I have used cascade wheel over the last 15 years and it has gone downhill and I will not be…read morereturning. I brought my 17 Inch wheel in to have a crack repaired. Just the crack welded. I came to pick it up and they grinded down the curb marks on face of the wheel which I did not ask for, now the paint/finish on the wheel does not match because they ground down the lip on the edge. I also found another crack next to the large crack they had repaired which was not there when I dropped the wheel off. They insisted they did not cause it but I inspected this wheel very thoroughly before dropping off and would have seen the smaller crack next to the large crack. I left the wheel for them to repair the smaller crack and was told they will have the painters try to match the paint color and spray the silver ground down areas. Upon pick up the 2nd time, the small crack was repaired poorly compared to the 1st crack repair, and they did not paint the ground down damage like they said, and the weld does not even have a finish applied over it like the larger weld does. The face of the wheel near the spokes also have damage now from the welding residue which I don't know how they even did that when the repair is on the inside barrel not even close to the face of the wheel. I will be going elsewhere for wheel repairs in the future.

Came to look at a used car. We found a salesperson and asked about the car we saw online. He…read morebrought it around and we noticed some front end damage. He waved it off and brought the keys for a test drive. During the drive, a warning came up that a camera was inoperable. We mentioned it upon returning and it was waved off as nothing. I asked about camera locations on the car and he was clueless. Then we tried to open the trunk with the key fob, then tried to open with the release in the car. It opened a crack and we pushed it up with a lot of effort. It was supposed to be an electronic release. The vehicle obviously was in an accident, Infiniti bought it, didn't make repairs and tried to sell it. Then they gave us sales numbers with no discount for needed repairs and add on numbers for who knows what and an awful interest rate. My advice is to research your car before coming here because the sales staff is clueless.

I took it to the polestar dealership it was a $865 fix and one of the tires was leaking so 4 new tires was $1600. I traded it in and took a 11k loss. Im happy with my car now but wastingy time with Rez, Jason and Mario proved to be costly. The integrity of this place is nowhere to be found. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. It will save you a lot of money in the end. When I tried to get my money back they said you have buyers remorse and we can't help you. Don't give these guys any money!!
