I actually found them on eBay. And saw that they were local so I gave them a call. Asked if they have what I wanted in stock and if the wheels I was interested in would fit my car. Made an appointment for 2 days later and had them install the new setup. Everything was smooth from phone call and setting up a time. Was told it would take 1.5-2 hours. This was a Friday morning going into Labor Day weekend so it got a little busy. Left the car and went to grab lunch and got a text right after I was done eating and picked my car. It was well worth the drive! I shopped all the tire shops in Orange and Riverside County before a friend recommended Sal and West Shore Tires & Wheels in Bellflower. I recently purchased 4 sets of 23" Range Rover Rims. All 4 wheels were defective. The manager Sal Din, had me spend $1000 running them through a Road Force machine, to make sure they were defective. Now, after I showed him the report, that all 4 rims are defective. He refuses to refund or replace the wheel. I would recommend staying far away from this chop shop. read more

I just bought a 2021 Corvette C8 Coupe. I wanted custom wheels and connected with Sal actually through EBay. We connected and he had me come to the shop. Fast forward ... my wheels and tires are absolutely wonderful. Sal's shop is a 1 stop shop too. I had them install all my aftermarket parts too in the span of 72 hours. His guy, Alex, is an artist and installed my front lip and side skirts to perfection. I will have Alex reinstall my duckbill because I tried to do it myself and of course I screwed it up. I spent a lot of time at West Shore the last few days and noticed that the back office team and garage crew are all top notch and they know their stuff. Avoid this place like the plague. Took my 2018 f-350 to them to get an alignment and to straighten the steering wheel after a simple level install was done. After about an hour or so they say sorry we can't get the alignment right you need new ball joints (on a truck with 24k miles on it) and we couldn't straighten your steering wheel properly it's "close" but not straight. Still charged me full price. Took the truck to a real alignment shop 4 wheel parts and they alighted it perfectly and got the wheel straight. They also told me the print out West coast tires and wheels gave me was straight up a lie that it doesn't even look like they tried to change anything just wanted to sell me ball joints and labor. You get what you pay for my mistake please save your money and go somewhere that actually knows their trade. read more

I guess Customer service isn't a big deal for this place. I went here today to possibly purchase some rims for my Tahoe. I walked in and no one greeted me. There was a guy in the phone and another at the desk who got up to get water. I started looking at the rims so I said to myself maybe they didn't see me. So I walked around where I made eye contact and still no acknowledgment. After being in there for about 10 minutes and no one speaking. I just took pictures of rims I may like and walked out. They do not know anything about lifts got a jeep lift done here and worse experience went back cuz it had a really bad wobble mind you everything was 100% good prior and went back and they said i need tie rods and new ball joints and sold me on a dual stabilizer got it done thinking was gonna get better felt stiff but still shittiest drive picked it up they added the dual stabilizer and still left the oem damper which the dual one is supposed to replace that one? Like what lol so after that i knew they didnt know what there was doing . Now jeep is at another shop going threw everything make sure stuff is right . This place is a great example of how customer service should be. Called them about an alignment for my wife's car and they answered all my questions thoroughly and I decided to come in. I arrive a few minutes later and I'm greeted at the desk and my order is taken. I'm offered seating at their waiting area and offered water. I decline and go sit down. 20 minutes later I get checked on by another employee and asked if I wanted water. At some restaurants, I can't even get the waitress to come back to take my order and here I have already been offered water twice. Just great service. My car is done quickly and I paid and left. I found this place on offer up and I spoke with someone about new rims. Next day I went out there to buy new wheels. Person who helped me was an imbecile named Ralfi. He kept walking away from me even after I pad him with cash, instead of handing me the receipt he just went outside to talk to another client. I was supposed to get black wheel caps with chevy logos but because the guy kept walking around I ended up driving away with no caps. I contacted them and he assured me that he will mail them to me. 2 weeks later I followed up cause he forgot. Instead of all black wheel caps he sent me stickers with silver outlines. When I called to complain about kids stickers he sent me, he told me that I am "confused". I ended up purchasing them online cause I have no time for this. read more

If I can give negative stars I would! These guys are complete scums , especially Sal and Rafay, they sold me wheels that turned out to have tons of issues! Wrong bolt pattern, wrong offset and so on!! Kept going back and forth with them and still had issues ! Plus they gave me a center cap that was faulty and they said they were going to get me a new one and they never respond and just ignore me now!! Ordered Rims and tires about a year ago. Rims came damaged and with out two centercaps. Spoke to Sal and he said he would take care of it. He said they have to file a claim with the shipper and he will ship out the centercaps. I have all communication with him. Been going on for a year and he keeps telling me it's the shipping department. Now they won't answer calls and just leave me on hold if they do. Went to get an alignment for my van on there window it says $49.00 and it it does not say it's for a certain type of vehicle. False advertising do not go here it's bait and switch.
