    Anti-freeze was left in cabinets, in the shower and sinks, even sprayed all over the shower ceiling!

    If you plan to go to the Riverside location, please read first! We purchased a trailer from the Riverside location. March 10th, they told me that I couldn't pay, sign papers, and pick up the same day. So I payed and did the paperwork, and scheduled a pick up date for that weekend. All six of us, in the car, excited to pick up, they call and say we can't because it "wasn't ready". As an apology, they offered next day delivery. Great. Accept that it was delivered FILTHY!! (see photos) Anti-freeze everywhere, staples even on the beds (which my Autistic daughter got stuck in her foot!), and someones lunch trash in a kitchen cabinet!! As (another) apology, Bryce the Sales Manager, offered a $300 refund. SIX WEEKS and THREE ATTEMPTS with COUNTLESS TEXTS later... I finally get the check: addressed to some random name!!!! Empty promises, pointless apologies, beyond frustrating! Don't waste your time, buy from somewhere else!

    This place is so bad it feels like I'm on a prank show. First off, I will give credit where credit is due. The salesman, Anthony, and the finance lady were great and made the purchase easy on their end. There are too many issues to explain, so I will only go into detail about the big one. For the small stuff, we had issues with the trailer not being ready, not set up how I asked, and nothing done in a timely manner. Now for my big issue. During the inspection, it was noted that the rearmost blinds were not installed in the trailer. The discrepancy was noted, and we both agreed that they would obtain the blinds and let me know when they come in so that they can install them. I gave it 2 weeks of hearing nothing from Camping World before I called. Once I called, it sounded like nobody had even started the process to obtain my blinds. They essentially tell me they are going to work on it. Every time I called after for the next month, they give me some bs excuse as to why they don't have them or how they are not familiar with my issues, so they gotta look into it but never do. They even go as far as telling me Genesis won't respond to them, which is potentially a lie because I called Genesis on my own, and the gentleman I spoke to sees no records of Camping World communicating with them about my issue. The last time I called, which was yesterday, the excuse was that their service advisors were at a conference, and I can't be helped till they got back. Here I am six weeks after I purchased the trailer and still no idea if I'm going to get the blinds I paid for. Guess I shouldn't have left with the trailer until that was done, but I thought this was a reputable dealer. Also, Camping World don't bother responding to this with some copy and paste bs of "sorry about your experience." JUST DO YOUR JOB, and maybe I can add a star if you do right by your customers. Lastly, I added a pic of my call log just incase someone tries to say I wasn't calling. Also, that is not the whole list but just the ones labeled camping world.

I came with my partner after spending the day at the outlets near Palm Springs. We arrived pretty close to closing, and even then, it was such an amazing experience. I finally got the Bass Pro hats I've been dreaming about, and honestly, this is one of the coolest stores I've ever been in. They literally have everything for the outdoors; fishing, camping, road trips, hiking... if you need it, they probably have it. They even sell boats! There was a shooting range, archery equipment, grills, snacks, a restaurant, sweets, and so much more. I could have spent hours exploring. And the prices?! An absolute STEAL!! I was shocked seeing hats for $5.99 and $9.99. How?! We also grabbed their BBQ chips, and they were chef's kiss. The employees were very friendly. The cashier who helped us was incredibly kind. She did spend quite a while helping the customer in front of us, and my partner and I were joking that it looked like love at first sight between them. It made for a funny moment while we waited. One important heads-up: Apple Pay is currently not working. When we visited on July 3, 2026, the cashier told us it might not be fixed for a few months. If you usually rely on Apple Pay, I'd recommend calling ahead or bringing a physical credit or debit card just in case. Overall, I absolutely loved this place and can't wait to come back. We tried the food there for the first time. I got the fish and chips and some sides. The fish and chips were great, the fries were hard as a rock, the gator bites with the dip was delicious and the spinach dip was just ok. Cold, refreshing beer and the service was great. It is on the expensive side when it comes to all the pricing but the quality is definitely all there and for the most part worth it. It's worth stopping by if ever in the area.

I'm a regular there, so I've interacted with most of everyone at that location. I'd like to give a big thank you to Matthew and Jayden. Natalie as well. If customer service and product knowledge had a degree, they would all be metaphysical doctors in that realm. I've been to other locations that give united colors of Benetton energy, and thats cool and all, but generally when I come to 5.11 I'm on a mission for a particular item or nothing in particular at all. I also had a $30 REI gift card that I wanted to apply toward the shoe purchase. When checking out, cashier Lloyd told me, "You don't need the card, I got it." I assumed he could see and apply the gift card through my account. However, he never applied the $30 gift card and instead processed the transaction so that I only received a refund of $0.08 from the jacket return. When I questioned this and told him I wanted the gift card applied to the shoes, he said the transaction had already been processed then he suggested that I use the gift card next week when REI has a sale. This solution is unacceptable. I live about 20 miles from the store and do not want to make another special trip because of a cashier's mistake. I would appreciate REI's assistance in resolving this issue and honoring the $30 gift card toward the purchase I made today. The employees on the floor were fine, 90% of them friendly.
