The female manager is insane. There is no way this firehouse subs should be ran this way. She held my sub hostage cancelled my order. I never got a refund. So I paid for a sub and she refused to give it to me because I used a coupon through the app. She tried to make me pay full price at the register. This is the slowest and most filthy firehouse I have ever been in. I walked in 30 minutes after they opened, ask if the tables were dirty maybe from last night as they were not that busy. Every table had flies on the tables. I actually came here because I needed some buckets with lids. They did not have any and the cashier was dismissive about when they would have some. The customer service here was so pleasant. The counter employee was kind and helped me with a problem. (I ordered subs under a 50% off promo but ordered it twice accidentally.) She called the manager to try to refund me but it didn't work because of the promo complications. Both of them apologized to me even though it was my fault. They were so sweet. The manager laid out a few options and even offered to keep the ticket and save it for later redemption. And the latter is what I decided. Moral of the story: Treating patrons the best you possibly can brings them back! Oh, and the subs were tasty too :) read more

I've eaten at a few of these. This one was a let down. All tables were sticky and not clean feeling. The sub, a steak and cheese was somewhere between like warm and cold. One coming back and forth from the back with boxes of chips to restock, many times. He came and went from the front to back with the boxes over 10 times. We waited 30 mins for our food. This is the slowest food establishment I have ever seen in my entire life. lol ... once you get your food it's always fine but be prepared to wait for 20-30 min for a sub. Last time I was there there were 2 ppl working, and there was 5 ppl waiting on a sub. The girl at the cash register had a big attitude with speaking to me and my mother (like making a face whenever I was trying to help my mother with my order). It's almost funny that somehow ordering was made into uncomfortable experience. My husband and I stopped in on our way down to Orlando from North Carolina. There was no management the day after Christmas to be helping, or at least didn't seem like it. We ordered medium meals and was handed small cups - when I asked "do you mind if we get a medium cups" she got frustrated and had to go get them from another register. So - she ran out and instead of refilling them she was just giving customers the wrong size. A customer accidentally took another customers order ahead of ours, and then it must have thrown off the line because then our name never got called. My husband went up and asked about our order after multiple people after us got called and they said.. oh we don't have your ticket. After we waited 30+ minutes. The bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. To be honest we thought they just opened and opened too soon and needed to close to retrain - to get on here and see they received their first review 9 MONTHS ago. What I thought would be a nice stop after 3 hours on the highway turned bad. We were 1 of 3 customers in the restaurant and the guy at the register was very nice but that's where it ends. After we ordered my hubby asked for Mayo packets which they didn't include with the sandwiches. I walked back in and asked the girl to which she rolled her eyes at me and the guy making sandwiches said something and they started laughing. I asked "what?" To which they laughed and she said "oh nothing". I could obviously feel it was something. We ordered extra pickles for my 4 year old which were covered in grey spots and yucky. Now we are on the road about an hour and my 4 year old says she wants the rice crispy treat from her lunch. I just realized they didn't include it in her lunch!
