This place is amazing! The guys here know what they are doing and are very thorough in their inspections. I needed my fuel line for my 2007 Mazda to be fabricated since the manufacturing part is now discontinued. They gave me a one day turn around. Realistically it was just a few hours since they didn't have too many vehicles in that day. I really appreciate that knowledge these guys have and am grateful to have found genuine auto shop like this. As woman it's already difficult to find shops that will be honest with you and not try to oversell. This place is affordable and good quality work. I brought my Jeep Wrangler here to have its AC fixed. Before I brought it in, all the windows went up and down properly. However when I picked my car back up after the AC job was finished, the back windows were no longer working. It's impossible that this is a coincidence, especially since the AC repair work was done in the same spot as the electronics for the windows. This is the best auto repair shop I have found in my very long life. I have a classic car that I bought new many years ago. It is hard to find anyone who can work on it. I resorted to the internet and found West Adams and called. Brandon answered the phone and was so professional I dropped what I was doing and drove over to the shop. It is quite a distance from my house. He explained what had to be done before he could even do any repair so I left the car and took an UBER home. The next morning Frank called me to tell me the car was ready. I had taken the car to two mechanics near my home and one quoted 700 and the other 900. Frank told me they did the repair and tested it and it is fine. They charged me 170 dollars!!!! I was speechless. I have found a new mechanic. They are professionals. I am so impressed. West Adams Radiator (WAR) service is truly suburb. I had taken my vehicle to be serviced at the car makers service department and was quoted an extremely high price for services that they viewed by just looking. I then took my vehicle to WAR and they said they would actually look at what my car need. It turns out they not only did they look but said that parts that were said to be needed by the previous dealership service department was not needed. WAR addressed and fixed what was needed for a 60% less (this is not a typo). Take you car to the dealer and get an estimate, then take it to WAR to get it repaired. You will not be disappointed...and you'll be a little bit richer. read more

I'm not a mechanic but know my vehicle relatively well. I had brought my truck in for some repairs and a service on a Monday. Although the service somehow got missed as the guys were focused on the transmission leak (requiring a weld to fix) so had to bring it back [for the service]. I called twice to ensure that the shop could accommodate and agreed to return on Friday. I dealt mainly with Chris who is very personable & responsive, however on the 2 occasions I called and spoke with Frank he demonstrated impatience and was very condescending. When I called on Friday afternoon to check on the status (so I could come and get the truck), Frank lectured me for not giving the shop enough time to work on the vehicle - that "they were busy and I'd have to wait". When I explained that I had actually called TWICE during the week to ensure they could accommodate he was very terse in tone and ended the call. I was without the vehicle over the weekend and had to make arrangements by Uber to get it the following Monday end of day. That aside, I will always give second chances. The prices are on the high side but so far I would say the work is good and I would recommend them - just avoid Frank. read more

These guys are fantastic,I've brought them two challenging projects so far, one a 1991 VW Vanagon with AC issues that they sorted out in one day and this with a car that most mechanics would see you coming and put out the "closed" sign and the other was an Audi A3 E-tron that is complicated by being a Hybrid and had a mysterious and intermittent problem with the AC,sometimes it worked great other times not so much. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had me out of there same day an hour ahead of schedule. In both cases I paid what they said the estimate would be and it seemed the rite price, not over and not lower good value I'd say. A very pleasant experience. -Eric read more
