There are a lot of complaints about this location, but they always give me what I ask for. I was caught a little odd guard, though. Okay I love me a Krystal burger and the quality of the burgers at this location are on par with any Krystal burger I have had. What drops the score here are 2 things. 1. The place looks like shit when you walk in. They have no menu board. Instead they have hand written a version of the menu on paper and tapped it to the counter. 2. The customer service is garbage. I know staffing can be a little tough now a days but the young person at the grill, in full view and earshot of everyone that walks in, complaining and literally saying that it's bullshit that orders keep coming in, is actually bullshit in my opinion. I'm done. I love Krystal burgers, but this location is the worst. I stopped in at this location, and as always, it's the LONGEST wait ever (not fast food service at all). I finally get my order, eat a couple of fries, and pull out a burger bite into it. The burger is so cold you'd think they snatched it out of the refrigerator and threw it in the bag. I would have turned around and asked for hot burgers, but I had somewhere to be the whole reason for fast food. You would think as long as it took them, they had to butcher the cow, process the meat, and cook it, meaning it should at least be HOT FOOD. I'll never go to this location again. On my way to the Airport I decided to stop for a burger on the way. I pulled into the drive up and saw 2 car in line. It took several minutes for them to place their order. I pulled up and waited about 3 to 4 minutes to place my order. When I pulled around, there was another car at the window. It took 10 minutes till I was able to get to the window, and no one was there. After 3 more minutes I decided to leave without my food. read more

While in Savannah I kept seeing Krystal and I just had to try one their little burgers. Decided to stop at this one on our way back to Miami. It was not great. I have no idea what kind of meat they use but it didn't taste like any beef I've had. I also tried their Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was ok but not really hot. read more

Why do people like this? These "burgers" are objectively unpleasant to put in your mouth. I don't get it at all. I'm not a fast food guy in general and pretty much exclusively get it on road trips, it for the most part doesn't hit for me. But, usually I at least understand. I get why people like ____ even though I don't. This is logic defying. Nashville chicken sandwich was nothing amazing but edible, I'd recommend it (or anything) over the mustard sandwich they call a hamburger. 8.22.22 @6pm - Tried Krystal's for the first time with my family. It is very similar to White Castle in that it sells sliders (mini sandwiches). We ordered a combo of 5 Krystals with cheese (mini cheeseburgers), chili cheese tots, and a drink. The burgers all come with diced onions cooked in them (prepackaged). The food was pretty good for what it was (processed, prepackaged), but it was hot and "fresh" and customer service was good. I would eat here again. Total was less than $9. I prefer White Castle though. read more

I stopped by on the way back to Virginia from Orlando. The facts that people actually have kept this place is business is shocking. The burgers are the worst. The meat taste like a Salisbury steak meat out of of $1 microwave dinner! It's the worst thing I've ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth. Unhygienic didnt use gloves they had no lids or barely any cups 2/3 flavors of smoothies were broken 4 customers and 30 minute stop dont go you are warned. Same lady taking orders with no gloves also bagged and packed everything. She also dropped a bagged on the floor and then put someone's food in it. I loved the flash food bathroom! Honestly it was wayyy nicer then some I've been too. And the Krystals bathroom, I always go to gas stations with dirty disgusting bathrooms that aren't even that big and are one bathroom. This one has two stalls, very clean, and I loved it!! read more

Piss poor customer service. I waited 25 minutes and still didn't get my food. They said something about the drive-through comes first. When I pulled up there was only one car in the drive-through. We went inside the restaurant to sit down and eat. If it was going to be more than 30 minutes when I placed my order someone should've said something. Some of us only get 30 minutes for lunch.
