Only unopened items in original package with receipt are returned. Told that if I try it out that I cannot return it by female owner (? not sure if is actually is). What is the point of a receipt then? Once you buy you cannot return it apparently. Interestingly - receipt states you can return within 30 days but the store has sign saying if its unopened you can return it. I say always go with the receipt. For example a item was priced on Black Friday for originally $59.99 and "SALE" price was $35. The real price of it found online is $39 (5 dollar sale).

The staff was very helpful. He found exactly what I needed. On top, he said if it doesn't fit, I am free to return it. Luckily everything worked out well. I was happy. The location was great and convenient. This is a neighborhood store. Most of the customers here are locals or living in the hood.
