared. The first bite confirmed that issue, it was cold. 646 p.m. September 13th 2023.. After a long day At the hospital we just wanted to have wendys.which is our favorite..My husband and I went through the drive-thru. And we checked our order in the parking lot. We were missing food and the food that we did get was wrong. I went into the restaurant with the receipt and spoke to the first person at the counter. I was nice and just explained what happened...That person was trying to make the order right and then Chelsea interrupted and took over. Assist mgr or spv. Standing right there...Chelsea kept arguing with me about a Jr fry. Calling me "girl" Very defensive. Kept arguing with me over and over. I told her that she shouldn't talk to customers like that! I asked just to make the order correct. Chelsea got very nasty and the discussion got heated. I could not believe my ears! Even as a human being at any time, you don't talk to others that way! Screaming! I stood their in shock. A manager showed up from the back of the store and wanted to know what was going on and I told her. Arguing kept going. Mgr did nothing...Then I threw up my hands and said I want my money back and put all the food back on the counter. I gave them my credit card and ask them to back out the whole order and we left without our lunch. The manager and the assistant manager spv, didn't seem to care whatsoever what was going on. I randomly stopped here for lunch - on my way up north. I think it took about 20 minutes from the time I ordered the Double with cheese (hamburger only) to paying for it and having the burger in my hand. Aside from the long wait the lady took my cash in a rush and a coin or 2 or 3 fell to the pavement. The lady did not seem to notice/care. The place seemed very chaotic & disorganized If you're in a hurry I don't recommend this particular Wendy's The taste of the Double was good. read more

This place was open for drive through only which was okay but the food and service were very poor. The lady at the drive though was rude and impatient and didn't get the order right even after repeating it several times. No spoon for the chili, no cheese on the hamburger after requesting it and the chicken nuggets were very dry, flavorless and processed. The only thing that was good were the fries. Fast food is not normally my thing but I hadn't had anything to eat all day so I pulled into the drive thru. What a disaster it turned out to be. First, no straw for my drink; good thing I had my Artic cup in the car to transfer my drink into. Then I discovered COLD fries - YUCK! HOWEVER, no such luck with the second burger and... I was actually looking forward to that one most. As with most of us, I have seen the Wendy's commercials for the Baconator. They show it to be a colossal burger with two patties, overflowing with bacon; BACON BACON BACON Yeah! I like my bacon crispy but not burnt - but don't ask for crispy bacon at Wendy's they'll tell you ALL their bacon is crispy and cooked perfectly and won't make any adjustment to the pieces they choose to place on your sandwich; you get what you get. The bacon on my sandwich tasted like it was cooked in a microwave! it wasn't the advertised 6 individual strips of bacon, it was a chewy glob of bacon; not crispy - chewy; not OMG BACON BACON BACON - just a chewy unappetizing blob of squished bacon in the center of the burger. When I first unwrapped the burger I didn't even see the bacon and thought they had made an error in putting together my order, but alas it was there - in a blob : (. If that wasn't bad enough the sandwich was room temperature not hot, not warm and thankfully for the bite I took, not cold either. The beef lacked flavor and was dry. I have to say that my disappointment was immense - I wanted the burger in the commercial. While I received my credit card back after they charged it, I didn't receive a receipt. I thought about calling the manager to let them know about my experience but didn't want to have to look up the number; I wasn't handed a receipt nor was there one in or on the bag. Well I guess today's experience is why fast food is not usually on my agenda but I think about all those people like me who go through the drive thru and end up with no straw, cold food or incorrect orders but don't come to that realization until they are back on the road and too far away to do anything about it except trash the bag and find time to stop for a real meal at a non fast food restaurant. read more

This Wendy's was pure filth. I walked around the whole dining room and there wasn't one clean table in the entire restaurant. I went into the bathrooms to wash my hands no soap in soap dispenser bathroom hadn't been cleaned it looked like all day long. It is funny that yelp told me signing on to be nice alot of restaurant were doing their best during covid trust me I get that but when you see no one in the dinning room and all the staff acting up in the dining room and not cleaning the restaurant to keep others safe from covid isn't good. They never cleaned anything. We wouldn't have ate here in normal conditions due to the filth but couldn't find any restaurants open on our trip back home. read more

I been before Covid inside the restaurant, I seen a female manager in the dinning area texting during her shift because she was making comments about it, if your manager is like that what else you can be expecting about the group? The staff were so loud yelling and talking and that I just left, was uncomfortable. The store was dirty too, so not much was been done there. I think the only way to safe this Wendy's is fire everybody and get a new group that is willing to work and have a good customer service. You can go to a place with ok food and good customers service, but you can not go to a place with ok food and bad customer service, that when you start think you have a lot of fast food close to you or better yet you start to cook home. I really like Wendy's burgers so me wife and I went to this restuarant for a quick dinner. I ordered a baconator and she ordered a homestyle chicken sandwich. Not a difficult order. Got back home and open my burger to find a single hamburger no bacon just a plain single burger. My wife opened hers to find a completely over cooked chicken sandwich. I will admit that it is mainly my fault due to not checking prior to leaving. We did call the store and told them of the problem and they did tell us the next time by we could get a free meal. The absolute worst Wendy's I've ever set foot in. Place stunk terribly like nasty old mop head. We were second in line and waited 10 e minutes until the person took our order. This staff of 5 couldn't multitask if their lives needed it! We waited over 20 minutes for our 2 person order, idiots! Then they gave the wrong food.
