Super disappointed with the staff…read more This is the first time I have every written a negative Yelp Review in my 40+ years. The experience was fine, but ruined by the service. I called before booking to ask some questions. The gal on the phone kept saying all your questions are on the website and basically was rude/short and uninterested in talking to me. One question I didn't get to ask as I was rushed off the phone was could I view from a window etc... Since my group had minors, I knew an adult needed to enter as it was on the website, but we never knew if this person would be charged as they weren't going to break anything just the required supervision. Then when we arrived (check in took a long time)... I asked if I could view in some fashion for pictures and wasn't sure if they had a window to watch from as I wasn't the needed adult going in. She very rudely said "absolutely not I am going to send you out of here when they go in." "I can't believe you don't want to go in". I said I don't want to take up space, and I am not going to break anything. She said but you can go in and take pictures/videos. I said ok wow that's so nice of you (thinking she was doing us a favor) then I asked if I want to just go for a few minutes is that ok? Can I come out. She said yes of course. Never did she say by the way you will be charged for going in even if just a few minutes. The paper gown they give you to wear couldn't cost even $1. Was it out fault to not ask yes, but with her rude attitude I wasn't in the mood to talk more and I feel like she should have said you should go in to take pictures and I will need to charge you full price FYI. It is a bummer that we had to pay for my husband as a required person even thought he didn't participate...but that should have also been communicated to us. The biggest shock was when we came out to find out that we thought we were paying for 3 (minors)... $160 and our bill had all 5 of us in it. We could somewhat understand my husband (but felt he should have been told he wasn't just a supervisor, but a participant...then he could have joined in on the fun) However, bullying me to go in and not mention the fee is crazy. That was $120 more than we had planned to pay. If when I called before I booked she would have been nice and let me ask some normal questions and answered them we wouldn't have been shocked about my husband being full price. I would have known I couldn't have viewed and could have paid to go in. I would have gladly stayed in my car for 30 mins. Also, during check in we should have been told the balance of payment then so we could have made our choices prior. It definitely soured my daughter's birthday to get this large, unexpected bill. Also, they said they would send over the go pro footage but never did. My husband spent some time totally embarrassed after in front of our party goers trying to sort out my cost. After wasting a ton of time they agreed to charge $30 to cover the cost of the paper disposable jump suit (which you know cost them less then $1. ) This place is a money grab, with no customer service. Not before, not during and not after. I can't recommend this business. The kids liked the idea. It wasn't worth the cost. The items were cheap thrift store items (as they should be),...but no reason to charge full price for 2 people that weren't told they would be and didn't join in. To say it was to cover their costs of goods is ridiculous. Lastly, they had a $10 surcharge that we didn't even know about until we saw the final bill emailed to us. This place needs better billing disclosure. Don't try calling or asking questions because she will tell you over and over in an annoyed voice "it's on the website"...which it isn't all! If you aren't going in, but a driver (adult) don't bother getting out of your car or you will just waste your $. By the way the gal running the place acts like her hands are tied and she " calls someone to see what can be done"(surprise nothing can be done)... turns out she is the owner so it's just a "show".

I first traveled to California in 2024 with a group of 30 college student-athletes for a tournament and wanted to find a place to do some team building and found 101 Escape Rooms. I reached out and owner David was more than happy to host us, come in early to accommodate our game schedule, and provide an outstanding experience. The team returned to this tournament this year (2026) and the players who were on the 2024 trip specifically asked to go to 101 Escape Rooms again. I called David and re-introduced myself and asked if we could again bring a group of 30 to do some escape rooms. He quickly said yes, provided a group discount rate, and made the experience that weekend outstanding once again. Not only are the actual rooms custom created, unique, and unlike any other escape rooms I have seen, but the staff is great, the challenge and team building potential worked exactly as planned, and I would so highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you are just hanging with friends or traveling with a larger group. 10/10 experience!

Groups of four went into each room and had 20 minutes to complete the escape. It was fun and exciting. The smaller space, shorter times and lower lighting gave each room a foreboding sense of atmosphere. The background hum of the motors added to this. All around it was great. The puzzles were the right level of challenging and the clues were helpful. My team had great chemistry and worked together well. This is necessary in the smaller rooms because you couldn't run around solving puzzles in your own. In the "party" setting there was lots to distract you from the answers so having different thinkers was great. I would highly recommend Mobile Escape Room LA. It was an unforgettable experience.

The events are flexible enough to allow for those extremely enthusiastic participants to really dive deep into the theme and story, while also providing the ability for those more "along for the ride" to thoroughly enjoy themselves and engage as they are comfortable. In my experience, everyone becomes inspired to let loose, embrace the challenges, get a little goofy, and have fun with the people around you. These adventures promote a sense of community and comradery between friends and strangers. Constructed Adventures provides shared experiences that provide a fun excuse to step a little outside your comfort zone, connect with people you've never met before, and act like a kid for a couple hours...or in the words of my eleven year old self, "duuuuuuude, so good!"

We had THE BEST time. I am a researcher and Orbit blew us away not only aesthetically but was very easy and was the cheapest compared to other companies. Weddings are already expensive as is and their pricing is bar far the best. We chose a big-ish park and we thought it would be hard to find a few inflatables and a soccer ball. They are much much more than that. The set up of the field already set expectations high and they brought their game! We used the full 1 and a half hours and I asked the coordinator if we could add on more time, he said yes so we did for $50. So even though they advertise no add ons, it's only time you can add on. I asked for any upgrades (to test this) and they don't have any, every package comes with all the nuts and bolts the only thing you change and pay for is time! I'm recommending to everyone, they took in game pics and sent them to us! Definitely one for not only the books but the wedding book for sure

They have a great field with flags, cones and everything seems to be high quality and branded well. Our event coordinator, Chase, was great and had the field set up before we even got there. He was energized and funny as he picked up on all of our humor. The gameplay was very fun and exhausting, it's a great workout, which I wasn't expecting. The game modes had us busy for the full 2 hours. Some friends switched in and out too as again, it's a workout and they didn't charge extra. Highly recommend and will book them in the future for sure.
