THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place has gone way downhill from 4-5 years ago, this used to be my favorite pizza place and now I refuse to go there after tonight. I placed an order online and my stepfather as well as my fiancé went there to pick up the order. They took way longer than the estimated time (which was 40 minutes), they all looked confused, all were rude, brought out 3 wrong orders before giving them our "correct" order. After arriving home with the food, one pizza was overly greasy, all of them too thin, and the calzone was made wrong. My stepfather went back up to find a remedy to the overly greasy pizza and the wrong calzone and they refused to re-make or refund for the issue, instead, they threatened to call the cops if he didn't leave! By the way, the old guy, says he set up online so he knows how it is and argued that the calzones show it has ricotta cheese in it when ordering online, which it doesn't. It says cheese calzone and when building your own it gives you the option to add ricotta cheese for an additional 2.50, which we didn't do since we don't like ricotta cheese. He also says that "c" stands for ricotta cheese, which we all know it starts with an R. Complete idiots. read more

I was contacted by the new owners of West Broadway after they changed ownership and revamped the place. Was asked to please give them another shot, and I'm really glad I did! It was like night and day. I ordered the same exact meal - large cheese pizza and potato skins. No excess grease, had good flavor, was ready when promised, and the staff was super friendly when I picked up the order! And as a bonus, the interior was fresh and clean. You could tell the place was cared for, and the staff really enjoyed what they did. There's nothing worse than standing there waiting to be helped, only to be ignored by multiple people. I was greeted by every person I saw behind the counter! Since then, my husband and I have ordered a couple times - salads, a calzone, a meat lovers pizza. All very tasty! Solid local place for sure! Deducting a star due to their online ordering. Charges a convenience fee which could be acceptable if it didn't automatically calculate a tip that cannot be removed or edited. read more

This is the 3rd strike, they have no idea what a Ceasar salad is , got a garden salad with chicken was rubbery and disgusting, tried to give them the benefit of doubt. Not too clean and smelly inside. Always get burnt pizza & if I order a rodeo pizza which has fried onions petals they are never coated fully. Sad business went down the drain. Witnessed owners talking down to employees. One cook/delivery driver was talking about meeting women on his delivery routes and going back to hang out after hours. Very unprofessional. read more

Delivery took 40 minutes .. the driver had the wrong address.. she called me for directions.. when she arrived she gave me a different total than I was quoted on the phone.. they forgot to add in delivery charge.. I didn't have enough cash outside with me to cover the new total.. and a very rude driver got more rude nearly demanding a tip. The food is cold by now but still rather tasty.. the girl who took my order was nice and friendly but the cold food and attitude definitely not worth the $$ for delivery. Pass on this place unless you dine in or carry out. Had the driver not been so rude and demanding I would have gone back inside and came out with a decent tip. i've been going to West Broadway for years and every time they mess up, they fix it for me. Tonight they put four things on my grinder that I did not order. one that I'm allergic to and the others I don't like. and you cannot scrape off pickles and onions without the grinder still tasting like them. Ewwwwww! So when I called back I not only got spoken to disrespectfully and aggressively, but they told me it was my fault and that they would not be fixing it. (this is after an hour and a half wait for the wrong food) and come on they know that every time I've ordered this grinder it's the same exact way so why would I all of the sudden change it up? Why would I order something I'm allergic to? I will never be ordering from them again. I've heard horrible things about them before, but I always liked the things I got so every time I wanted my cheeseburger grinder I ordered it from them. Never again!! Oh and last time I ordered a huge party pizza I ordered buffalo chicken and they gave me barbecue chicken. Do you know how much a specialty party pizza is? ya waaaay too much from them. so everyone listen.. there are way, way better pizza places around here and much better and nicer customer service. read more

Used to be a good place but now it's one of the worst around. Not a very picky person but this was just too much. The large cheese pizza I had left a bad after taste. The area of cheese and sauce is very small because the crust is huge. My friend ate 2 pieces of his bbq chicken pizza. Most likely cost saving measure, cheap ingredients and not enough of them. Ordered two grinders from West Broadway this past weekend & wasn't impressed. My chicken salad grinder had hardly any chicken salad on it. It was loaded lettuce & had chopped tomatoes ( wish they were sliced). The chicken salad had no flavor & was dry. Asked for it toasted came cold. Other grinder was ok. The last few time we had ordered from their we have had issues but thought we would give it a go since they are down the street. But not impressed & will not go back. read more

Quick N Dirty - Thin Crust - BUT tastes like thicker Greek Crust pizza. Dough is soft, but overall still a little crunch, not much. Sauce: leans way toward savory rather than sweet - like marinara almost. Cheese: Not super oily- they definitely mix in cheddar with mozz.. Almost resembles papa Ginos. but less herbs. Cheese pizza is the great tell-all - and this was a nice alternative to most non-brick oven pizza shops. Its not heavy, but has all of that New England pizza place vibe taste you are so familiar with. No soggy pizza here. My initial order was just one plain cheese and one pepperoni pizza. (25.00 total for both with tip) Both of which did not disappoint. Delivery Service was prompt and polite. I am always weary of greasy looking pizza shops, but since the place was always busy seemingly every time I drove by, I had to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. Doesn't look like much on the outside and I can't imagine it would be comfortable to hang out there, but I'll surely be giving the other menu items a try for delivery! read more

Zeda's West Broadway Pizza is a casual pizza shop serving up thin crust pizzas (traditional & specialty), strombolis, subs, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salads, pasta dinners, fried seafood, and Coke products (cooler). The place is cozy and order at the counter and there are a few hard booths inside for eating in. There is no TV in the dining room. I stopped by Zeda's in Gardner recently for pizza takeout. I ordered a Large 16" Eggplant Pizza ($11.70 plus tax). I was informed shortly that they only had enough breaded eggplant for a quarter of the pizza, so I chose hamburger as the alternate topping for the rest of the pizza (3/4). The pizza was hot and ready to go in about 15 minutes. The pizza was good, which was topped with lots of ground beef and some breaded thin eggplant slices, melted cheese, and a sweet tasting tomato sauce on top of a soft thin crust, dry texture and not greasy. I enjoyed my pizza back at home in front of the big TV watching football. (3.5, good pizza) read more

I didn't even get to eat here, so disappointed. Menu looked great, called and thanks to the gentleman that answered the phone so obvious that I had inconvenienced him that after about 30 seconds on the phone and apparently still inconveniencing him with my husband hearing the tone (just by sitting next to me) ended up telling him we were all set, no reason to give business to anyone that doesn't want it. CHINESE it is. I can understand people have a bad day but as customer service (and yes I work in customer service and have for many years) you check it when dealing with the customer. Pizza was extremely salty, I have never had a pizza so salty, they must be using the cheapest mozzarella they can get. Also the toppings are very skimpy, how much does a bag of spinach cost, or a can of sliced olives? You would think these guys are paying a $100 a can for olives. Since it's new ownership the food has gone WAY downhill. I once ordered a super Roast Beef, i was charged over $8.00 for a sandwich that had 3 slices of meat in it. To the owner a warm roast beef sandwich is something that's heated up on the grill. GROSS I THREW IT UP.... Last night I decided to give it the old college try once again and was disappointed once again. All I wanted was 2 slices of pizza. I asked the girl how much the slices were and she didn't know. She asked the guy making the pizzas what the price was, he told her to look on the menu even though he new the price. They wanted $2.50 for a slice, reluctantly I asked for 2 and the employee took 2 slices out of the refrigerator and it was obvious that they were in there all day. The pizzas come in a variety of unique flavors. YOU NEED TO TRY the Rodeo Chicken Pizza. It is a pizza with red sauce, fried chicken fingers, bacon, fried onion strings, and barbeque sauce. Probably the best pizza I have EVER had. The quesadillas are also very delicious filled with hot peppers, olives, onion, peppers, cheese, and your choice of meat. I have been ordering from West Broadway for about 11 years, up until the last few months I would have giving them 5 stars. I have seen some changes in the pizza and have been disappointed. Crust has gotten thinner and the overall size of the large pizza has been smaller. I feel like I am paying more for less pizza. The pizza has also been overcooked on several occasions to my disliking. I am not sure what is going on but I have been looking for another pizza place to take the their place. Had a party and it was winding down so we went to eat at West Broadway. We ate in. Wanted to try something different as we usually order from another place but it was closed for the evening. Tried their 'taco pizza' which was surprisingly... gross. Who puts raw lettuce in a pizza oven? I figured they would put they on after cooking because everyone knows lettuce wilts. The rest of the pizza was decent, not great but decent. We also ordered buffalo chicken tenders. When ordering I asked if they were fresh, I received a "yes, of course" reply. When we got them you could taste they came from a frozen package, disappointing as they were so expensive. I went up and asked (made no mention of the pizza) if the tenders were from frozen and the kids goes "umm, yeah!" I then ask him why he told me there were fresh before and he says "fresh from frozen is still fresh". NO frozen does not equal fresh! Sad. At least the soda was cold. :) We won't be back. Our other 'go to' pizza shop actually uses real fresh not frozen supplies. read more
