Found a qr scan at the back by the showcases and was directed to a website that said I was 6th in line and current wait time was 80-100 minutes! Just to check out a gun and likely make the purchase. This is worse than waiting in line at Disneyland! Value: competitive pricing for the one I was very interested to buy. Selection looked decent. Service was horrible for such a long wait time. As a result of the ridiculous wait time coupled with many other customers looking frustrated and growing more impatient, I left. Because of this service failure or lack of a better process for an exemplary customer experience, you've lost the strong likelihood of a handgun sale today. Very disappointing.

I also had a $30 REI gift card that I wanted to apply toward the shoe purchase. When checking out, cashier Lloyd told me, "You don't need the card, I got it." I assumed he could see and apply the gift card through my account. However, he never applied the $30 gift card and instead processed the transaction so that I only received a refund of $0.08 from the jacket return. When I questioned this and told him I wanted the gift card applied to the shoes, he said the transaction had already been processed then he suggested that I use the gift card next week when REI has a sale. This solution is unacceptable. I live about 20 miles from the store and do not want to make another special trip because of a cashier's mistake. I would appreciate REI's assistance in resolving this issue and honoring the $30 gift card toward the purchase I made today. The employees on the floor were fine, 90% of them friendly.

Dropped our trailer off around Presidents' Day for repairs. There was. Water leak and a gas leak…read more After 6 weeks, called to check. They wrote down all the wrong info. Never completed anything. We had to call often to get the job done. They never figured out the water seeping out from under the cabinets. Also, couldn't figure out our insurance coverage. We had to manage that as well. Got the trailer back today and it is FILTHY. Looks like someone was eating in there frequently. Dirty dried muddy footprints everywhere. Black greasy handprints all over. Stuff moved around not related to any repairs. Trailer was SPOTLESS when we dropped it off.
