My Aunt Danette had asked what I wanted for a big deal birthday gift. The damage on the car I got an estimate for came from 2019 when a larger vehicle hit the front passenger side of my car after running a stop sign. Upon arrival at Maaco, I pulled in to the estimates parking area and went inside. I was greeted by a friendly worker and asked for an estimate. The total preliminary estimate was $2,213.63. After getting an okay for the repairs as a birthday gift on Thursday 19 June 2025, I called Maaco in the morning on Friday 20 June 2025 and scheduled a 10:00 a.m. slot on Monday 23 June 2025 for bringing my car in for the repairs. I dropped my car off Monday morning with no hassle. The following evening, Tuesday 24 June 2025, I received a call asking if I wanted any additional damages on the car addressed during repairs. I stuck with my original plan of just the one area of the car. In the afternoon on Friday 27 June 2025, I received an email/phone call that my car was ready for pick up. I went in after the email/call and found a few pluses, including it being vacuumed and washed before I got it back. It was beautiful and dentless! The bumper area and bolts I was primarily concerned about were fixed. Driving it back home, it was a smoother and quieter drive than I had anticipated. A pleasant surprise. I waited a few minutes when I came to pick it up and the indoor waiting area was quiet with comfy seats. At payment, my payment method of cash was accepted. During repairs a piece from one of the door handles, front passenger side, went missing, and I was informed they had already ordered the part at no extra charge and they would fix it when the part came in and I brought my car back. The tentative delivery date for the part was Monday 30 June 2025 and I was told they would call me when it arrived. On Monday 14 July 2025, I called to follow up on the missing piece and was informed it had come in. When I arrived about 12 minutes later, I pulled in to the estimates area, spoke to a worker at the front desk, and they fixed the car while I sat in a comfy chair in the front waiting area. The part took about 4 minutes to install/fix and I was on my way. All around I had a smooth repairs experience and appreciate how my car is doing now.

When I got off the bus across the street, I could see it two hundred feet away. I mean this car is RED, definitely. While I am 100% with the work and the finish. In the twilight and the shade it is just dark enough to make me 100% happy with the color. A couple of minor issues with the turn indicators are the job, which Tyler went out of his way to fix. Thank you. If I was involved in a collision, and I certainly hope I am not, I would automatically have Maaco do the repairs. During my time in the office there, I watched Tyler, Paul and John work professionally with not just myself but all the other customers, too. I'm so glad I got my car painted in the summer. Now I'm ready for winter, and there is no way that other drivers won't spot me in the snow--I mean, how much contrast can you have, anyway---I love it! I have no doubt that this particular Maaco will treat you with the same courtesy, respect and quality of work that they did for me. I have used cascade wheel over the last 15 years and it has gone downhill and I will not be…read morereturning. I brought my 17 Inch wheel in to have a crack repaired. Just the crack welded. I came to pick it up and they grinded down the curb marks on face of the wheel which I did not ask for, now the paint/finish on the wheel does not match because they ground down the lip on the edge. I also found another crack next to the large crack they had repaired which was not there when I dropped the wheel off. They insisted they did not cause it but I inspected this wheel very thoroughly before dropping off and would have seen the smaller crack next to the large crack. I left the wheel for them to repair the smaller crack and was told they will have the painters try to match the paint color and spray the silver ground down areas. Upon pick up the 2nd time, the small crack was repaired poorly compared to the 1st crack repair, and they did not paint the ground down damage like they said, and the weld does not even have a finish applied over it like the larger weld does. The face of the wheel near the spokes also have damage now from the welding residue which I don't know how they even did that when the repair is on the inside barrel not even close to the face of the wheel. I will be going elsewhere for wheel repairs in the future.

They spent some time on my jeep trouble shooting it. Unfortunately they weren't able to pin-point the issues that were causing the codes, they believe their all electrical problems. However they did refer to to another shop that might be able to help. I showed up to pickup my Jeep and I was very surprised that they decided not to charge me for their trouble-shooting time.
