When we finally reached a manager, we were offered only ~$120 back, while being charged for multiple visits, diagnostics, and a part that did not fix the problem. At no point was it clearly explained that this would be a trial-and-error process with uncertain results. Very disappointing experience--both in terms of the repair outcome and how the situation was handled.

The problem was a broken latch which I already knew. They then quoted me an additional $262 for the repair. The price seemed high, but I wanted to get the issue resolved, so I agreed to move forward. Keep in mind the part was $18 and he was there for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the dishwasher, even after I was responsible for ordering the replacement part myself. When the repair still did not work, they agreed to only refund $80 of the $362, despite not resolving the issue. Instead, the only solution they offered was to install a brand-new dishwasher, which was not helpful. I am fine paying some money for their time and I was hoping for a fair solution. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of accountability when the repair was unsuccessful. I know there are more honest upfront guys out there who are not going to charge you a crazy amount when they can't fix the exact thing you paid them to do. So do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

He actually opened the store just for us and gave us a private tour of the showroom and let my wife cook in a few of the ovens we were considering. This is a "live" showroom so the appliances actually work and you can test them out. Very cool! He helped us find the perfect professional Viking oven we were looking for and saved us a couple thousand dollars by offering us a perfectly good showroom model that still had a warranty. There was trouble with our install and the oven got damaged by the installer. Chef Vaughn actually came out to our home 45 minutes away in Herriman to look at it first hand and is now having our oven replaced with an even better one at no additional charge! After seeing the head clearance ability of the Sebo E3 against that of the Miele I knew I wanted Sebo. The price tag was the hard part to swallow. This morning while reading through reviews of Vacuum 360 I came across one that mentioned City Wide Vacuum, right away went to their website to see if they carried Sebo and they did and I did give them a call. Kevin who works there told me they had the Sebo E3 Premium and gave me the price after tax, which was even better than off the Sebo USA website. Plus coming from a dealer has a longer warranty. He even gave me a box of bags. I live all the way in Payson, but with the straight forward sale and great price I packed up my kids and headed down to see Kevin. Love the Sebo E3. Glad I came across City Wide Vacuum, and Kevin. Had a question on switching off my brush head for the hard flooring gave Kevin a call and helped me figure it out. The switch is now on the handle and not the head. Hope not to be back for a long time but if I do I would make the drive.
