These people are the VULTURES THAT PREY ON OWNER/ OPERATORS! Yesterday we call for help because our…read moretruck ran out of fuel. I called and the 24 hrs guy on duty said they'll send someone to help us. Another guy came over spent less than half an hour, added 20 gallons of fuel into the tank and gave us The bill for $470!!! I spoke with the owner and the owner said we have to pay $100 for 20 gallons of fuel, $90 for the service call another $180 for 2 hours of labor and some premium for the fuel. When I asked why I have to pay for these unjustified charges such as labor that wasn't used and some extra premium for the fuel, his reply was that they have to make a living too and pay for their business expenses and insurance and if I don't pay he'll call the towing service. I've been around but never been mugged by the 24 hours service ever. I'd say these people are rubbers, thugs and thieves.

I asked how much would that cost me and was told $160.00 at which i replied "116" he said no ONE SIX ZERO. i told him to send his guy. Couple hours later i get a call from driver requesting $360 for repair. I asked why it was that much but he did not know. I called the guy i talked the first time with and was told that he would call his guy to see whats wrong. I get the call from repair guy that did the job and now its $320, i tell him i talked to his boss to which he replied he talked to him to, i told him i will call his boss again. I get the BOSS on the phone and now i am being explained that road call is $99 plus two hour minimum $80 an hour plus tax, i tell him that he told me $160.00 first time we talked but now he is denying that. 99+160+9%tax=273.40 nowhere near $360 or $320. I tell him its ok i will pay the bill and report to BBB at which point he calls me STUPID F... and hangs up. I called my driver to give him a money code to pay the bill he tells me now its $295.00.... STay away from MR Diesel they will lie to you and will call the towing to impound your vehicle if you dont pay whatever they tell you to pay after the repair is done. LYING COMPANY NOT TRUSTWORTHY STAY AWAY.
