Nick helped dial in the system design and made sure everything made sense for our home, and Mark oversaw the install side and kept things moving smoothly. The crew showed up when they said they would, treated our home with care, and cleaned up at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. Permitting and inspections were handled by the team and communicated the steps along the way. There were no surprises. Kelly was especially helpful keeping us in the loop and responding quickly whenever we had questions, which made the whole process feel far less stressful than we expected going in. I've responded to their December 2025 email twice, and heard nothing back. I still have no idea if they're tracking my system performance or not. They sent me a new tracking app to join last year so I could share my system information with them, which leads me to believe they weren't tracking the system the way they said they would be. The data it shared is the same data I had already communicated with them.

She offered a free panel cleaning, which she set up internally and had their team come out this past Friday without issue. Since the cleaning the panels have been much better performing especially after these past few weeks of misting and rain, about 25% higher output. I didn't think much of it but I get now it's worth doing to get the most out of the panels. Overall a very good response and experience with OC specifically for this issue. I feel that they do want to stand out from the crowd and responding proactively to feedback gives me more confidence they'll take care of issues as they hear about them.

They respond to my questions with 'Larry said he will check on it today.' and 'I just text him that you are asking for an update' but they never follow through. How long does it take to get an update? It's been 1 month since their last message and there's been nothing since. Clearly this company needs to get serious about their customer service. I'm not going to continue chasing after these guys for service. Earlier this year they received several positive reviews, then there's a drop off. Someone recently left a similar review about them earlier this month, so perhaps this company is heading down a bad path. Often times when researching companies, I prefer to start with the negative reviews then move onto the positive ones. The negative reviews at times gives more useful information than a fluffy, positive review would. You can choose to roll the dice with these guys or go with a company that's responsive and true to their words. I've gone with another company.

ISREAL LIED TO US, do not believe their reps. They will make you go in circles to try and get anything resolved. The biggest issue was the lease terms. We were not clearly informed at the time of signing that around the 5-year mark there is a large fee/decision point, and if you don't take action to end/modify the lease at that time, you can remain locked into payments for 20+ years. That detail should have been explained plainly upfront. If you're considering this company, I strongly recommend: * Get the full contract in writing before agreeing to anything. * Ask specifically about what happens at year 5, any fees, and your options to end the lease. * Have someone independent review the agreement so you understand the long-term costs. I wish we had done that, because this has been far more expensive and stressful than we were led to expect.
